Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicine devices, and relates to an automatic-refrigerating external-application traditional Chinese medicine bag.
Background
Sprain and contusion of the joint are the most common injuries in sports, especially ankle injuries, and if the ankle injuries are not treated correctly in time, about 40% of ankle sprain patients develop chronic unstable ankle. The general therapeutic principles in clinic are: the cold compress is firstly carried out and then the hot compress is carried out, the traditional Chinese medicine can be externally applied for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis when slight sprain occurs, and the wide adhesive tape or plaster can be used for external fixation when severe sprain occurs and ligament injury is serious. But a treatment method with the same effect of combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is lacked in the market, namely the automatic refrigeration, cooling, exudation reduction, swelling reduction and pain relieving effects of western medicine are quickly realized, and the effects of bitter cold, reduction, slow descending, ulcer elimination, pain relieving, blood stasis removing, collateral activating and the like of traditional Chinese medicine can be simultaneously exerted. Therefore, further solutions to the above problems are needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an automatic refrigeration external application traditional Chinese medicine bag, which combines a western medicine clinical external application ice bag and traditional Chinese medicine external application and overcomes the defect that a treatment means with the same treatment effect of combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is lacked in the current market.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a using method of the automatic refrigeration external application traditional Chinese medicine bag.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
an automatic refrigeration external application traditional Chinese medicine bag comprises a traditional Chinese medicine bag, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine bag is made of non-woven fabrics and is internally provided with a white wine bag, and the content of the traditional Chinese medicine bag comprises the following components by weight: 50g of Chinese medicinal powder, 24g of refrigerant and 0.6g of cold storage agent, and 30ml of 60-degree white spirit is filled in the white spirit bag.
Further, the traditional Chinese medicine powder is gardenia powder.
Further, the refrigerant is carbamide.
Furthermore, the coolant is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
Secondly, the use method of the automatic refrigeration external application traditional Chinese medicine bag comprises the following steps:
(1) moving the liquor bag above the Chinese medicinal bag, kneading or puncturing the liquor bag, and rapidly kneading and shaking the medicinal bag with hand;
(2) the Chinese medicinal powder begins to become viscous under the action of Chinese liquor, refrigerant and coolant;
(3) the medicated bag is applied to the affected part and shaped according to the applied position.
Adopt above-mentioned technical scheme's positive effect: the invention can not only quickly realize the automatic refrigeration, cooling, exudation reduction, swelling reduction and pain relief of western medicine, but also play the effects of bitter cold, cooling, slow descending, ulcer relief, pain relief, blood stasis removal, collateral activation and the like of the traditional Chinese medicine; the problem of combining western medicine clinical cold compress and traditional Chinese medicine external application with western medicine is solved, and the clinical application problem that the ice bag is limited by refrigeration equipment and is quickly made into an automatic refrigeration external application traditional Chinese medicine bag is also solved.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further described with reference to the following specific examples, which should not be construed as limiting the present invention:
example 1
The model design for manufacturing the external application traditional Chinese medicine bag with automatic refrigeration is as follows: 50g of gardenia powder (homologous to medicine and food) and 0.6g of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (cold storage agent and edible grade); 24g of carbamide (refrigerant, medical grade); 30ml of 60-degree pure grain liquor is filled into a small sealed plastic bag, and then a non-woven fabric bag of 18 x 13cm is filled and sealed. The sealed traditional Chinese medicine bag is put into a traditional Chinese medicine herb box for vacuum packaging to prevent the refrigerant and the cold storage agent from absorbing moisture.
The traditional Chinese medicine becomes viscous under the action of the coolant, so that the traditional Chinese medicine has good plastic deformability, and can be arbitrarily shaped according to the anatomical form of the external application part.
The use process comprises the following steps:
(1) taking out the Chinese medicinal bag, moving the Chinese liquor bag to the upper part of the medicated bag, kneading the Chinese liquor bag (or puncturing the Chinese liquor bag with a given paper clip) in the medicated bag, rapidly kneading and shaking the medicated bag with hand to make the Chinese liquor, Chinese medicinal materials, refrigerant and cold storage agent fully act, and the Chinese medicinal materials become viscous under the action of the cold storage agent, have good plastic deformability, and can be applied to affected part.
(2) The quick-acting cold storage bag can be used for short-time external application by instantly and automatically refrigerating without any refrigerating equipment, the cold storage bag is taken down after 20-30 minutes and put into a refrigerator for cold storage, and the cold storage bag is externally applied again after 4-6 hours and can be repeatedly used.
(3) And under the condition that the cold compress effect of the ice bag is ineffective, the external application of the traditional Chinese medicine bag can be continuously applied to continuously play the anti-inflammation, detumescence and pain-relieving effects of the traditional Chinese medicine, the external application can be continuously carried out for 12 hours, the pain and swelling are obviously relieved after 1 treatment, and the swelling subsides in 2-3 days.
Experimental example 1
This example illustrates the choice of solvent.
The disposable medical ice bag is made of inorganic salt and water which have endothermic reaction when dissolved, and the reaction principle is that a specific substance is dissolved in the endothermic reaction of water, so that the selection direction of the experimental material is to find the material which is dissolved in the water and generates the endothermic reaction for cooling. But we want to cool in the traditional Chinese medicine bag, and our solvent is 60 degree white spirit, because pure grain white spirit is a good semipolar organic solvent, various active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine are easy to dissolve in it, the efficacy of the medicine is fully exerted by the aid of the spirit and the spirit to assist the efficacy of the medicine, and the curative effect is improved. Pure grain white spirit with 50-60 degrees is generally selected as the best choice, and the basis is as follows: because the concentration of the white spirit is too low to be beneficial to the dissolution of the effective components in the traditional Chinese medicinal materials, and the concentration of the white spirit is too high, a small amount of water in the medicinal materials is absorbed sometimes, so that the medicinal materials are hard in texture and the effective components are difficult to dissolve. Ethanol is not used because the ethanol has a high alcohol content, typically over 75%, i.e., 50-60% ethanol is used, the main components of which are ethanol and water, and the storage of ethanol is worse. Pure grain white spirit contains components such as higher alcohol, organic acid, esters, polyhydric alcohol, phenols and the like besides ethanol and water, and the quality of the white spirit is improved as the white spirit is better stored, and the quality of the oxidation esterification association reaction is improved in the storage process of the white spirit.
Experimental example 2
This example illustrates a refrigerant experiment.
In the study of Dingwenka et al, it is shown that water, carbonamide and sodium polyacrylate are used as solvent, refrigerant and cold-storage agent, so that the refrigerating effect and cold-storage effect are both good. In research, the inventor finds that white spirit is used as an organic solvent, carbamide is used as a refrigerant, the very satisfactory refrigeration effect is achieved, the carbamide is stable in property, is commonly used for medical urea ointment and cosmetic moisturizer, is high in safety, low in price and easy to obtain, can reduce the production cost of ice bags, and is the most suitable refrigerant. 10ml of 60-degree white spirit and 8g of maximum solubility of carbamide are taken at the room temperature of 24 ℃ and the humidity of 38%.
The selected refrigerant, carbonamide, was studied and produced by Tianjin Chemicals manufacturing Co. The optimal proportioning concentration of the carbamide and the 60-degree white spirit and the temperature difference of endothermic reaction after the carbamide is dissolved in the white spirit are explored. 8g of carbamide was added to 10ml of 60 degree white spirit at 24 deg.C and 38 deg.C humidity, and the minimum temperature and holding time were recorded as shown in FIG. 1.
And (4) analyzing results: as can be seen from FIG. 1, when 8g of carbamide is dissolved in 10ml of white spirit, the temperature is reduced from 24 ℃ to 12 ℃ within 20s, which shows that the carbamide has good endothermic reaction for dissolution, and the temperature is increased from 12 ℃ to 20 ℃, which requires about 16min40 s. The optimal proportioning concentration of the carbamide and the 60-degree white spirit is 8 g: 10ml, which is the best proportioning from the refrigeration effect and economic benefit.
Experimental example 3
This example illustrates a coolant experiment.
White spirit is a micromolecular organic matter, has no cold accumulation function, and if the white spirit is absorbed into a cold accumulation agent body, the white spirit is soft like a sponge and cannot be melted at normal temperature to accumulate cold. The polymer material can be used repeatedly without loss like a storage battery. The sodium carboxymethylcellulose, the sodium polyacrylate and the agar powder meet the requirements of the automatic refrigeration ice bag in terms of safety and price. Therefore, 0.2g of each of the above materials was dissolved in 10ml of 60% (v/v) white spirit, and the study results are shown in Table 1.
Table 1 experimental control of different selected cold storage agents

The contrast of different screened cold storage agents shows that the white liquor solution of the sodium carboxymethylcellulose is in a gelatin state, and is more suitable for being used as the cold storage agent of the automatic refrigeration external application traditional Chinese medicine bag.
The selected cold storage agent sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is researched, the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is produced by Qianjin commerce and trade Limited in Henan, and the optimal proportioning concentration of the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, carbamide and 60-degree white spirit is explored. 0.1g, 0.2g and 0.3g of sodium carboxymethylcellulose are respectively added into 10ml of white spirit with 60 degrees and 8g of carbamide solution, and the dissolution state and the cold storage capacity are recorded. The viscosity of the polymer material used in the medical constant temperature ice bag was compared with the viscosity of gelatin formed by dissolving sodium carboxymethylcellulose in Chinese liquor, and the results are shown in Table 2
Table 2 test of different concentrations of sodium carboxymethylcellulose for cold storage
Sodium carboxymethylcellulose (g) | Dissolution status | State after dissolution | Cold storage capacity | Comparing the concentration of the constant temperature ice bag |
0.1 | Completely dissolve | Dilute solutions | Does not form | Thin paper |
0.2 | Completely dissolve | Gelatin shape | Form a | At equal concentration |
0.3 | Completely dissolve | Jelly-like | Form a | Slightly concentrated |
And (4) analyzing results: the cold storage capacity of the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose with different concentrations is tested, the carbamide solution is mixed with 0.2g of the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, the dissolution speed, the character after dissolution, the cold storage capacity are optimal, and the cost performance is highest. Therefore, white spirit: and (3) carbonamide: the optimal proportion of sodium carboxymethylcellulose is 10 ml: 8 g: 0.2 g.
Experimental example 4
This example illustrates the results of an experiment in which a refrigerant and a coolant are combined.
Test 8g of carbamide and 0.2g of sodium carboxymethylcellulose are dissolved in 10ml of 60-degree white spirit under the conditions of room temperature of 27 ℃ and humidity of 15%, and the temperature change is observed. Recorded as in figure 2.
And (4) analyzing results: after the carbamide is dissolved in 60-degree white spirit, the temperature is quickly reduced from 24 ℃ to 12 ℃ within 20 seconds. After the sodium carboxymethylcellulose and the carbamide are dissolved in the white spirit with 60 degrees, the temperature is quickly reduced to 12 ℃ from the room temperature of 27 ℃ within 20 seconds. Both groups were placed in an open environment at room temperature and the temperature was gradually raised back as in tables 1 and 2. The sodium carboxymethylcellulose group was able to significantly prolong the temperature ramp up, returning to 20 ℃ later than the carbamide group. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the carbamide group 46s reached 13 ℃, the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose group 2min8s reached 13 ℃; the carbamide group has 5min14s reaching 16 ℃, the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose group has 8min20s reaching 16 ℃, and the cold storage effect of the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose group is obviously superior to that of the carbamide group.
Experimental example 5
The experimental example illustrates the experimental results of the combination of the traditional Chinese medicine gardenia powder, the refrigerant and the coolant.
Under the conditions of room temperature of 24.6 ℃ and humidity of 18%, actually automatically refrigerating and externally applying the gardenia Chinese medicine bag for testing, 50g of gardenia powder, 24g of carbamide and 0.6g of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose are dissolved in 30ml of 60-degree white spirit, and the temperature change is observed. Recorded as in fig. 3.
And (4) analyzing results: the actual measurement of the automatic refrigeration externally-applied gardenia Chinese medicine bag shows that the cold accumulation time is not shortened due to the addition of the traditional Chinese medicine gardenia powder, but the cold accumulation time is effectively prolonged, as can be seen from the graphs of fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, the 5min14s of the carbamide group reaches 16 ℃, the 8min20s of the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose group reaches 16 ℃, and the 10min46s of the gardenia Chinese medicine reaches 16 ℃, people always worry that the cold accumulation effect is influenced by the addition of the gardenia Chinese medicine, and the better cold accumulation effect is not expected by the gardenia Chinese medicine, and the experimental result is not expected before the research and development.
Innovation point of the invention
(1) Theoretical innovation is as follows:
the external application ice bag of western medicine and the external application traditional Chinese medicine bag of traditional Chinese medicine are perfectly combined together. The effects of automatic refrigeration, cooling, exudation reduction, swelling alleviation and pain relief of western medicine are realized, and the effects of bitter cold clearing and descending, slow descending, ulcer elimination, pain relief, blood stasis removal, collateral activation and the like of traditional Chinese medicine are also realized.
(2) Solvent innovation:
pure grain white spirit is selected as a solvent of a refrigerant and a coolant, so that the effects of promoting medicinal properties, improving medicinal efficacy, promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction and dispelling cold due to the fact that the wine is a hundred of medicines are achieved; but also has better detumescence and acesodyne functions compared with the traditional ice bag.
(3) Innovation of the refrigerant:
the research refrigerant breaks through the thinking that inorganic salt is commonly used in the prior ice bag, and the organic carbonamide is selected as the refrigerant, has lower cooling amplitude than mirabilite, is safer to use and transport than ammonium nitrate.
(4) Innovation of the coolant:
the medical ice bag can automatically refrigerate, but no cold-storage agent is added, so that the refrigeration time is short. The research adds the cold accumulation agent into the ice bag, so that the cold accumulation time is obviously prolonged. And sodium carboxymethylcellulose is selected as a cold accumulation agent, so that the cold accumulation effect is obvious, and the thickening effect of egg white or flour is replaced, so that the traditional Chinese medicine has good viscosity and is beneficial to shaping, and the effects of killing two birds with one stone are achieved.
(5) Innovation of materials:
the medical ice bag can not be reused after being used once. After the automatic refrigeration effect is completed, the automatic refrigeration external application traditional Chinese medicine bag can be used as a constant-temperature external application traditional Chinese medicine bag, and can also be frozen and stored in a refrigerator for multiple times of recycling, so that the automatic refrigeration external application traditional Chinese medicine bag is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
(6) The use innovation is as follows:
the refrigeration external application traditional Chinese medicine bag of the research is convenient to operate, and the internal bag is crushed and automatically refrigerated.
(7) The innovation of the treatment system and concept is as follows:
after sprain, Western medicine cold compress is generally carried out within 24 hours, 10-20 minutes each time, and once every 4-6 hours; the traditional Chinese medicine can also be used for continuous external application, and the dressing change can be even carried out once every 12 hours. The clinical application of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine inunction and cold compress has obvious effects of relieving pain and recovering. The automatic refrigeration external application traditional Chinese medicine bag developed by people can automatically refrigerate for the first time like western medicine cold compress, the external application is carried out for 10 to 20 minutes, the cold storage can be carried out in a refrigerator after the conditions allow, and the cold compress is carried out again after 4 to 6 hours; if the traditional Chinese medicine is continuously applied externally for treatment or the refrigeration condition is not available, the traditional Chinese medicine can be fixed for external application for 12 hours all the time, so that the traditional Chinese medicine can continuously exert the drug effect by external application. At present, few products can combine traditional Chinese medicine external application and western medicine clinical cold compress, and an automatic refrigeration external application traditional Chinese medicine bag which is independently developed automatically refrigerates on the premise of no refrigeration equipment and is cold compressed like an ice bag; the fixed external application can be selected to be continued for 12 hours, so that the external application of the traditional Chinese medicine can continuously exert the drug effect. The traditional Chinese medicine becomes viscous under the action of the coolant, so that the traditional Chinese medicine has good plastic deformability, and can be arbitrarily shaped according to the anatomical form of the external application part. The effective components of the externally applied traditional Chinese medicine can be changed optionally according to the requirements of the illness state, and white spirit, carbamide and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose can be respectively used as a solvent, a refrigerant, a cold storage agent and a thickening agent (water, carbamide and sodium polyacrylate can also be respectively used as a solvent, a refrigerant, a cold storage agent and a thickening agent). After the white spirit is fully and quickly mixed with the refrigerant, the refrigerant storage agent and the traditional Chinese medicine, the temperature is reduced to 13 ℃ after 1 minute, and the temperature is still maintained at 19 ℃ after 32 minutes. The automatic refrigeration external application traditional Chinese medicine bag has flexible and changeable use modes, various medicine bag composition forms, convenient and quick use, quick taking and use, arbitrary shaping, and obvious refrigeration and pain relieving effects. The medicament can be applied to routine medication of outpatients and inpatients in hospitals, can also be used as family preparation, can be sold in drugstores, clinics and networks, and has wide market prospect and economic benefit.
