Abstract
The invention provides an automatic maintenance method for a horizontal line of a circuit board, which comprises a maintenance device, wherein the maintenance device comprises a horizontal line and comprises liquid conveying pipes, the upper end and the lower end of the horizontal line are symmetrically provided with spray pipes, the liquid conveying pipes are respectively connected with the spray pipes, the spray pipes are connected with spray heads, and the spray heads face the horizontal line; a water replenishing and cleaning pipe is arranged at one side of the infusion pipe, and a water replenishing bypass pipe is arranged at one side of the water replenishing and cleaning pipe; the filter also comprises a liquid return pipe, and the liquid return pipe is connected with a filter assembly; and a cylinder bottom spray pipe is arranged below the horizontal line. The equipment can realize full-automatic maintenance through the program formulated by the prior art, does not need manual washing and brushing of the inside of the equipment, greatly shortens the maintenance time, effectively solves the problem of high labor intensity of personnel, and simultaneously improves the utilization rate of the equipment.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of PCBs, and particularly relates to an automatic maintenance method for a horizontal line of a circuit board.
Background
In the printed circuit board industry, a plurality of horizontal lines are used, and the horizontal lines refer to equipment for completing specific chemical reaction on a circuit board through participation of liquid medicine and clear water.
The general process flow of the horizontal line processing circuit board is as follows: the method comprises the following steps of washing water → medicinal water tanks (completing specific chemical reactions on a circuit board) → washing water → connecting different medicinal water tanks in series according to different processes to complete a series of chemical reactions → a drying section.
Horizontal line production facilities require 1 hour of small maintenance every day and 5 hours of large maintenance every week. The cleaning device is mainly used for cleaning the blockage problem of the spray head of the line body, the impurity problem in the groove body and the dirty problem of the roller. The common practice in the industry is to use a water gun for washing and manually brushing for horizontal line maintenance, the labor intensity is high, people need to contact various toxic, harmful and corrosive liquid medicines, the working environment for maintenance is poor, and the equipment yield is influenced by long time consumed for maintenance.

s1, after the circuit board is produced, starting a one-key program to enter an automatic maintenance program, and starting the circuit board after the circuit board passes a horizontal line;
s2, a PLC (central control module) controls a pneumatic valve to make a developing spray pump extract tank liquid, including but not limited to flushing the cylinder bottom by a spray pipe on the cylinder side and the bottom and at the dead angle under the liquid level, stirring up liquid medicine sediment, and controlling to discharge waste liquid;
s3, controlling the pneumatic valve through a PLC program to enable the booster pump to pump clear water, carrying out high-pressure cleaning on the spray pipe and the spray head by the clear water, removing liquid medicine in the spray plate frame and opening foreign matters blocking the spray nozzle to prevent the spray nozzle from being blocked, and setting the time to be an open type according to requirements;
s4, starting a booster pump, closing a pneumatic valve of a spray pipe at the bottom of the cylinder, flushing the liquid medicine tank with clear water by utilizing upper and lower spray heads, and setting the time to be open according to requirements;
s5, starting a booster pump, closing pneumatic valves of branch liquid conveying pipes of the upper and lower swing frames, opening a pneumatic valve of a cylinder bottom nozzle, flushing the cylinder bottom with clean water again by using the cylinder bottom nozzle, and simultaneously discharging waste water, wherein the time is set to be open and set according to requirements;
s6, calling manual confirmation after maintenance is finished;
s7, confirming that the maintenance is finished, automatically extracting the prepared tank liquor, and entering a working state;
s8, controlling a pneumatic valve through a PLC program after the last plate in the material waiting for shutdown passes through the horizontal line, so that liquid medicine in a booster pump extraction groove body in normal production is switched to be clear water in an extraction water supplementing bypass pipe, the liquid medicine in a pipeline system from the booster pump to a tail end nozzle is discharged, the pipeline system is prevented from being blocked due to the fact that the liquid medicine stops flowing and crystallizing, time is set to be open, and the time is set according to requirements.
Step S7 is carried out by adopting the prior art equipment, preparing corresponding bath solution by using concentrated bath solution in the pipeline and clear water through an auxiliary bath, heating to working temperature, and waiting for extraction of a corresponding liquid medicine tank.
Furthermore, the maintenance device comprises a horizontal line and an infusion tube, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the horizontal line are symmetrically provided with spray pipes, the infusion tube is respectively connected with the spray pipes, the spray pipes are connected with spray heads, and the spray heads face the horizontal line; a water replenishing and cleaning pipe is arranged at one side of the infusion pipe, and a water replenishing bypass pipe is arranged at one side of the water replenishing and cleaning pipe; the filter also comprises a liquid return pipe, and the liquid return pipe is connected with a filter assembly; and a cylinder bottom spray pipe is arranged below the horizontal line.
In the invention, a group of water replenishing bypass pipes controlled by pneumatic valves are added to the booster pump, and matched nozzles (cylinder bottom spray pipes) of the flushing spray pipes are added to the side walls and the spraying blind areas at the cylinder bottom and under the liquid level, so that the cleaning effect can be ensured.
Furthermore, the device also comprises a booster pump which is respectively connected with the infusion tube and the liquid return tube.
Furthermore, a float valve is arranged at the water outlet of the clean water replenishing pipe, and the liquid level height is tested.

In the invention, the filter and the precision filter are matched for use, so that fine impurities and foreign matters can be effectively filtered, and the probability of blocking the spray head is reduced.
Furthermore, the system also comprises a central control module which is respectively connected with the booster pump, the pneumatic valve and the drainage pneumatic valve.
In the invention, pneumatic valves are additionally arranged on each pipeline, automatic control is realized through PLC programming in the prior art, and automatic cleaning and maintenance can be realized.
In particular, the present invention relates to technical features of software and circuit programs, and the implementation of functions thereof belongs to the prior art, and the essence of the technical solution of the present application is to improve the composition and connection relationship of hardware parts, and does not relate to the improvement of the software program or the circuit structure itself.

s4, starting a booster pump, closing a pneumatic valve of a spray pipe at the bottom of the cylinder, flushing the liquid medicine tank with clear water by utilizing upper and lower spray heads, and setting the time to be open according to requirements;
s5, starting a booster pump, closing pneumatic valves of branch liquid conveying pipes of the upper and lower swing frames, opening a pneumatic valve of a cylinder bottom nozzle, flushing the cylinder bottom with clean water again by using the cylinder bottom nozzle, and simultaneously discharging waste water, wherein the time is set to be open and set according to requirements;
s6, calling manual confirmation after maintenance is finished;
s7, confirming that the maintenance is finished, automatically extracting the prepared tank liquor, and entering a working state;
s8, controlling a pneumatic valve through a PLC program after the last plate in the material waiting for shutdown passes through the horizontal line, so that liquid medicine in a booster pump extraction groove body in normal production is switched to be clear water in an extraction water supplementing bypass pipe, the liquid medicine in a pipeline system from the booster pump to a tail end nozzle is discharged, the pipeline system is prevented from being blocked due to the fact that the liquid medicine stops flowing and crystallizing, time is set to be open, and the time is set according to requirements.
The maintenance device comprises a horizontal line 10 and an infusion tube 1, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the horizontal line are symmetrically provided with spray pipes 2, the infusion tubes are respectively connected with the spray pipes, the spray pipes are connected with spray heads 21, and the spray heads face the horizontal line; a water replenishing and cleaning pipe 3 is arranged at one side of the infusion pipe, and a water replenishing bypass pipe 4 is arranged at one side of the water replenishing and cleaning pipe; the device also comprises a liquid return pipe 5 which is connected with a filtering component 6; a cylinder bottom spray pipe 7 is arranged below the horizontal line.
In the invention, a group of water replenishing bypass pipes controlled by pneumatic valves are added to the booster pump, and matched nozzles (cylinder bottom spray pipes) of the flushing spray pipes are added to the side walls and the spraying blind areas at the cylinder bottom and under the liquid level, so that the cleaning effect can be ensured.
Further, the device also comprises a booster pump 8 which is respectively connected with the infusion tube and the liquid return tube.
Further, a float valve 31 is arranged at a water outlet of the clean water replenishing pipe, and the liquid level height is tested.

s8, when the final plate in the material waiting for stopping is over the horizontal line, the pneumatic valve is controlled through the central control module, so that liquid medicine in the groove body extracted by the booster pump in normal production is switched to be clear water in the water replenishing bypass pipe, and the liquid medicine in the pipeline system from the booster pump to the tail end nozzle is discharged.
