Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a fault diagnosis method for a cooling system, which is mainly used for diagnosing whether the cooling system has an open-circuit fault or not, and further provides a fault verification method for the cooling system on the basis of the fault diagnosis method. The invention provides a fault diagnosis method and a fault verification method for a heat dissipation system, which are applied to the heat dissipation system comprising a plurality of fans, particularly to the situation in the field of automobile manufacturing.
Further, the fault diagnosis method and the fault verification method for the cooling system provided by the embodiment of the invention are particularly applied to a controller, the controller may be a controller included in the cooling system itself, or another controller which is not included in the cooling system and can acquire corresponding data and run a corresponding control program, when being applied to a cooling system of an automobile seat, the method and the device can be applied to the cooling controller of the automobile seat, and can also be applied to other controllers on a vehicle, such as a vehicle controller.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for diagnosing a fault of a heat dissipation system according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the flowchart of the method for diagnosing a fault according to the embodiment may include:
s100, obtaining starting instructions of a plurality of fans included in the heat dissipation system.
The acquisition of the open command can be realized based on various ways. For example, the heat dissipation controller to which the method for diagnosing a fault of a heat dissipation system according to the embodiment of the present invention is applied is directly electrically connected to a control switch of the heat dissipation system, and when a user turns on the heat dissipation system through the control switch, the heat dissipation controller may acquire a corresponding electrical signal, such as a high level lasting for a certain duration, where the high level lasting for a certain duration is an on instruction; for another example, the user clicks a virtual switch displayed on the console for turning on the cooling system, the console generates a turn-on command according to the user's clicking operation, and the cooling controller can obtain the turn-on command through the vehicle-mounted communication link. Of course, the opening instruction may be obtained in other manners, which are not listed here.
And S110, responding to the starting command, and outputting a PWM control signal to at least one fan.
As mentioned above, the heat dissipation system includes a plurality of fans, and the heat dissipation controller outputs the PWM control signal to at least one of the fans to control the operation of the corresponding fan after obtaining the turn-on command. It should be noted that, for specific fans to which the PWM control signal is output, the process of determining whether the specific fan is turned on through the turn-on instruction and the process of controlling the fan to operate through the PWM control signal, which are related to the specific instruction content of the turn-on instruction, may be implemented based on the related technology, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
And S120, monitoring the working current of each fan and the interrupt signal of each fan.
Under the condition that all fans in the heat dissipation system are normally connected, the fan receiving the PWM control signal starts to operate, so that the working current of the fan can be monitored, and of course, for the fan not receiving the PWM control signal, the corresponding working current is zero. It can be understood that, for a certain heat dissipation system, the magnitude of the normal operating current of each fan in the system is known, and if the power supply circuit of the fan fails, the corresponding operating current naturally changes, so that the connection state of the fan can be judged based on the operating current of the fan.
Furthermore, in practical application, the heat dissipation system operates under the control of the corresponding control signal, and the corresponding control signal cannot be effectively received naturally even when the fan is in an open circuit state, so that whether the open circuit fault occurs in the fan can be judged based on the control signal of the fan. Based on this, in the fault diagnosis method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the PWM feedback signal that jumps synchronously with the PWM control signal of the fan triggers the interrupt signal, and the connection state of the fan is determined by monitoring the interrupt signal corresponding to each fan.
As mentioned above, the control of each fan in the car seat heat dissipation system is implemented based on the PWM control signal, and since the PWM control signal is composed of high and low levels occurring according to a preset period, each level jump can be used as an interrupt signal of the controller, the monitoring of the interrupt signal of each fan can be implemented through the circuit topology shown in fig. 2.
Taking the back-rest fan in fig. 2 as an example, under the condition that the back-rest fan is normally connected, the cooling system controller outputs a PWM control signal to the back-rest fan in response to a turn-on command, and simultaneously, through sampling by the sampling resistors R1 and R2, a PWM feedback signal can be synchronously sent to the cooling system controller, and level jump of the PWM feedback signal is synchronous with the PWM control signal, so that under the condition that the PWM control signal is normally sent, the PWM feedback signal can continuously form an interrupt, so that the controller detects a corresponding interrupt signal.
S130, judging whether the working current of each fan is smaller than a preset current threshold value, if so, executing S140, and if not, executing S160.
When the heat dissipation system comprises a plurality of fans, any one fan is in an open circuit state, the working current of the fan is reduced, and when the working current of any one fan is smaller than a preset threshold value, the fan can be preliminarily judged to have a fault. The specific value of the preset current threshold is determined by combining the actual diagnosis precision requirement and the actual control requirement of the heat dissipation system, and the specific value of the preset current threshold is not limited by the invention.
Optionally, in order to improve the accuracy of the diagnosis result and reduce the influence of external interference on the diagnosis result in the diagnosis process, whether the working current of each fan is smaller than the preset current threshold may be determined in a plurality of sampling and judging manners.
Specifically, for any fan, the working current of the fan can be collected according to a preset sampling rule to obtain a plurality of current sampling values, and if each current sampling value is smaller than a preset current threshold, it is determined that the working current of the fan is smaller than the preset current threshold; on the contrary, if at least one current sampling value is larger than or equal to the preset current threshold value, the working current of the fan is judged to be larger than or equal to the preset current threshold value.
Optionally, in order to further improve the accuracy of current sampling, after the working current is collected at any time, the obtained current sampling value may be subjected to first-order filtering processing, and of course, other filtering processing operations may also be adopted, and are not expanded here.
It should be noted that the preset sampling rule mentioned in the foregoing mainly sets specific contents such as the sampling frequency of the working current of the fan, the total sampling duration, and the like, and any sampling rule capable of obtaining a plurality of current sampling values is optional, and on the premise of not exceeding the core concept scope of the present invention, the preset sampling rule also belongs to the protection scope of the present invention.
S140, judging whether the interrupt signals of the fans are abnormal, if so, executing S150, and if not, executing S160.
And under the condition that the working current of each fan in the heat dissipation system is judged to be smaller than the preset current threshold, further judging whether the interrupt signals of each fan in the heat dissipation system are abnormal, if the interrupt signals of each fan are abnormal, executing S150, and if the interrupt signals of at least one fan are normal, executing S160.
It should be noted that, in combination of S140 and S150, it is determined that the condition for the open-fan fault of the heat dissipation system is very severe, and such a determination condition is set based on the practical use of the user. Based on the foregoing, the main function of the heat dissipation system is to reduce the ambient temperature and improve the user experience, and if one fan in the heat dissipation system is opened, that is, the operation of the entire heat dissipation system is stopped, which is obviously contrary to the above-mentioned function of the heat dissipation system, in the practical application of the heat dissipation system, all fans meeting the user requirement should be started as far as possible, and the operation of all fans cannot be stopped because one or several fans in all fans are opened, so that it is determined that the open-fan fault exists in the heat dissipation system only under the condition that the interrupt signals of all fans are abnormal and the operating currents of all fans are smaller than the preset current threshold.
Optionally, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for determining whether an interrupt signal of a fan is abnormal, where for each fan, a duration of the interrupt signal of the fan that is not detected is counted to obtain a first duration, and if the first duration reaches a first duration threshold, it is determined that the interrupt signal of the fan is abnormal. It will be appreciated that if the fan is in a normal operating state, the control signal for the fan is necessarily continuously sent, and accordingly, the interrupt signal triggered by the control signal is also necessarily continuously detected, and if the interrupt signal is not detected within the first time threshold, the fan is determined to be in an open state.
Further, another method for determining whether an interrupt signal of a fan is abnormal is provided in the embodiments of the present invention.
Specifically, before the fault diagnosis method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is applied, the feedback port of the controller is configured to interrupt the recovery, and the rising edge of the level triggers the interrupt, so as to determine whether an open-circuit fault exists by interrupting the feedback. In order to avoid increasing the interrupt load rate of the controller, the interrupt function in the controller may be set to count the interrupts triggered by the PWM control signal of the fan, and the interrupts may be triggered as long as the PWM feedback signal corresponding to the PWM control signal exists, and accordingly, the interrupt count value fed back by the interrupt function in the controller may change.
Based on this, for each fan, according to a preset diagnosis period, for example, 200ms, an interrupt count value fed back by an interrupt function corresponding to the fan may be obtained, and if the interrupt count value of the current diagnosis period is the same as the interrupt count value of the previous diagnosis period, it indicates that the interrupt count value has not changed, and the PWM control signal has stopped, it is determined that the interrupt signal of the fan is abnormal.
S150, judging that the cooling system has fan open circuit fault.
And under the conditions that the working current of each fan of the heat dissipation system is smaller than a preset current threshold value and the interrupt signal of each fan is abnormal, judging that the heat dissipation system has a fan open-circuit fault.
Optionally, in this case, a failure prompt message may be further output to prompt the user that the cooling system is in a failure state.
And S160, judging that the cooling system is normal.
And when the working current of the at least one fan is larger than or equal to the preset current threshold value or the interrupt signal of the at least one fan is normal, judging that the heat dissipation system is normal.
In summary, according to the fault diagnosis method for the heat dissipation system provided by the invention, the fault diagnosis process is realized based on two factors, namely the working current and the control signals of the fans, and the fault diagnosis is simultaneously performed by combining the control signals of the fans in the heat dissipation system on the basis of collecting the working current of the fans of the heat dissipation system.
Furthermore, compared with the method for reducing the error diagnosis probability by improving the current characteristic of the fan by using high-performance hardware in the prior art, the method has the advantages that the hardware cost is not increased, the hardware resource of the controller is not excessively occupied, and the stable operation of the heat dissipation system is facilitated.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for checking a fault of a heat dissipation system according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the flow of the method for checking a fault may include:
and S200, acquiring a starting instruction.
Alternatively, an alternative implementation of S200 may be implemented with reference to S100 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and will not be repeated here.
S210, responding to the starting instruction, and controlling the cooling system to be in a target verification mode.
In order to verify a diagnosis result, the embodiment of the present invention provides multiple preset verification modes, and in any one of the preset verification modes, the connection state of each fan in the heat dissipation system is clearly defined, the target verification mode mentioned in this step may be one or more of the multiple preset verification modes, in practical application, the specific number of the target verification modes is determined according to the verification requirement in the practical verification process, which is not limited by the present invention.
Optionally, the plurality of preset verification modes at least include: the system comprises a first check mode in which the interrupt count value corresponding to each fan changes according to a fixed period, a second check mode in which the interrupt count value corresponding to at least one fan in each fan does not change according to the fixed period, and a third check mode in which the interrupt count value corresponding to each fan does not change.
Wherein, for the second check mode, based on the difference of the number of the fans in the off state, the second check mode can be further subdivided into a plurality of check modes, and the second check mode is not expanded.
Taking the circuit structure of the heat dissipation system shown in fig. 2 as an example, the target verification mode may be a mode in which both the back fan and the seat fan are in an open circuit, a mode in which either the back fan or the seat fan is in an open circuit, or a mode in which both the back fan and the seat fan are in normal connection.
S220, obtaining an actual diagnosis result for diagnosing the heat dissipation system according to the heat dissipation system fault diagnosis method and an expected diagnosis result corresponding to the target verification mode.
As can be known from the execution process of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, after the fan start instruction is issued, the controller diagnoses the cooling system according to the cooling system fault diagnosis method provided in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and obtains a corresponding actual diagnosis result.
Further, for the determined heat dissipation system, each preset check mode is established in advance, and the expected diagnosis result corresponding to the preset check mode is also known naturally.
And S230, judging whether the actual diagnosis result is consistent with the expected diagnosis result, and if so, executing S240.
After the actual diagnosis result and the expected diagnosis result corresponding to the target verification pattern are obtained, whether the two are consistent or not is compared, if so, S240 is executed, and if not, it may be determined that the actual diagnosis result is inaccurate.
And S240, judging that the actual diagnosis result is valid.
In the case where the actual diagnosis result coincides with the expected diagnosis result, the actual diagnosis result is determined to be valid.
