Through the annular groove 152, the pull rope 16 can be uniformly wound on the wire wheel 15, so that the pull ropes 16 on two sides can synchronously fall off from the wire wheel 15, and the lifting stability of the transverse plate 18 is improved.

When the convex block 35 is in contact fit with the contact switch 34, the corresponding display lamp 36 is powered on to emit light, and the transverse plate 18 is located in the middle of the strip-shaped through groove 23 on the corresponding second vertical plate 21.
