Configuring the global form field requires selecting the form structure after completing the b. form configuration design table structure and importing sql, and configuring the editing/read-only, display/hiding, filling/non-filling states of each form field in the global state. The global operation button can configure the operation button use authority in the global state, such as saving, submitting, flow tracking, error reporting and the like. The global opinion field can configure which opinion fields are global, and different approval opinions can fall into different opinion fields to be displayed together. The global attachment domain can configure which attachment domains are globally available, and different types of attachment groups can be uploaded and displayed. The global body field may configure the display format of the global body paragraph.
When the flow chart is drawn, a dragging and pulling method can be used for visually drawing all links and paths of the whole flow: and dragging out a link from the flow toolbar, placing the link on the canvas to generate a link, and dragging and adjusting the position of the link at any time in the follow-up process. The anchor point of one link is used as a starting point, the mouse is pressed down and dragged out to form a line to be connected with the anchor point of the other link, and then the mouse is released, so that a path can be generated.
Configure attributes for each link
The link attributes comprise link basic attributes, link candidates, link operation buttons, link opinion fields, link attachment fields, time-limited reminding and time-limited handling. The link basic attributes comprise link names, link codes, examination and approval types (single person processing, multi-person handling, and the like), link sequencing and the like. When the link candidates are configured, for the link candidates to be handled and read, selection modes (single selection, multiple selection and total selection) and candidate sources (department + role, fixed personnel, previous link processors, personnel selected from a form, custom variables and custom data sources) can be configured respectively so as to determine the candidate submitted to the link in the previous link. When the link operation buttons are configured, each link inherits the configuration of the global operation buttons by default, and the operation buttons of the current link can be configured independently according to the requirement. When the link opinion fields are configured, the opinion fields of the current link can be configured, which opinion fields are displayed, whether the conclusion opinions need to be filled and displayed or not can be configured, and the like. When configuring the link attachment fields, the current link can be configured to display which attachment fields can be uploaded to which attachment fields. When time-limited reminding is configured, the configurable flow can remind a processor to go to the processing when the flow is transferred to the current link. When the configuration is finished in limited time, the flow can be configured to be executed at any time after the flow is transferred to the current link, and the flow is automatically approved and transferred on the system name.
Configuring attributes of each path
The attributes of the path include path basic attributes, path control conditions, and path candidates. The path basic attributes include the name, code, approval type (submit, return from original) of the path. When the path control condition is configured and the initial link of the current path is submitted, whether the path is displayed as a selectable item is determined through the path control condition. Control conditions include form elements (whether the specified field satisfies a condition), conclusive opinions (agreement, disagreement, or other configuration), personnel identity (whether the current or specified link handler satisfies a certain identity condition), last person (used in the meeting scenario), custom variables, and the like. When the path candidate is configured, the content and the link candidate are configured, and if the path candidate is configured, the path candidate is preferentially executed according to the rules of the path candidate.
Countersign configuration description
When configuring the basic attribute of the link, whether the link is a countersigning link or not can be selected.
The countersigning means that when an approver of the link submits, an additional path named as an 'adding handler' is available for selection besides an original normal submission path, the 'adding handler' path is selected, one or more handlers are selected in a candidate range configured in the current link to submit, the flow of the current countersigning link is added for the selected handlers to be handled, and the handlers can also select the 'adding handler' path to continue circulation in the current link.
When the countersigning link is selected, a basic attribute is added with an option whether to start the configuration of the last person, the default is no, and when the selection is yes, other people in the countersigning link only add the option of a processor when submitting, and when the last processor submits, other paths are provided to enable the flow to be transferred out of the countersigning link.
A plurality of countersigning links can be selected on a flow chart, a countersigning group is created, the configuration of 'whether the last person of the countersigning group is started' can be configured on the countersigning group, after the countersigning group is started, the last person of all the approvers in the countersigning group can only transfer the flow out of the countersigning group, and other persons can only add a processing person in the countersigning link of the other persons.
b) Form configuration
i. Design table structure

The mobile terminal form configuration is visual, draws form layout in a mode of dragging or importing an existing configuration file, configures flow form content and a framework of a flow mobile terminal, generates JSON configuration files, and in order to realize general access to a mobile terminal flow, the configuration files can be acquired through a remote CDN (content distribution network) or acquired from a database interface through a flow configuration module and flexibly switched, and the configuration files are rendered into different flows of the mobile terminal through a mobile terminal flow rendering module and a flow configuration module.
Configure Properties of each form component (font, color, check, Linked)
The configuration fields supported by the form configuration module comprise text fields, date fields, select data dictionary fields, dynamic form fields, prompt fields and other data fields, and the supported field attributes comprise field capitalization, background colors of field display, font colors, field check (if the fields cannot be empty, the fields are numerical values or character strings and the like), and linkage logic of the configuration fields (dependency relationship of the fields of the form, cascade linkage and the like)
Extensible description of components
The form configuration of the invention also supports the extensibility of the components, for example, the fields of configuration date, select data dictionary and the like can be combined in the fields of the configured data table
v. Flexible configuration example
The form configuration has flexible configuration characteristics, wherein the text field subtype can be configured with flexible personnel, fields such as telephone and the like, the mobile terminal can directly make a call after data is taken through the process configuration, the flexible configuration of a mobile process frame is supported, the flexible configuration of the components including an approval opinion list, a text, an attachment, an error report, a process approval progress and the like can be realized, and the flexible hot slot configuration can be performed on a rendered form according to the needs (if the form is not needed, the text, the file and the like can be configured without displaying.)
Support for preview, debug (verify, initialize)
The form configuration module supports the function of immediate configuration and previewing, and field dependence logic verification is performed through previewing, so that the accuracy of the form configuration and the convenience of debugging are greatly improved.
c) Mobile end rendering
i. Obtaining flow configuration and form configuration
The invention carries out the rendering of flow circulation logic through the opinion configuration, the path configuration, the flow circulation configuration and the form configuration of a flow configuration module, renders the flow configuration in the flow configuration module into a mobile terminal flow circulation page, and the module mainly comprises a form rendering component, an opinion configuration rendering component and a flow circulation rendering component, wherein the flow circulation component comprises a flow submission path rendering component in the flow configuration and a flow personnel rendering component, and renders personnel in the flow configuration into a tree-shaped hierarchical structure capable of being selected in multiple stages, so that the invention is suitable for the page displayed in the mobile terminal flow.
Rendering the form
The rendering module of the invention realizes the rendering of the flow framework and the flow form, carries out the rendering of the flow according to the form field and the framework of the mobile end form configuration module, carries out analysis processing on various types of fields, and carries out uniform formatting processing on the field format, wherein the field format comprises a data dictionary, a date, a dynamic form, a dynamic interface in form configuration and the like, so as to form a standard and uniform form format. Rendering a flow display frame of the mobile terminal configuration module, wherein the frame comprises main display elements of a main page and frame configurations such as flow progress, an opinion list, a text, an attachment and the like.
d) Mobile terminal flow
The circulation at the mobile terminal of the invention mainly comprises the steps that a user fills in a user form at the mobile terminal according to a rendered mobile terminal form, and fills in opinions according to opinion configuration, path configuration and personnel configuration in flow configuration, selects the road strength of the flow and selects circulation personnel to submit the flow.
The relationship between the functional modules of the technical scheme
Broadly divided into a service layer, a configuration layer, and a rendering layer:
a) service layer
And storing the flow circulation configuration and the form configuration, and providing the flow circulation and the form related service.
b) Configuration layer
The method comprises two parts of flow circulation and form configuration, provides relevant services of flow configuration, and can read the existing flow configuration from a service layer or store the newly-built flow configuration and the configuration into the service layer after the configuration is finished.
c) Rendering layers
And requesting data related to the flow circulation and the form from the service layer, generating a processing page of the flow instance according to the flow circulation configuration and the form configuration, and operating the flow circulation.
The technical scheme relates to the following related technologies in practical application:
a) SQL: structured Query Language (SQL), a special purpose programming Language, is a database Query and programming Language for accessing data and querying, updating, and managing relational database systems.
b) JSON: a lightweight data exchange format. It stores and represents data in a text format that is completely independent of the programming language, based on a subset of ECMAScript (js specification set by the european computer association). The compact and clear hierarchy makes JSON an ideal data exchange language. The network transmission method is easy to read and write by people, is easy to analyze and generate by machines, and effectively improves the network transmission efficiency.
c) CDN: the intelligent virtual network is constructed on the basis of the existing network, and users can obtain required contents nearby by means of functional modules of load balancing, content distribution, scheduling and the like of a central platform by means of edge servers deployed in various places, so that network congestion is reduced, and the access response speed and hit rate of the users are improved.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the implementation process is specifically as follows:
1. configuration flow
a) A user prepares an SQL statement importing system for building a table;
b) creating a new flow template;
c) configuring basic attributes of the flow template:
i. filling attributes such as a process template name, a code, a to-be-handled address and the like;
selecting the table imported in the step a;
configuring a global operation button;
configuring a global opinion domain;
v. configuring a global attachment domain;
configuring a global text field;
d) drawing a complete flow chart in a dragging and pulling mode;
e) configuring each link attribute:
i. configuring basic attributes such as link names, codes, link types (drafting/ending/common links/countersigning) and the like;
if the link is a countersigning link, whether the last person is started or not needs to be configured;
configuring link candidates;
configuring an operation button of a link;
v. configuring the opinion domain attributes of the links;
configuring an attachment domain attribute of a link;
whether a link is started for time-limited reminding is configured;
viii, whether a configuration link is opened or closed in limited time;
f) if the requirement of multi-level countersigning exists, selecting countersigning links more, creating a countersigning group, and configuring whether to start the last person of the countersigning group;
g) configuring the attribute of each path:
i. configuring basic attributes such as path names, codes and the like;
configuring control conditions of the path under which the present path can be selected;
configuring path candidates as needed;
h) storing the configuration of the flow template and issuing the configuration to the flow service;
i) opening the form configuration, and starting to configure the form layout:
i. drawing a form layout in a dragging and pulling mode;
configuring attributes of display name, association table field, component type, verification, linkage, initial value and the like of each form field;
delivering the form configuration to the CDN in the form of a JSON file.
2. User initiated flow
a) Opening the address to be dealt with of the flow template by the user;
b) the page requests information of the flow template from the flow service, including:
i. a process template name;
a link configuration for a drafting link, comprising:
(1) operation button available for current link
(2) Opinion field configuration of current link
(3) Accessory domain configuration for a current link
(4) Text field configuration of current link
c) The page requests a JSON file configured by the form from the CDN, and the information of each form component is obtained after analysis, wherein the information comprises the following components:
i. a display name of the component;
component type;
the table field names to which the components are bound;
checking conditions of the component;
v. linkage mode of the components;
initial values of the components.
d) Rendering a flow page according to the flow template information and the JSON file configured by the form, wherein the flow page comprises the following information:
i. process name, operation button;
a drafter, i.e. the current sponsor;
configuring the rendered form according to the form;
an opinion field (none at the time of initial drafting, flow return draft);
v. an attachment domain;
a text field;
3. filling in forms and uploading attachments:
a) filling each input item and selecting each option according to the description and the component type of each form component;
b) according to the operation of the user, the verification and linkage effects of the components can be triggered, such as verification when a mobile phone number is input and provincial and urban area linkage when an area is selected;
c) clicking an uploading attachment, selecting a file from a file resource manager provided by a mobile phone system to upload, and displaying the uploaded file in an attachment domain;
4. selecting path and personnel, submitting to the next person
a) After the user finishes filling the form, clicking a lowermost 'submit' button;
b) turning to a path selection page, and displaying a path (a path which takes the current link as a starting point and meets the configured control conditions in the flow chart) which can be selected by the current link;
c) after the user selects the path, clicking the next step;
d) turning to a candidate selection page, and displaying the candidates of the end link of the selected path;
e) prompting a user to select one, a plurality or default full selection to be unchangeable according to single selection, multiple selection and full selection configuration of an end point link of the path;
f) and after the selection is finished, clicking 'submit', popping up and displaying a popup window for reconfirming the selected path and the corresponding candidate, after the reconfirming, submitting the flow to the appointed processors, opening the addresses to be handled by the processors, and starting processing from step 3, filling the form and uploading the attachment.
In practical applications, please refer to fig. 2, a visualization result of the present invention configured based on the above process is shown in fig. 2.
In practical application, flow circulation configuration is carried out through a flow configuration module; the mobile terminal layout visual configuration is realized through a mobile terminal form configuration module; rendering a process approval page on the mobile terminal according to the process flow configuration and the mobile terminal form configuration through a mobile terminal process front-end rendering module; the method and the system have the advantages that the process can be completely code-free and configurable, the process can be rendered, the process form can be displayed, the process can be rendered on a mobile terminal, the text and the accessories can be displayed, the examination and approval opinions can be controlled to be displayed according to link configuration, the path can be selected according to the process configuration, the examination and approval personnel can perform configuration rendering of each link which can be controlled according to the process flow configuration, and therefore different processes of different nodes can render different personnel for selection.
In practical application, the field of the visual layout has the advantages of diversity, previewability, convenience in debugging, flexibility and expandability.
In practical application, the variety of visual configuration of the form fields includes data fields such as a text field, a date field, a select data dictionary field, a dynamic form field, a prompt field and the like, and supported field attributes include field capitalization, background color of field display, font color, field verification (for example, the field cannot be empty, the field is a numerical value or a character string and the like), linkage logic of the configuration fields (dependency relationship of the fields of the form, cascade linkage and the like), dynamic interaction of the fields can be dynamically configured, and data callback processing can be performed.
In practical application, the form configuration has previewing performance and convenient debugging performance, the layout of the current page can be visually previewed when the form is configured, whether the linkage logic is correct or not is judged, and the form field is previewed.
In practical application, the flexibility of form configuration is characterized in that the flexibility supports the attribute function of fields, necessary fields of the current process can be configured, and only a part of a process form framework can be configured according to needs, as shown in fig. 3, forms, form content fields, texts, attachments, opinion lists, false report reports, approval progress and the like can be flexibly configured, and only the current needs are configured.
In practical application, the extensibility of the form configuration is as follows: the combination of form field types can be carried out, for example, the form item of the form field can configure a basic field type, the extension processing of the dynamic interface basic bullet can be configured in the field, and the like.
In practical application, according to the flow circulation information and the form configuration module of the flow configuration, the circulation logic and the form content of the flow configuration are rendered at the mobile terminal.
In practical application, the flow configuration module is characterized by supporting dragging drawing of a flow chart and supporting candidate configuration of links and paths.
In practical application, a user fills in a user form at a mobile terminal according to a rendered mobile terminal form, fills in opinions according to opinion configuration, path configuration and personnel configuration in process configuration, selects a process flow path and selects flow personnel to submit a process.

By adopting the system, the method, the device, the processor and the computer storage medium for realizing the flow visualization configuration and operation based on the mobile terminal, the visualized flow configuration enables business personnel unfamiliar with codes to actively design and maintain the business flow according to the actual business situation, so that the design work of the flow is distributed from the hands of technical personnel to the hands of personnel familiar with business flow logic of each department, and the communication cost between the technical personnel and the business personnel is reduced to a great extent. Meanwhile, the mobile terminal rendering can enable all levels of employees with smart phones to initiate and examine and approve processes without cost, the employees are not limited to office space in a workplace any longer, the employees can carry out work processing at any time and any place, leaders and employees on business trip can be enabled to more conveniently and rapidly do not limit to physical space to advance affairs, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.

1. A system for realizing flow visualization configuration and operation based on a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising:
the flow circulation configuration module is used for carrying out configuration processing on basic attributes, attributes of any link, attributes of any path and countersigning descriptions of the flow so as to generate corresponding flow circulation logic;
the visual form configuration module is used for carrying out personalized configuration on the form layout and the attributes of the form components and supporting real-time preview and debugging of a page;
the mobile terminal rendering processing module is connected with the flow circulation configuration module and the visual form configuration module and used for realizing the rendering of the flow framework and the flow form by acquiring the configuration results of the flow circulation configuration module and the visual form configuration module; and
and the mobile terminal flow processing module is connected with the mobile terminal rendering processing module and used for transferring the form flow filled after rendering processing to an approver at the mobile terminal for suggestion filling and flow submission aiming at the user.
2. The system for realizing process visualization configuration and operation based on a mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein the basic process attributes specifically include:
the system comprises a global form field, a global operation button, a global opinion field, a global attachment field and a global text field; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
configuring the global form field is used for configuring the editing/reading only, displaying/hiding and filling/non-filling states of each form field in the global state by selecting the design table structure after completing the design table structure of the visual form configuration module and importing the corresponding SQL language;
the global operation button is used for configuring the operation button use authority in a global state, and comprises storage, submission, flow tracking and error reporting;
the global opinion domain is used for displaying and configuring different approval opinions in different opinion domains in a global state;
the global attachment domain is used for configuring all attachment domains in a global state and uploading and displaying attachments of different types in groups; and
the global text field is used for configuring the display format of the global text paragraph.
3. The system for realizing process visualization configuration and operation based on the mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein the attributes of any link specifically include:
link basic attributes, link candidates, link operation buttons, link opinion fields, link attachment fields, time-limited reminders and time-limited transaction ends, wherein,
the basic link attributes comprise configuration processing of link names, link codes, examination and approval types and link sequencing;
the link candidates comprise candidates to be dealt with and candidates to be read, and a user determines the candidates submitted to the link in the previous link by respectively configuring a selection mode and a candidate source;
the link operation button inherits the global operation lower button configuration by default or independently configures the operation button of the current link according to the user requirement;
the link opinion domain is used for configuring which opinion domain the opinion of the current link falls into, displaying which opinion domains and whether the conclusive opinion needs to be filled and displayed;
the link attachment domain is used for configuring which attachment domains are displayed in the current link and uploading files to which attachment domains;
the time-limited reminder is used for reminding an approver when to process after the configuration process flow is transferred to the current link; and
the time-limited transaction is used for configuring when the automatic approval and circulation processing is executed on the system name after the flow is transferred to the current link.
4. The system for implementing process visualization configuration and operation based on a mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein the any path attribute specifically includes:
a path basic attribute, a path control condition, and a path candidate, wherein,
configuring the basic path attribute, wherein the basic path attribute comprises the name, the code and the approval type of a configured path;
configuring the path control conditions comprises configuring form elements, conclusion opinions, personnel identities, final approvers and custom variables;
configuring the path candidate comprises configuring the candidate of the same link or configuring the path candidate according to a preset path candidate selection.

The system for realizing flow visualization configuration and operation based on the mobile terminal as claimed in claim 4, wherein when configuring the path control condition, if the initial link of the current path is submitted, it is determined whether to display the current path as a selectable item according to the path control condition.
6. The system for realizing flow visualization configuration and operation based on a mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein the countersign specification is specifically:
when the current link approver submits, an additional path for adding approvers is provided for selection besides the original normal submission path, when the user selects the path for adding approvers and colludes one or more approvers in the range of candidates configured in the current link to submit, the process of adding the current countersigning link for the selected approver is to be handled, and the current approver can select the path for adding the approver to continue circulation in the current link.
7. The system for implementing process visualization configuration and operation based on a mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein the visualization form configuration module specifically comprises:
the design table structure providing unit is used for providing an entry import SQL language;
the form layout drawing unit is used for importing the configuration file in a dragging or importing mode, drawing the form layout, configuring the content and the framework of the mobile end flow form, generating a JSON configuration file and issuing the JSON configuration file to the content delivery network CDN;
the form component attribute configuration unit is used for supporting the configuration processing of fields, field colors, field verification and field linkage logic of the form components;
the component expanding processing unit is used for supporting diversified component expanding processing;
the flexible configuration processing unit is used for the user to flexibly configure the related flow according to the actual situation; and
and the preview and debugging processing unit is used for a user to check the flow configuration interface in real time and check the corresponding field dependence logic through preview.
8. The system for realizing flow visualization configuration and operation based on a mobile terminal according to claim 7, wherein the mobile terminal rendering processing module performs the following processing:
rendering corresponding processes according to the form fields and the process display framework provided by the visual form configuration module, analyzing each type of fields, and uniformly formatting the field formats; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the unified formatting process comprises the steps of forming a standard unified form format by dynamic interfaces in data dictionary, date, dynamic form and form configuration;
the flow display frame comprises frame configuration for flow progress, opinion list, text and attachment of a main page.
9. The system for implementing flow visualization configuration and operation based on a mobile terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the mobile terminal flow processing module specifically performs the following processing:
and filling a user form in the mobile terminal by the user according to the rendered mobile terminal form, filling corresponding contents according to opinion configuration, path configuration and personnel configuration in the process configuration, and submitting the process by selecting a process path and corresponding examination and approval personnel.
10. The method for implementing mobile-end-based process visualization configuration and operation by using the system of claim 1, wherein the method comprises the steps of:
(1) creating and configuring a flow template by SQL sentences required by a user for establishing a form;
(2) opening the address to be dealt with of the flow template by the user to initiate a flow, and analyzing the form component and rendering a flow page;
(3) the user fills in the form information in the flow template and uploads the corresponding attachment;
(4) and the user carries out personalized process configuration according to the actual situation and submits the personalized process configuration to an approver for processing.
11. The method according to claim 10, wherein the step (1) specifically includes the following steps:
(1.1) importing SQL sentences required by the establishment of the form into a system by a user, and establishing a new flow template;
(1.2) configuring basic attributes of the new process template;
(1.3) drawing a complete flow chart in a dragging and pulling mode;
(1.4) configuring the attribute of each link;
(1.5) judging whether the requirement of multi-stage countersigning exists, if so, selecting more countersigning links and creating a countersigning group by a user, and configuring whether to start a final approver of the countersigning group; otherwise, directly entering the step (1.6);
(1.6) configuring attributes of each path;
(1.7) storing the configuration of the process template and issuing the configuration to the process service;
(1.8) the user opens the form configuration and starts to configure the form layout.
12. The method according to claim 11, wherein the step (2) specifically includes the following steps:
(2.1) opening the address to be dealt with of the new flow template by the user;
(2.2) the process page requesting information of said new process template from said process service;
(2.3) the flow page requests a JSON file configured by the form from the content delivery network CDN, and the information of each form component is obtained after the JSON file is analyzed;

13. The method according to claim 12, wherein the step (3) specifically includes the following steps:

and (3.3) clicking the uploading attachment, selecting a file from a file resource manager provided by the mobile phone system by a user for uploading, and displaying the uploaded file in an attachment domain of the flow page.
14. The method according to claim 13, wherein the step (4) specifically includes the following steps:
(4.1) after the user fills in the form, clicking a submission button to submit the flow;

17. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program, which is executable by a processor to implement the steps of the method for mobile-based procedure visualization configuration and execution according to any one of claims 10 to 14.
