The actual medicine taking information acquired at the moment is recorded as medicine storage information; in some embodiments, the actual medication information of the user can be obtained by comparing the amount of the remaining drugs in the drug storage box 21 with the counted drug storage information, or the medication information of the user can be counted as the actual medication information of the user; the number of times of storing the medicines is smaller than that of taking the medicines, so that the data processing amount of the medicine taking reminding system is reduced.
Referring to fig. 11, a medication reminding method according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention is different from the medication reminding methods according to the first, second, and third embodiments in that in step S3, the medication reminding method further includes the sub-step S32:
recording the name of the medicine taken out by the user; counting the duration of taking the medicine by the user; and judging whether the medicine taken by the user belongs to the medicine which can be taken for a long time or not according to the medicine name, and if the medicine taken by the user is not the medicine which can be taken for a long time and the duration time exceeds a specified time threshold, sending out prompt information.
Step S32 in the fourth embodiment of the present invention is suitable for the medication reminding method in any of the above embodiments.
[ fifth embodiment ] A
Referring to fig. 12, a third embodiment of the present invention provides a medication reminding system, which has a structure substantially the same as that of the first embodiment and that of the second embodiment, except that the third embodiment of the present invention further includes a medication time determination module 8 for determining whether the time for a user to take a medication matches the reasonable taking time corresponding to the medication taken, and if not, a prompt message is sent.
Specifically, variant angina, cerebral thrombosis and asthma often appear at night, and the peak of acute myocardial infarction and cerebral hemorrhage occurs in the morning; pharmacokinetics includes circadian rhythm change (e.g. intestinal tract function is relatively high in daytime, so that it is absorbed faster in daytime than at night, and blood concentration is high), and pharmacodynamics also includes circadian rhythm change (e.g. blood sugar-reducing effect of insulin is greater in the morning than in the afternoon). For example, anti-angina drugs are effective over the peak of angina attacks, variant angina attacks from zero to six, so long-acting calcium antagonists are claimed before sleep, while exertional angina attacks from 6 to 12 am, long-acting nitrates, p-blockers and calcium antagonists are used in the evening. The invention reminds the user to take the medicine in a proper time period by judging whether the medicine taking time of the user is matched with the reasonable taking time of the medicine, and can reduce the attack probability of the disease for some diseases with attack, aggravation and alleviation of change of circadian rhythm.
Referring to fig. 13, a fifth embodiment of the present invention is directed to a method for reminding taking medicine, which is different from the method for reminding taking medicine according to the first, second and third embodiments in that the step S3 further includes the sub-step S33: and judging whether the time for taking the medicine by the user is matched with the reasonable taking time corresponding to the taken medicine or not, and if not, sending prompt information.
Step S33 in the fifth embodiment of the present invention is suitable for the medication reminding method in any of the above embodiments.
[ sixth embodiment ]
With the continuous development of the internet of things technology and the sensor technology, more and more technologies capable of actively and noninductively acquiring physiological parameters after being authorized by a user are developed. In some health monitoring spaces (such as an aged-care community and a health community), the sensing technologies can be used in a matched mode, and the safety of a target user can be guaranteed in an emergency. For example, for elderly or pre-adults, these sensing technologies may provide security when unattended; alternatively, a quick response at the time of onset may be provided for an adult already suffering from the disease, such as providing first aid or quick contact for external assistance.
The medication reminding system and the medication reminding method provided by the embodiment can adjust the medication reminding condition of the user in real time according to the physiological parameters acquired by the indoor sensor in the health monitoring space in the aspect of combining with the health monitoring space.
For example, the type of the medicine taken by the user and the disease suffered by the user are obtained according to the acquired prescription information, and the health monitoring space correspondingly monitors the physiological indexes related to the type of the medicine and the disease of the user. On the other hand, the flexibly set values of parts in the prescription information, such as the dosage, the frequency of medication and the like, can be updated in real time according to the acquired physiological parameters, and medication is prompted according to the updated prescription information. Alternatively, the total amount of a few pills taken per day in the prescription information may be fixed, but the amount of medication dispensed to each particular bolus may be flexibly adjustable. The physiological parameter monitoring function of the health monitoring community is combined, the dosage of each medicine can be flexibly adjusted, for example, the dosage of the next medicine can be timely adjusted according to the dosage of one medicine of a user, and the dosage of the user in one day can meet the dosage requirement.
For example, for a hypertensive patient, the sensor acquires a blood pressure index of the user, the blood pressure index is associated with a medication reminding system through the health monitoring space, and when the blood pressure index of the user exceeds a specified threshold value, the user is reminded to take antihypertensive drugs as soon as possible (the user can be reminded to take drugs in a non-specified medication time). Or for the asthmatic patient, the sensor acquires that the respiratory physiological indexes of the user are abnormal in a period of time, and reminds the user to take medicines related to asthma treatment so as to reduce the attack probability of the disease.
According to the method, the user can be reminded to avoid taking too many medicines at one time. Or according to the acquired physiological parameter index, the condition that the medicine is taken by mistake possibly exists, and the user can be reminded to see a doctor in time so as to avoid condition deterioration.
In another example, according to the collected physiological parameter indexes of the user, the user's taking of the medicines which cannot be taken for a long time is reduced or suspended; if the statin drugs are taken for a long time, the lipid-lowering effect can be achieved, but some adverse reactions including damage of the liver and kidney functions can also occur, and when physiological parameters of the user, such as hematuria routine and the like, acquired through the health monitoring space are abnormal, the user is prompted to reduce or suspend taking the non-long-term taking drugs of the statin drugs and the like or change the drugs with the damage effect on the liver and kidney functions.
The medication reminding system and the reminding method can be combined with the health monitoring space, and adaptively remind a user to take medicine, reduce the medication or stop the medication through the physiological parameter indexes acquired by the health monitoring space.
The medication reminding system and the medication reminding method can be combined with health insurance, and the insurance premium is calculated according to the medication condition of the user fed back by the medication reminding system on the aspect of combining with the health insurance; for example, the medication condition of the user can be judged by counting the number of times prompted by the prompting module, the number of times prompted is large, which indicates that the medication compliance of the user is poor, and the potential risk coefficient of the physical health condition is high, for insurance enterprises, when the health condition of the user is evaluated to calculate the insurance, the user with the large number of times prompted is subjected to the calculation of the insurance, the risk of illness or disease attack is high, and the insurance premium can be improved; or the prompting times are less, the medication compliance of the user is good, the risk of illness or disease is low, and the premium can be relatively reduced.
Specifically, the prompt information may be classified and counted, for example, when the actual medication information is compared with the prescription information, the times of forgetting to take, the times of taking more, the times of taking less and the times of taking by mistake of the user are counted according to the comparison result, where forgetting to take, taking more, taking less and taking by mistake all have a certain influence on the body of the user, and the degree of influence of the medication situation on the body health of the user is obtained by combining the times of forgetting to take, taking by mistake, taking less and taking by mistake with the disease information of the user.
Further, according to the number of times of prompts given when the number of types of medicines taken out by the user in the medication time period is greater than a prescribed threshold, it is judged that adverse reactions among a plurality of medicines may have an adverse effect on the physical health condition of the user, or that adverse reactions among medicines may not have an adverse effect on the physical health condition of the user when the number of types of medicines taken out is within a prescribed threshold range.
And judging whether the non-long-term-taking type medicine has adverse effect on the physical health condition of the user according to the counted duration of the non-long-term-taking type medicine taken by the user.
And according to the fact that the actual medicine taking information of the user is inconsistent with the prescription information, sending out prompting times to obtain the times that the user may take the medicine by mistake, and judging whether the adverse effect is generated on the physical health condition of the user or not.
And judging whether the user can often not take the medicine on time or can take the medicine on time according to the prompting times sent when the time for taking the medicine by the user is inconsistent with the corresponding taking time of the taken medicine, and further judging whether the adverse effect is generated or not generated on the body health condition of the user.
And carrying out comprehensive statistical analysis according to the influence degree of the forgetting to take, the taking times, the number of types of medicines taken, the duration of the medicines which cannot be taken for a long time, the wrong taking and the medicine taking time on the physical health condition of the user to calculate the premium grade of the user. Inevitably, the disease information of the corresponding user in the prescription information acquired by the acquisition module can be included in the calculation of the premium.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
