Abstract
The invention discloses a visual pressure drop adjusting filter tip which comprises a core filter tip, wherein a hollow filter stick is wrapped outside the core filter tip, and a smoke regulator formed by continuous bulges is arranged on the outer surface of the hollow filter stick. The invention also provides a cigarette and a preparation method of the cigarette. The filter tip provided by the invention can rotate, and before or during smoking, a smoker can rotate to adjust the tooth shape by observing the tooth shape position of the filter tip, so that the mainstream smoke flow direction is changed, the smoke interception efficiency is adjusted, and different aroma feelings are provided.

Background
Smoking articles include articles that can be burned to produce smoke or heated but not burned to produce smoke. Regardless of the mechanism by which smoke is generated, smoking articles typically filter one or more components of the smoke generated by a tobacco segment through a filter.
Smoking articles are typically constructed by wrapping a tobacco segment and a filter with a tipping paper. The tobacco segments are usually made by wrapping uniformly filled cut filler with a paper plug, and the filter is usually made by wrapping tow with a paper plug. The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and the specific embodiments.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment provides a visual pressure drop adjusting filter, which comprises a core filter 1, wherein the outside of the core filter is wrapped with a hollow filter stick 2, the outer surface of the hollow filter stick is provided with a smoke regulator 4 formed by continuous bulges, and the outside of the hollow filter stick is wrapped with filter forming paper 3.
The inner core filter tip 1 is prepared by wrapping tows by forming paper. Tow is a filter material having filaments with a linear density of about 3 denier or greater. Preferably, the linear density of the tow is about 6 denier or greater. The tow forming paper can be selected from common forming paper, high-permeability forming paper or other forming paper. The core filter may also incorporate functions such as flavor lines, gels, beads, etc. according to techniques well known in the art.
The hollow filter stick 2 is prepared by solidifying tows into a required shape through a die. Tow is a filter material having filaments with a linear density of about 4 denier or greater. Preferably, the linear density of the tow is about 5 denier or greater. Preferably, the inner core of the hollow filter rod is a cylindrical through hole, and the outer diameter of the through hole is approximately the same as the outer diameter of the inner core filter, so that the hollow filter rod can completely wrap the inner core filter. The surface of the hollow filter stick can be made into a gear shape, a spiral shape or other shapes through a mould, and tiny pore passages for smoke to pass through are formed on the outer surface of the hollow filter stick through continuous bulges. By rotating, the convex part can shield part or all of the tiny pore canals. Preferably, the surface of the hollow filter rod is gear-shaped.

The hollow filter rod 2 is provided with a circular cutting seam 8 which penetrates through the filter forming paper and the cross section of the whole hollow filter rod, and the depth of the circular cutting seam reaches the outer surface of the core filter, so that the hollow filter rod part in the filter can rotate along the circular cutting seam.
Example two
This embodiment provides a cigarette incorporating the visual regulated pressure drop filter of the present invention.
Specifically, the cigarette comprises a tobacco section 9 and a visual pressure drop adjusting filter tip 10, wherein the tobacco section and the filter tip are wrapped by tipping paper 6 to form a cigarette.
The tobacco section 9 is typically made from cut filler that is uniformly filled with a wrap of formed paper, which is known in the art as cigarette paper.
After the tobacco section 9 and the visual pressure drop adjusting filter tip 10 are prepared, the whole cigarette is formed by twisting the cigarette making machine through the tipping paper 6.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the visual pressure drop filter 10 has a circular cut 8, so that in order to ensure that the filter of the cigarette can rotate and have visual effect, blank spaces are provided on the tipping paper at corresponding positions on both sides of the circular cut of the filter, so that a blank space of 1-5mm is left at the left and right of the circular cut of the filter.
EXAMPLE III
The present invention is further illustrated in detail by the following more specific examples.
Selecting acetate fiber tows with the linear density of 6.0 deniers, and rolling the acetate fiber tows into an inner core filter tip with the outer diameter of 5.0mm by a filter stick forming machine. And then wrapping the inner core filter tip in a hollow filter stick with a gear-shaped surface by using a filter stick forming machine, wherein the outer diameter of the hollow filter stick is 6.33mm, and the filament bundle of the hollow filter stick is an acetate fiber filament bundle with the linear density of 5.8 deniers. In order to observe the appearance of the gear shape conveniently, after the hollow filter stick wraps the core filter tip, transparent forming paper is required to wrap the hollow filter stick. Finally cut into filters 120mm long by a cutter.
In the normal production process, a filter tip with the length of 120mm passes through a circular cutting device, a circle of the filter tip is circularly cut at the positions of [15,45,75 and 105] mm to form a circular cutting seam 8, the cutting depth is 1.3mm, only the hollow filter stick is cut, and therefore the filter tip can rotate 360 degrees at the position of the circular cutting seam 8.
A 120mm long filter may eventually be cut to form four filters for making four cigarettes.
And twisting the ring-cut filter tip and the tobacco section into a complete cigarette through a cigarette making machine. The tipping paper does not cover the filter completely, and a blank 7 with the left and right of 1-5mm is left at the cutting seam of the filter ring, so that a smoker can observe the filter (and the tipping paper also has the effect of rotating).
The scheme of twisting the filter tip and the tobacco section into the cigarette is a conventional technical scheme in the field, and the detailed description is omitted.
Before or during smoking, a smoker can rotationally adjust the tooth shape by observing the tooth shape position of the filter tip, thereby changing the flow direction of mainstream smoke, further adjusting the smoke interception efficiency and providing different aroma feelings. For smokers who require stronger smoke taste, the filter tip can be not rotated, so that the tiny pore channels are unblocked, and more smoke is not directly introduced into the mouth through interception. For smokers with lighter smoke smell, the filter tip can be rotated to block part or all of the tiny pore passages, so that different smoking feelings can be realized.

Claims (10)
1. A visually adjustable pressure drop filter, characterized by: the smoke filter comprises a core filter tip, wherein a hollow filter stick is wrapped outside the core filter tip, and a smoke regulator formed by continuous bulges is arranged on the outer surface of the hollow filter stick.
2. The visually adjusted pressure drop filter of claim 1, wherein:

4. The visually adjusted pressure drop filter according to claim 2 or 3, wherein:
the hollow filter stick is provided with a ring-shaped cutting seam which penetrates through the filter forming paper and the cross section of the whole hollow filter stick, and the depth of the ring-shaped cutting seam reaches the outer surface of the core filter, so that the hollow filter stick in the filter can rotate along the ring-shaped cutting seam.
5. The visually adjusted pressure drop filter of claim 4, wherein:
by rotating, the convex part of the smoke regulator can shield part or all of the tiny pore passages.
6. The visually adjusted pressure drop filter of claim 2, wherein:
the filter tip forming paper is transparent forming paper.

A cigarette, characterized in that the visual pressure drop adjusting filter tip of any one of claims 1 to 6 is adopted, and comprises a tobacco section and the visual pressure drop adjusting filter tip, and the tobacco section and the visual pressure drop adjusting filter tip are wrapped by tipping paper to form a cigarette rod.
8. The method of producing a cigarette according to claim 7, characterized by comprising:
preparing a core filter tip, preparing a hollow filter rod, sleeving the hollow filter rod on the periphery of the core filter tip, and wrapping the hollow filter rod by using filter tip forming paper to prepare a visual pressure drop adjusting filter tip;
wrapping the tobacco section forming paper with the uniformly filled shredding filler to prepare tobacco sections;
after the tobacco section and the visual pressure drop adjusting filter tip are prepared, the tobacco section and the visual pressure drop adjusting filter tip are twisted and connected into a complete cigarette through the tipping paper on the cigarette making machine.
9. The method for producing cigarettes according to claim 8, characterized in that:
