As shown in fig. 1, 5 to 8, in an embodiment of the present invention, the spraying apparatus includes a support mechanism 10, a spraying mechanism 20 and a positioning mechanism 30, the spraying mechanism 20 includes a main rod 21 and a spray head assembly 22 connected to the main rod 21, the spray head assembly 22 is disposed on a first side of the main rod 21, the main rod 21 is pivotally connected to the support mechanism 10, so that the spray head assembly 22 is rotatably disposed in a vertical plane with respect to the support mechanism 10, and the spray head assembly 22 has a first spraying mode for spraying laterally, a second spraying mode for spraying upwardly, and a third spraying mode for spraying downwardly; the support mechanism 10 and/or the boom 21 are coupled to a positioning mechanism 30, the positioning mechanism 30 being configured to position the boom 21 to maintain the spray head assembly 22 in either the first spray mode, the second spray mode, or the third spray mode.
In the above arrangement, the spraying mechanism 20 is disposed on the supporting mechanism 10, and the supporting mechanism 10 has a mounting and supporting function for both the spraying mechanism 20 and the positioning mechanism 30. Since the spray head assembly 22 is disposed on one side of the main rod 21, and the main rod 21 is pivotally connected to the support mechanism 10, the spray head assembly 22 can rotate in a vertical plane relative to the support mechanism 10 under the driving of the main rod 21. During rotation of the spray head assembly 22 in a vertical plane, the spray head assembly 22 can spray both laterally to have a first spray pattern, upwardly to have a second spray pattern, and downwardly to have a third spray pattern. Moreover, the spraying device of the present application further includes a positioning mechanism 30, and the main rod 21 can be positioned by the positioning mechanism 30, so as to position the nozzle assembly 22, and keep the nozzle assembly 22 in the first spraying mode, the second spraying mode, or the third spraying mode. Through the arrangement, the spraying device can provide various spraying modes and adapt to different use scenes. Compare in the direction of spouting relatively fixed, adaptation environment and the technique that the scene is single more that uses, among the technical scheme of this application, shower nozzle subassembly 22 can rotate for supporting mechanism 10 for shower nozzle subassembly 22 can spray towards a plurality of directions, thereby makes sprinkler can be adapted to different environment and use scene.
In embodiments of the present invention, since the spray head assembly 22 has the first spray mode, the second spray mode, and the third spray mode, the spray apparatus can be adapted to different environments and use scenarios. When shower nozzle subassembly 22 is in first spraying mode, mobile jib 21 is arranged along vertical direction, and shower nozzle subassembly 22 sprays towards the side direction, and at this moment, sprinkler can use in the fruit tree pesticide that has a certain height sprays the scene. When the nozzle assembly 22 is in the second spraying mode, the main rod 21 is arranged in the horizontal direction, and the nozzle assembly 22 sprays upwards, at this time, the spraying device can be applied to spraying scenes of wheat, short vegetables and the like. When the nozzle assembly 22 is in the third spraying mode, the main rod 21 is arranged in the horizontal direction, and the nozzle assembly 22 sprays downward, at this time, the spraying device can be applied to a spraying scene of grapes and the like.
In the embodiment of the present invention, according to different environments and different usage scenarios, by adjusting the spraying direction and the spraying mode of the nozzle assembly 22 (for example, making the nozzle assembly 22 in one of the first spraying mode, the second spraying mode, and the third spraying mode), one spraying device of the present application can be used to complete the spraying operation that needs to be completed by using multiple existing spraying devices, thereby achieving multiple purposes.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, the positioning mechanism 30 includes a first positioning member 31 and a first locking structure, the first positioning member 31 is connected to the main rod 21, and an angle is formed between an extending direction of the first positioning member 31 and an extending direction of the main rod 21; the first locking structure is connected with the first positioning piece 31 and the supporting mechanism 10, and the first locking structure is used for fixing the first positioning piece 31 on the supporting mechanism 10.
In the above arrangement, the first positioning element 31 is connected to the main rod 21, and under the driving of the main rod 21, the first positioning element 31 can rotate in the vertical plane along with the main rod 21 relative to the supporting mechanism 10, and because an included angle is formed between the extending direction of the first positioning element 31 and the extending direction of the main rod 21, when the main rod 21 rotates to a certain angle, the first positioning element 31 can abut against the supporting mechanism 10. The first locking structure can be connected with both the first positioning member 31 and the supporting mechanism 10, and the first positioning member 31 can be fixed on the supporting mechanism 10 through the first locking structure, so that the relative position of the main rod 21 and the supporting mechanism 10 is fixed, and further the relative position of the nozzle assembly 22 is fixed, and the nozzle assembly 22 is kept in the second spraying mode of spraying upwards.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, the angle between the extending direction of the first positioning member 31 and the extending direction of the primary lever 21 is 90 degrees, and the first positioning member 31 is disposed at the second side of the primary lever 21, wherein the first side of the primary lever 21 is disposed opposite to the second side of the primary lever 21. When the main lever 21 is arranged in the vertical direction, the first positioning member 31 is arranged in the horizontal direction, and in the process of rotating the main lever 21 relative to the support mechanism 10 so that the main lever 21 is changed from being arranged in the vertical direction to being arranged in the horizontal direction, the first positioning member 31 is changed from being arranged in the horizontal direction to being arranged in the vertical direction and abutting against the support mechanism 10. Since the first positioning member 31 and the head assembly 22 are located on opposite sides of the main lever 21, respectively, the head assembly 22 is disposed upward when the first positioning member 31 abuts the support mechanism 10. By fixing the first positioning member 31 and the support mechanism 10 together by the first locking structure, the main lever 21 can be maintained in a state of being arranged in a horizontal direction, and thus the head assembly 22 can be maintained in the second spray mode of spraying upward.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, a first positioning hole is formed on the first positioning member 31, a second positioning hole corresponding to the first positioning hole is formed on the support mechanism 10, and the first locking structure is a first screw 32, and the first screw 32 can pass through the first positioning hole and be connected with the second positioning hole to lock the first positioning member 31 on the support mechanism 10.
In the above arrangement, when the first positioning member 31 abuts against the support mechanism 10, the first positioning hole corresponds to the second positioning hole, and the first locking structure is the first screw 32, so that one end of the first screw 32 can pass through the first positioning hole and then be connected to the second positioning hole, thereby locking the first positioning member 31 on the support mechanism 10, and keeping the spray head assembly 22 in the second spraying mode of spraying upwards.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the second positioning hole is a threaded hole, and the first screw 32 is in threaded connection with the second positioning hole. The arrangement is simple in connection mode and structure, easy to assemble and convenient to operate.
It should be noted that, the present application does not limit the order in which the first screw 32 passes through the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole, that is, the first screw 32 may pass through the first positioning hole first and then be connected to the second positioning hole, at this time, the second positioning hole is a threaded hole, and the first screw 32 is in threaded connection with the second positioning hole, of course, the first screw 32 may also pass through the second positioning hole first and then be connected to the first positioning hole, at this time, the first positioning hole is a threaded hole, and the first screw 32 is in threaded connection with the first positioning hole.
Of course, in the alternative embodiment of the present application, the following may also be provided according to actual needs: the first locking structure comprises a first screw 32 and a first nut in threaded fit with the first screw 32, at this time, the first screw 32 passes through the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole and then is in threaded fit with the first nut, and the first nut is screwed to achieve the purpose of locking or unlocking the first positioning piece 31 on the support mechanism 10 (the sequence of the first screw 32 passing through the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole is not limited); or, the first locking structure includes a first clamping block and a first clamping groove in clamping fit with the first clamping block, the first clamping block is disposed on the first positioning element 31, the first clamping groove is disposed on the supporting mechanism 10, and when the first positioning element 31 abuts against the supporting mechanism 10, the first clamping block can be clamped in the first clamping groove, so as to fix the first positioning element 31 on the supporting mechanism 10 (of course, the first clamping block can also be disposed on the supporting mechanism 10, and the first clamping groove is disposed on the first positioning element 31); or, make first locking structure include first locking lever, first locking lever wear to establish in first locating hole and second locating hole and with the equal interference fit of first locating hole and second locating hole.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 7 and fig. 8, in an embodiment of the present invention, the positioning mechanism 30 further includes a second positioning element 33 and a second locking structure, the second positioning element 33 is connected to the supporting mechanism 10, and an included angle is formed between an extending direction of the second positioning element 33 and an extending direction of the supporting mechanism 10; a second locking structure is connected to both the main rod 21 and the second positioning member 33, the second locking structure being used to fix the main rod 21 to the second positioning member 33.
In the above arrangement, the supporting mechanism 10 has a function of mounting and supporting the second positioning member 33. Since the extending direction of the second positioning element 33 and the extending direction of the supporting mechanism 10 form an included angle, when the main rod 21 rotates to a certain angle relative to the supporting mechanism 10, the main rod 21 can abut against the second positioning element 33. The second locking structure can be connected to both the main rod 21 and the second positioning part 33, and the main rod 21 can be fixed to the second positioning part 33 through the second locking structure, so that the relative position between the main rod 21 and the second positioning part 33 is fixed, and further the relative position of the nozzle assembly 22 is fixed, and the nozzle assembly 22 is kept in a third spraying mode of spraying downwards.

The second positioning member 33 is disposed along the horizontal direction, when the main rod 21 rotates relative to the supporting mechanism 10 to abut against the second positioning member 33, the main rod 21 is disposed along the horizontal direction, and because the shower head assembly 22 and the second positioning member 33 are located on the same side when the main rod 21 is disposed along the vertical direction, the shower head assembly 22 is disposed downward when the main rod 21 abuts against the second positioning member 33 under the driving of the main rod 21. The main lever 21 can be maintained in a horizontally arranged state by fixing the main lever 21 and the second positioning member 33 together by the second locking structure, so that the head assembly 22 can be maintained in the third spray mode of downward spraying.
As shown in fig. 3, 7 and 8, in the embodiment of the present invention, a third positioning hole is formed on the second positioning member 33, a fourth positioning hole corresponding to the third positioning hole is formed on the main rod 21, the second locking structure is a second screw 34, and the second screw 34 can pass through the third positioning hole and is connected with the fourth positioning hole to lock the main rod 21 on the second positioning member 33.
In the above arrangement, when the main rod 21 abuts against the second positioning part 33, the third positioning hole corresponds to the fourth positioning hole, and the second locking structure is the second screw 34, so that one end of the second screw 34 can pass through the third positioning hole and then be connected to the fourth positioning hole, thereby locking the main rod 21 on the second positioning part 33, and keeping the spray head assembly 22 in the third spraying mode of spraying downwards.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the fourth positioning hole is a threaded hole, and the second screw 34 is in threaded connection with the fourth positioning hole. The arrangement is simple in connection mode and structure, easy to assemble and convenient to operate.
It should be noted that the present application does not limit the order in which the second screw 34 passes through the third positioning hole and the fourth positioning hole. The description here is the same as that of the first screw 32, and the description thereof is omitted.
Of course, in the alternative embodiment of the present application, the following may also be provided according to actual needs: the second locking structure comprises a second screw 34 and a second nut in threaded fit with the second screw 34, at this time, the second screw 34 passes through the third positioning hole and the fourth positioning hole and then is in threaded fit with the second nut, and the purpose of locking or unlocking the main rod 21 on the second positioning element 33 is achieved by screwing the second nut (the sequence of the second screw 34 passing through the third positioning hole and the fourth positioning hole is not limited); or, the second locking structure includes a second clamping block and a second clamping groove in clamping fit with the second clamping block, the second clamping block is disposed on the main rod 21, the second clamping groove is disposed on the second positioning element 33, when the main rod 21 abuts against the second positioning element 33, the second clamping block can be clamped in the second clamping groove, so as to fix the main rod 21 on the second positioning element 33 (of course, the second clamping block can also be disposed on the second positioning element 33, and the second clamping groove is disposed on the main rod 21); or the second locking structure comprises a second locking rod, and the second locking rod penetrates through the third positioning hole and the fourth positioning hole and is in interference fit with the third positioning hole and the fourth positioning hole.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the spraying apparatus includes two spraying mechanisms 20 and two supporting mechanisms 10 provided corresponding to the two spraying mechanisms 20, and the two spraying mechanisms 20 are arranged in sequence; the positioning mechanism 30 further includes a third positioning member 35, the two main rods 21 of the two spraying mechanisms 20 are detachably connected to the third positioning member 35, and an extending direction of the third positioning member 35 forms an included angle with an axis of the main rods 21 rotating relative to the supporting mechanism 10, so as to maintain the spray head assembly 22 in the first spraying mode of spraying in the lateral direction.
In the above arrangement, the two support mechanisms 10 and the two spraying mechanisms 20 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence, and the support mechanisms 10 are used for mounting and supporting the spraying mechanisms 20.
