Detailed Description
Example (b): referring to fig. 1-14, a skull exoskeleton fixing frame comprises elastic strips, a wound fixing cover, a wound connecting clamp, a lower jaw fixing cover, a lower jaw connecting clamp, a fastening nail and triangular plates;
two ends of the elastic strip are bent towards the middle in a C shape and are respectively connected with the wound fixing cover and the lower jaw fixing cover; the two ends of the elastic strip are provided with elastic properties close to each other, and the middle part of the elastic strip is bent outwards and is similar to a dovetail clip; due to the elastic property of the elastic strip, the wound fixing cover and the lower jaw fixing cover connected with the two ends of the elastic strip have the tendency of approaching each other; when the skull of a patient appears between the wound fixing cover and the lower jaw fixing cover, the wound fixing cover and the lower jaw fixing cover can only clamp the skull, and the middle part of the elastic strip can bypass the surface arc of the skull and is not contacted with the skull of the patient; for a patient after craniotomy, the position of the wound fixing cover is at the craniotomy wound, and the position of the lower jaw fixing cover is at the lower jaw position on the opposite side of the craniotomy wound;
the wound fixing cover is integrally annular, and threaded holes A are formed in two sides of the wound fixing cover; the bottom surface of the wound fixing cover is covered with a soft cushion; the circular wound fixing cover can directly see the condition of the craniotomy wound from the middle, so that the craniotomy wound can be observed conveniently at any time, and meanwhile, the craniotomy wound can be separated from the outside, so that the craniotomy wound is prevented from being collided; the threaded hole A is used for detachably connecting the wound fixing cover; therefore, the wound fixing cover can be matched with other parts of the invention and fixed at the craniotomy wound, and can also be independently fixed at the craniotomy wound by using a braided fabric similar to a hat to act; in addition, the invention can also be adapted to craniotomy wounds with different sizes by replacing the wound fixing cover with the threaded hole A; the soft cushion is used for relieving the pressure brought to the vicinity of the craniotomy when the wound fixing cover is fixed, so that the patient feels more comfortable;
the wound connecting clamp is integrally U-shaped, the opening end is an arc line section corresponding to the outer wall of the wound fixing cover, and the middle part is a mounting section folded downwards; the arc line segment is used for avoiding the wound fixing cover, so that the wound connecting clamp is tightened inwards, and the force transmitted by the elastic strip is transmitted to the wound fixing cover without dispersion; the mounting section is used for mounting the wound connecting clamp and the elastic strip; the downward-folded mounting section can enable the elastic force of the elastic strip to be transmitted to the wound fixing cover in a jacking manner; an installation ring A is arranged at the end part of the opening end of the wound connecting clamp along the tangential direction; the mounting ring A is connected with the threaded hole A through a screw A to form detachable connection of the wound fixing cover; the mounting ring nail is sleeved on the neck part of the screw nail without threads; the threaded hole A is in threaded connection with the end part of the screw A; thus, the screw nail and the wound fixing cover form a connection relationship and form a rotary pair relationship with the wound connecting card; the wound fixing cover can rotate appropriately relative to the wound connecting card to adapt to the head shape of the patient at the craniotomy, and the mounting ring armor can stably output the force transmitted by the elastic strip to the wound fixing cover in a jacking manner;
the lower jaw fixing cover is integrally annular, and threaded holes B are formed in the two sides of the lower jaw fixing cover; the threaded hole B is used for detachably mounting the lower jaw fixing cover; the bottom surface of the lower jaw fixing cover is provided with a jaw biting opening; the jaw biting opening is a triangle which penetrates through the circumferential surface of the lower jaw fixing cover; the bottom surface of the lower jaw fixing cover is covered with a rubber layer; relatively speaking, the lower jaw fixing cover does not have the requirement of observing the wound condition of the wound fixing cover, and only has the requirement of forming a stable connection relation with the wound fixing cover by clamping the lower jaw; the jaw biting mouth is arranged for better clamping the lower jaw of the patient by using the vertex of the triangle; the rubber layer is used for increasing the friction force between the lower jaw fixing cover and the lower jaw of a patient, so that the connection relation between the rubber layer and the wound fixing cover is more stable;
the lower jaw connecting clamp is integrally U-shaped, the opening end is an arc line segment corresponding to the outer wall of the lower jaw fixing cover, and the middle part is a mounting segment folded downwards; the arc line segment is used for avoiding the lower jaw fixing cover, so that the lower jaw connecting clamp is tightened inwards, and the force transmitted by the elastic strip is transmitted to the lower jaw fixing cover without dispersion; the mounting section is used for mounting the lower jaw connecting clamp and the elastic strip; the mounting section which is folded downwards can enable the elastic force of the elastic strip to be transmitted to the lower jaw fixing cover in a jacking mode; the end part of the opening end of the lower jaw connecting clamp is provided with a mounting ring B along the tangential direction; the mounting ring B is connected with the threaded hole B through a screw B to form detachable connection of the lower jaw fixing cover; (ii) a The mounting ring B is sleeved on the neck part of the screw B without threads; the threaded hole B is in threaded connection with the end part of the screw B; thus, the screw B and the lower jaw fixing cover form a connecting relationship and form a rotating pair relationship with the lower jaw connecting clamp; the lower jaw fixing cover can rotate properly relative to the lower jaw connecting clamp to adapt to an arc line at the lower jaw of a patient, and the mounting ring B can stably output the force transmitted by the elastic strip to the lower jaw fixing cover in a jacking manner;
the triangular plate comprises a plate A, a plate B, a plate C and a plate D which are connected in sequence; the first plate or the second plate is arranged in a triangle with the second plate and the third plate; the plate A and the plate D are superposed up and down and are respectively provided with a hole A and a hole B correspondingly; when the plate A and the plate T are superposed, the triangular plate is used for connecting the elastic strip with the wound connecting clamp/lower jaw connecting clamp; when the plate A and the plate D are opened, the wound connecting clamp/the lower jaw connecting clamp can be replaced; two ends of the elastic strip are provided with holes C corresponding to the holes A and the holes B; the hole A, the hole B and the hole C are provided with the same internal threads; the fastening nail is in threaded connection with the internal threads of the hole B, the hole A and the hole C from bottom to top in sequence and then presses against the mounting section of the wound connecting clamp or the lower jaw connecting clamp to the plate B and the plate C to form a fixed connection relation; the triangular plate has two functions, so that the elastic plate and the wound connecting clamp/lower jaw connecting clamp form a detachable installation and the connecting position between the elastic plate and the wound connecting clamp/lower jaw connecting clamp is adjusted; the connecting position between the elastic sheet and the wound connecting card/lower jaw connecting card is adjusted to be capable of adapting to more head types of patients; for example, the distance from the craniotomy wound to the lower jaw of a patient with a long face is different from that of a patient with a round face; the connection position between the elastic sheet and the wound connection card/lower jaw connection card can be adjusted to adapt to the difference of the distance; it is also necessary that the elastic piece and the wound connecting card/lower jaw connecting card are detachably mounted; because the craniotomy of the patient determines the size of the wound fixing cover; as described above, the size of the wound connection card also needs to be changed along with the size of the wound fixing cover if the arc segment of the wound connection card needs to avoid the outer wall of the wound fixing cover; the arc segments of the wound connection card/mandible connection card are also described above to keep the forces transmitted by the elastic strip from spreading; in order to ensure the effect of non-dispersion of force, the wound connecting clamp, the lower jaw connecting clamp and the lower jaw fixing cover need to be replaced; thus, a stable skull exoskeleton fixing structure can be formed.
The bottom surface of the wound fixing cover is in an inward-folded conical shape and can adapt to the shape of the periphery of the craniotomy of a patient.
The closed ends of the wound connecting clamp and the lower jaw connecting clamp are folded upwards relative to the respective mounting sections to form the connecting position adjusting limit of the elastic strip and the wound connecting clamp and the lower jaw connecting clamp; the connecting positions of the elastic strip, the wound connecting clamp and the lower jaw connecting clamp exceed the adjusting limit, and the elastic force of the elastic strip is not enough to ensure that the wound fixing cover and the lower jaw fixing cover stably press against the skull of the patient.
The jaw biting port is perpendicular to the axis of the threaded hole B; as shown in fig. 14, the jaw biting opening is perpendicular to the threaded hole B, when the jaw biting opening is clamped on the lower jaw of a patient, the elastic strip is upwards connected with the wound fixing cover along the tangent line of the edge of the lower jaw, the deformation of the elastic strip is maximum, the stable connection relation is ensured to the maximum extent, and meanwhile, the elastic strip is prevented from interfering the sight of the patient.
The thickness of the rubber layer is greater than that of the soft cushion; the skin at the craniotomy wound of the patient is thin, and the skin at the lower jaw is thick; the rubber layer needs to enter the skin at a certain depth in the lower jaw to reduce the influence of muscle sliding on the position of the lower jaw fixing cover; the soft cushion can not enter the skin around the craniotomy wound of the patient too deeply to damage the craniotomy wound.
Two elastic strips are independent from each other; the distance between the two elastic strips can be freely adjusted to adapt to the size change of the wound fixing cover.
The width of the wound connecting card is larger than that of the lower jaw connecting card; the middle part and the end part of each elastic strip are in transition connection through a fillet; because the lower jaw that the lower jaw fixing cover is caught is actually the edge of the lower jaw bone; the edge of the lower jaw bone is actually an irregular curve, so that the clamping effect of the larger lower jaw fixing cover is not good; the periphery of the wound of the patient is relatively standard, and a larger wound fixing cover is selected to have better protection effect on the wound; and the elastic strip with the rounded transition can enable the elastic strip to smoothly transmit force to the lower jaw fixing cover and the wound fixing cover.
The use process of the invention is as follows: selecting a wound fixing cover and a lower jaw fixing cover with corresponding sizes and matched wound connecting cards and lower jaw connecting cards according to the sizes of craniotomy wounds of patients; according to the head shape of a patient, selecting an elastic strip with a proper length, then using a triangular plate and a staring to adjust the connecting positions of the elastic strip, the wound connecting clamp and the lower jaw connecting clamp, and finely adjusting the relative positions of the wound fixing cover and the lower jaw fixing cover; covering the wound fixing cover around the craniotomy wound to make the soft pad closely contact with the skull of the patient; then, fixing the wound fixing cover with one hand unchanged, and pulling the lower jaw fixing cover with the other hand to enable the elastic strip to downwards stick the lower jaw fixing cover to the lower jaw of the patient on the side opposite to the craniotomy wound along the edge direction of the lower jaw of the patient; adjusting the jaw biting mouth to ensure that the jaw biting mouth is accurately clamped on the lower jaw edge of the patient; finally, the hands are loosened, the wound fixing cover and the lower jaw fixing cover are close to each other due to the elastic force of the elastic strips, and the skull of the patient is clamped tightly; the elastic strip passes over the ear of the patient, so that the sight line of the patient is not interfered.
