Abstract
一种火柴磷面配方,是由赤磷、二氧化锰、石英粉、黄铁矿、粘合剂组成,各组分占磷面配方总重量比例为:赤磷40-45%、二氧化锰10-15%、石英粉5-12%、黄铁矿25-30%、粘合剂8-10%。配方的优点是,以价廉、原料丰富的黄铁矿代替了价高,原料紧缺的三碳化二锑,工艺过程中缩短了研磨时间,消除了使用三硫化二锑产生的有害气体污染,降低了生产成本,磷面效能和耐潮度有所提高。
Description
本发明涉及由火柴梗和火柴磷面组成的火柴,特别是火柴磷面。
火柴的发火燃烧,是通过火柴梗药头配方和火柴磷面配方两者的配合而实现的。目前,火柴磷面配方中主要采用三硫化二锑做为填充剂和次还原剂。由于三硫化二锑存在着价格高,原料紧缺的问题,因而造成火柴成本提高,给火柴的生产带来了困难。为此,在火柴磷面配方中,寻找一种新的原料来代替三硫化二锑则成为火柴生产的一个重要课题。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种用黄铁矿代替三硫化二锑的火柴磷面配方。
本发明是这样实现的:本发明磷面配方是由赤磷、二氧化锰、石英粉、黄铁矿、粘合剂组成,各组分占配方总重量的比例为:赤磷40-45%,二氧化锰10-15%,石英粉5-12%,黄铁矿25-30%,粘合剂8-10%。上述配方必要时可加适量碳黑为着色剂,磷面制作工艺采用常规制作工艺。
本发明的优点是,黄铁矿价格低廉,原料来源丰富,其物理化学性质满足配方要求,而且在磷面制作工艺过程中缩短了研磨时间,消除了原工艺使用三硫化二锑带来的有害气体污染。
以下结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
本发明实施例磷面配方是由赤磷、二氧化锰、石英粉、黄铁矿、108胶、碳黑组成,其中108胶为粘合剂,碳黑为着色剂,各组分占磷面配方总重量的比例为:赤磷40%、二氧化锰11.7%、石英粉11.0%、黄铁矿28.5%、108胶(含固量)8.30%、碳黑0.5%。本实施例磷面配方制作的磷面经测定,其磷面效能和耐潮度均比原配方的磷面有所提高,其生产成本降低30-40%。

1、一种火柴磷面配方,其特征在于:是由赤磷、二氧化锰、石英粉、黄铁矿和粘合剂组成,各组分占磷面配方总重量的比例为:赤磷40-45%,二氧化锰10-15%,石英粉5-12%,黄铁矿25-30%,粘合剂8-10%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的火柴磷面配方,其特征在于:所述的粘合剂为108胶,磷面配方中添加碳黑为着色剂,其各组分占磷面配方总重量比例为:赤磷40%、二氧化锰11.7%、石英粉11.0%、黄铁矿28.5%、108胶(含固量)8.3%、碳黑0.5%。
