Referring to fig. 1-5, rotatory mechanism 3 that adjusts temperature locates in fermentation vat 1, rotatory mechanism 3 that adjusts temperature is used for stirring the product in fermentation vat 1, and can heat the product, thereby conveniently adjust the temperature of product in fermentation vat 1, rotatory mechanism 3 that adjusts temperature includes motor 301, a rotation for driving rotation support bar 302, thereby can drive a plurality of stirring boards 305 rotatoryly through rotation support bar 302, realize the effect of stirring the product, be connected with rotation support bar 302 on the motor 301, a plurality of connecting rods 304 are used for supporting and driving.
A fixing bearing 303 is connected between the rotary supporting rod 302 and the partition plate 101, and is used for fixing the position of the rotary supporting rod 302, so that the rotary supporting rod 302 is not inclined, and the rotation of the rotary supporting rod 302 is not affected.

When the device is used specifically, when the produced product is broad bean paste, the temperature of the broad bean paste in the fermentation cylinder 1 can be increased due to the irradiation of the sun in the daytime fermentation process of the broad bean paste, and after the temperature of the broad bean paste is increased, the temperature of the heat collecting plate 205 can also be increased along with the increase of the temperature of the broad bean paste, and then the broad bean paste is transmitted to the fixed heat dissipation plate 203 through the heat conducting rod 204 and is dissipated out through the fixed heat dissipation plate 203, so that the temperature of the plurality of memory alloy balls 202 is increased, and further the memory alloy balls 202 push the sliding partition plate 201 to move;

can drive movable contact pole 206 and remove when sliding partition 201 resets, make movable contact pole 206 remove in the recess on fixed contact piece 207, when movable contact pole 206 and first trigger ring 208 disconnection, first warning light 210 then can extinguish, thereby reach warning staff's effect, at this moment the staff passes through controller 212 starter motor 301 and heating power 307, motor 301 drives a plurality of stirring boards 305 through rotatory bracing piece 302 after starting and rotates, reach the effect of stirring broad bean paste, and heating power 307 can make a plurality of heating pipes 306 generate heat gradually after starting, thereby reach the effect of heating broad bean paste, and the stirring of stirring board 305 can make the heating more even, thereby can not influence the fermentation of broad bean paste.

rotatory temperature adjusting mechanism (3) is located in fermentation cylinder (1), rotatory temperature adjusting mechanism (3) are used for stirring the product in fermentation cylinder (1) to can heat the product, thereby conveniently adjust the temperature of product in fermentation cylinder (1).

The temperature alarm device for the production equipment is characterized in that a plurality of support columns (102) are arranged below the fermentation cylinder (1), a material discharge pipe (103) is arranged on the partition plate (101), the other end of the material discharge pipe (103) penetrates through the fermentation cylinder (1), and a control valve (104) is arranged on the material discharge pipe (103).
