Claims (10)
1. A welding device based on an adjusting assembly and specially used for PE pipe hot melt welding comprises a movable base (1); the method is characterized in that:
the center of the upper surface of the movable base (1) is rotatably connected with a hot melting mechanism (2);
the upper surface of the movable base (1) is symmetrically and slidably connected with two supporting mechanisms (3);
wherein the supporting mechanism (3) consists of a supporting component (31) and a clamping component (32); the supporting component (31) is fixedly connected with the clamping component (32);
the clamping assembly (32) clamps the PE pipe (4) therein.
2. The welding equipment special for the hot melt welding of the PE pipe based on the adjusting assembly is characterized in that the hot melt mechanism (2) comprises two fixed disks (201) which are arranged up and down; the two fixed disks (201) are fixedly connected through a support rod (202);
the upper surface of the fixed disc (201) positioned below is provided with a mounting groove (203); the bottom in the mounting groove (203) is fixedly connected with a plurality of positioning springs (204); the upper end of the positioning spring (204) is fixedly connected with a positioning disc (205);
a plurality of telescopic parts are fixedly connected between the bottom in the mounting groove (203) and the positioning disc (205), and the telescopic parts are sleeved in the positioning spring (204);
the upper surface of the positioning disc (205) is provided with a positioning groove (206).
3. The welding equipment special for the PE pipe hot melt welding based on the adjusting assembly is characterized in that a fixing rod (207) is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the fixing disc (201) located above the welding equipment;
the outer part of the fixed rod (207) is rotatably connected with a rotating disc (208), and the outer wall of the rotating disc (208) is fixedly connected with a mounting ring (209); the inner wall of the mounting ring (209) is fixedly provided with a hot melt plate (210);
the outer wall of the mounting ring (209) is fixedly connected with a positioning ball (211); the positioning ball (211) is matched with the positioning groove (206) for use;
and the two opposite side surfaces of the mounting ring (209) are fixedly connected with operating rods (212).
4. The special welding equipment for the PE pipe hot melt welding based on the adjusting assembly is characterized in that a return spring (213) is fixedly connected to the side surface, close to the hot melt plate (210), of the supporting rod (202); one end of the return spring (213) is fixedly connected with a positioning plate (214); the positioning plate (214) is matched with the positioning ball (211);
a pull rod (215) is fixedly connected to the side surface, close to the return spring (213), of the positioning plate (214); one end of the pull rod (215) penetrates through one side face of the support rod (202).
5. The welding equipment special for the PE pipe hot melt welding based on the adjusting assembly is characterized in that a control panel (216) is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the fixed disc (201) located above;
the lower surface of the fixed disc (201) positioned below is fixedly connected with an upright post (217); a gear ring (218) is fixedly connected to the peripheral side surface of the upright post (217);
the center of the upper surface of the movable base (1) is fixedly provided with a bearing (101), and the bearing (101) is fixedly connected with the upright post (217).
6. The special welding equipment for the PE pipe hot melt welding based on the adjusting assembly is characterized in that two mounting plates (102) are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the upper surface of the movable base (1);
one side surface of one mounting plate (102) is fixedly provided with a driving motor (103); one end of an output shaft of the driving motor (103) is fixedly connected with a threaded rod (104); one end of the threaded rod (104) is rotatably connected with one side surface of the other mounting plate (102).

The welding equipment special for the hot melt welding of the PE pipes based on the adjusting assembly is characterized in that two push plates (105) are connected to the peripheral side surface of the threaded rod (104) in a threaded mode; the bottom of the push plate (105) is provided with a plurality of rollers (106); the roller (106) is matched with the movable base (1) in a rolling way;
the upper surface of the movable base (1) is provided with a first limiting sliding groove (107); a rack (108) is fixedly connected inside the first limiting sliding groove (107) through a first sliding block; the rack (108) is meshed with the gear ring (218);
the rack (108) is positioned between the two push plates (105) and is magnetically attracted with the push plates (105).
8. The welding equipment special for the hot-melt welding of the PE pipes based on the adjusting assembly according to claim 7, wherein the upper surface of the moving base (1) is provided with an annular channel (109);
the circumferential side surface of the movable base (1) is provided with a plurality of fixing grooves (110) along the circumferential direction;
the supporting component (31) comprises an arc-shaped bottom plate (3101); the arc-shaped bottom plate (3101) is in sliding fit with the annular channel (109);
the outer wall of the arc-shaped bottom plate (3101) is fixedly connected with a vertical plate (3102); the side surface of the vertical plate (3102) is provided with a fixing hole (3103) matched with the fixing groove (110).
9. The welding equipment special for the hot melt welding of the PE pipes based on the adjusting assembly is characterized in that a first bracket (3104) and a second bracket (3105) are fixedly connected to the upper surface of the arc-shaped bottom plate (3101) respectively;
a second limiting sliding groove (3106) is formed in one side surface of the first bracket (3104) and one side surface of the second bracket (3105); a cross bar (3107) is fixedly connected inside the second limiting sliding groove (3106) through a second sliding block; the cross bar (3107) is fixedly connected with the clamping component (32).
10. The welding equipment special for the hot melt welding of the PE pipes based on the adjusting assembly is characterized in that the controller (3108) is arranged on the side surface of the first bracket (3104) close to the second limiting sliding groove (3106) and the side surface of the second bracket (3105) close to the second limiting sliding groove (3106); an electric push rod (3109) is fixed at the output end of the controller (3108); the electric push rod (3109) is fixedly connected with the cross rod (3107);
the clamping component (32) consists of two hoops (3201) and a connecting seat (3202) which are arranged up and down; the connecting seat (3202) is hinged with the hoop (3201);
the connecting seat (3202) is fixedly connected with the cross rod (3107).
