Claims (7)

1. A brochure printing process is characterized in that: the method comprises the following printing steps:
s1: designing a brochure content board surface A on the design software;
s2: splitting the board surface A into a board surface B and a board surface C, and outputting and manufacturing a corresponding printing plate B and a corresponding printing plate C according to the board surface B and the board surface C, wherein the printing plate B and the printing plate C are rainbow printing plates, the printing plate B is a color board, and the printing plate C is a text board;
s3: respectively installing the printing plate B and the printing plate C on different preset printing units of the printing machine;
s4: preparing special ink, and filling the prepared special ink into a printing machine;
s5: performing trial printing after dampening treatment on a rubber roller on the printing machine, and debugging the printing machine according to a printing result;
s6: after dampening the rubber roller on the printing machine again, feeding the matt powder paper into the printing machine, and then overprinting the board surface B and the board surface C on the matt powder paper through the printing board B and the printing board C;
s7: after printing, clamping the printed product by a clamp, inclining, dissolving the inert agent by water vapor, spraying the solution on a printing surface at a constant speed, and drying;
s8: placing the brochure finished in the S7 into a film laminating machine for laminating, and protecting the printing surface;
the special ink is perfume pearlescent ink, and alcohol-free fountain solution is adopted for dampening.

The brochure printing process according to claim 1, wherein: the special ink comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of acrylic resin, 5-10 parts of a neutralizing agent, 10-15 parts of a pigment, 5-15 parts of a flavoring agent, 1-3 parts of a thickening agent, 1-2 parts of a defoaming agent, 15-20 parts of deionized water, 1-5 parts of pearl powder, 3-5 parts of fluorescent powder, 20-25 parts of n-propyl acetate, 5-10 parts of propylene glycol butyl ether and 1-5 parts of a composite auxiliary agent.
3. The brochure printing process according to claim 2, wherein: the special ink comprises the following manufacturing steps:
(1) mixing and soaking pearl powder, n-propyl acetate and pigment in advance, stirring to prepare paste, and standing for 5-7 hours in a dust-proof manner;
(2) taking deionized water, stirring at low speed by using a dispersion machine, gradually adding acrylic resin, n-propyl acetate, propylene glycol monobutyl ether and a neutralizing agent while stirring, then stirring at high speed for 10-20min, and stopping stirring when the pH value is 7-8;
(3) adding thickener and defoamer into a dispersion machine, stirring, and emulsifying at 60-70 deg.C for 10-15 min;
(4) transferring the uniformly dispersed pearlescent pigment prepared in the step (1) to a dispersion machine, stirring at a low speed, adding the composite auxiliary agent and the flavoring agent while stirring, and stirring at a speed of 300r/min for 10-20 min;
(5) and (4) transferring the semi-finished pigment prepared in the step (4) to a high-speed dispersion machine to adjust the viscosity, drying speed and tinting strength indexes, and filtering the semi-finished pigment by using a filter to obtain the finished special ink after the semi-finished pigment is detected to be qualified.
4. A brochure printing process according to claim 3, wherein: the neutralizer is sodium hydroxide solution, and the thickening agent is sodium alginate.
5. A brochure printing process according to claim 3, wherein: the defoaming agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-3 parts of polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene amine ether, 5-8 parts of polyoxypropylene ethylene oxide glycerol ether and 1-3 parts of a dispersing agent.
6. A brochure printing process according to claim 3, wherein: the flavoring agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of menthol, 4-6 parts of laurocapram and 4-6 parts of vanillin.
7. A brochure printing process according to claim 3, wherein: the composite auxiliary agent comprises: 0.5-2 parts of dispersing agent, 2-5 parts of wetting agent, 1-3 parts of color developing agent and 1-3 parts of flatting agent.
