Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments.
The components of the embodiments of the present invention generally described and illustrated in the figures herein may be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations. Thus, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the invention, as presented in the figures, is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by a person skilled in the art without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present invention.

Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," "third," and the like are used merely to distinguish between descriptions and should not be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Unless otherwise defined, all terms (including technical and scientific terms) used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which various embodiments of the invention belong. The terms (such as those defined in commonly used dictionaries) will be interpreted as having a meaning that is the same as the context of the relevant art and will not be interpreted in an idealized or overly formal sense unless expressly so defined herein in connection with the various embodiments of the invention.
It will be appreciated that problems such as device degradation or vehicle damage inevitably occur after the shared vehicle is put into service, resulting in failure of the vehicle's locating function. Whereas the positioning function of a vehicle is often used during vehicle return, for example: after a user executes preset operation on the terminal to indicate that the user needs to return the vehicle, the terminal sends a parking request to the server; after receiving the parking request, the server acquires the position of the vehicle to be parked corresponding to the parking request, judges whether the vehicle to be parked is in a parking spot or not, namely judges whether a user parks the vehicle in the parking spot or not, if so, sends a vehicle locking instruction to the vehicle to be parked, and further completes vehicle returning.
Therefore, when the positioning function of the shared vehicle fails, the user can park the vehicle to be parked in the parking spot, but the server judges that the vehicle to be parked is not in the parking spot according to the vehicle position obtained by the positioning function of the vehicle to be parked which fails, so that the user cannot return the vehicle normally and can only seek help from the manual customer service.
Based on this, in order to improve the situation that the user cannot return the vehicle normally due to the failure of the positioning function of the vehicle, the embodiment of the invention provides a parking method of a shared vehicle applied to a server, wherein a signal transceiver is arranged on the shared vehicle and is used for transmitting signals to and receiving signals from a preset direction, and the effective working distance of the signal transceiver is a first preset distance.
The signal transceiver may be a device integrating a signal transmitting function and a signal receiving function, and in an implementation manner provided by the embodiment of the invention, the signal transceiver may also be a device formed by combining a signal transmitting device and a signal receiving device.
Further, the signal transceiver may be configured to transmit one or more of a bluetooth signal, an infrared signal, an ultraviolet signal, and the like. In an alternative implementation provided by embodiments of the present invention, the signal transceiver comprises an infrared signal transceiver. It can be appreciated that the infrared signal has the advantages of strong anti-interference capability, reliable information transmission, low power consumption, low cost and the like, and can effectively reduce the design cost of the sharing vehicle.
Furthermore, in order to enable the signal transceiver to transmit signals to and receive signals from a preset direction, in one implementation manner provided by the embodiment of the invention, a signal baffle is installed on the signal transceiver and is used for limiting the transmitting direction and the receiving direction of the signal transceiver. However, it should be noted that such mounting of the signal baffle on the signal transceiver is only an alternative, and the direction of the signal transmitted and received by the signal transceiver may be changed according to the actual situation. For example, in another implementation manner provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the signal transceiver is configured to transmit radio waves along a straight line direction, that is, direct short waves, so that the signal transceiver transmits signals to and receives signals from a preset direction.
Based on this, referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a parking method of a shared vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the parking method of the shared vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s110, responding to a parking request sent by a user through a terminal, and acquiring first position information of the terminal.
Specifically, the user may perform a preset operation on the terminal, such as clicking a get-back button displayed on a screen of the terminal, or perform a preset operation that can be recognized by the terminal as an intention to return the vehicle, and then the terminal transmits a parking request to the server.
Further, the server acquires the position information of the terminal, that is, the first position information, after receiving the parking request of the terminal. It should be appreciated that in the event of a failure of the locating function of the shared vehicle, the server cannot determine whether the vehicle is at a stop based on the location of the shared vehicle. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention determines whether the vehicle is at a parking spot based on the positioning function of the relatively effective user's terminal.
Further, the server may obtain the location of the terminal according to a global positioning system (Global Positioning System, GPS) after receiving the parking request of the terminal. In one implementation manner, the parking request sent by the terminal includes own position information, that is, before the terminal sends the parking request, the terminal obtains own position information and writes the information into the parking request, so that the server can directly analyze the parking request to obtain the position of the terminal.
And S120, if the terminal is judged to be positioned in the parking spot according to the first position information, a signal transmission instruction is sent to the vehicle to be parked corresponding to the parking request, wherein the signal transmission instruction is used for enabling a signal transceiver of the vehicle to be parked to transmit signals.
It can be understood that the common car returning scene is: the user drives the vehicle to be parked into the parking spot, parks the vehicle to be parked, simultaneously sends a parking request to the server through the terminal, and the server judges whether to issue a vehicle locking instruction according to the position of the vehicle to be parked. In such a parking scenario, the location of the terminal may be approximately equivalent to the location of the vehicle to be parked.
Based on this, in such an implementation manner provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the server no longer determines whether the vehicle to be parked is located at the parking spot according to the position of the vehicle to be parked, but determines the position of the vehicle to be parked according to the position of the terminal of the user.
However, when the server determines that the terminal is located in the parking spot according to the first location information, it is possible that the user and the terminal are in the parking spot, but the user does not drive the shared vehicle into the parking spot. Thus, to avoid a situation where the user is within the parking spot, but the vehicle to be parked is not within the parking spot, the server further references the vehicle parked within the parking spot to locate the vehicle to be parked. That is, after the server determines that the terminal is located in the parking spot, a signal transmitting instruction is sent to the vehicle to be parked, so as to control the signal transceiver on the vehicle to be parked to transmit a signal to a preset direction. The shared vehicle parked in the parking spot is provided with a credit transceiver capable of receiving signals from a preset direction, and then when the vehicle parked in the parking spot receives signals sent by the vehicle to be parked, the vehicle to be parked can be identified to be located in the parking spot.
S130, when the vehicle is parked in the parking spot, selecting a first vehicle which is closest to the terminal and is not parked in a second preset distance in a preset direction from all the vehicles parked in the parking spot, wherein the second preset distance is smaller than or equal to the first preset distance.
Specifically, the server determines that the vehicle to be parked is located in the parking spot, and selects a first vehicle from the vehicles parked in the parking spot according to the stored positions of the shared vehicles parked in the parking spot, and further determines that the vehicle to be parked is located in the parking spot when the first vehicle receives a signal of the vehicle to be parked.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure that the user parks the vehicle to be parked into the parking spot and around the first vehicle, the embodiment of the present invention defines the effective working distance of the signal transceiver as a first preset distance, and the setting of the second preset distance is to ensure that at least one shared vehicle can park around the first vehicle. The preset direction includes a left side and a right side of the vehicle body, and the first vehicle only needs to park the vehicle within a second preset distance of the left side or the right side of the vehicle body.
For better illustrating the implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 2, fig. 2 shows an application scenario of a parking method of a first shared vehicle provided in the embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 includes a first shared vehicle 101, a second shared vehicle 102 and a vehicle 103 to be parked, and a dashed box indicates a parking spot. As can be seen from fig. 2, the user has parked the vehicle to be parked 103 beside the second shared vehicle 102, and at least one shared vehicle can be parked on the right side of the second shared vehicle 102, and is closest to the vehicle to be parked 103, i.e. closest to the terminal, and thus is selected as the first vehicle by the server.
Further, the vehicle to be parked 103 transmits signals to the left side of the vehicle body and the left side of the vehicle body, and the second shared vehicle 102 on the left side of the vehicle to be parked 103 may receive the signals transmitted from the vehicle to be parked 103.
It can be understood that when the user sends a parking request through the terminal, the vehicle to be parked may not be parked beside other vehicles, and referring to fig. 3, an exemplary application scenario diagram of a parking method of a second shared vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown in fig. 3, where the application scenario diagram includes a vehicle to be parked 103, a third shared vehicle 104, and a fourth shared vehicle 105, and a dashed box indicates a parking point. In conjunction with the aforementioned selection method of the first vehicle, the third shared vehicle 104 is selected as the first vehicle in fig. 3, but the user does not park the vehicle to be parked 103 beside the third shared vehicle 104, and the third shared vehicle 104 cannot receive the signal of the vehicle to be parked 103.
However, if the user does not know which shared vehicle is the first vehicle, it is not known how to park the vehicle to be parked 103 to complete the vehicle return, only the help of the manual customer service can be sought. Thus, in one implementation provided by the embodiment of the present invention, after the present step, i.e. after S130, and before the next step, i.e. before S140, the method further includes:
and generating and sending guide information to the terminal according to the position of the first vehicle, wherein the guide information is used for prompting a user to move the vehicle to be parked towards the position of the first vehicle.
That is, the server generates and transmits guide information to the terminal according to the position of the first vehicle, i.e., the third shared vehicle 104 in fig. 3, and the position of the terminal, thereby prompting the user to park the vehicle to be parked 103 to the left side of the third shared vehicle 104. In another implementation manner provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the server further sends a vehicle prompt instruction to the first vehicle, so that the audio device of the first vehicle sends out a prompt voice, and/or the light device of the first vehicle sends out a prompt light, so as to inform the user that the first vehicle is located.
And S140, if receiving signal receiving information sent by the first vehicle, sending a vehicle locking instruction to the vehicle to be parked, wherein the signal receiving information indicates that the signal transceiver receives a signal sent by the vehicle to be parked.
That is, after the user parks the vehicle to be parked to the side of the first vehicle, the first vehicle receives the signal sent by the vehicle to be parked, determines that the vehicle to be parked is parked around, and then sends signal receiving information to the server, which indicates that the vehicle to be parked is located in the parking spot. After receiving the signal receiving information, the server sends a vehicle locking instruction to the vehicle to be parked, and the return of the vehicle to be parked is completed.
It can be understood that, when a certain shared vehicle is used as the first vehicle of the to-be-parked vehicle C1 and the to-be-parked vehicle C2 at the same time, in order to avoid the situation that the to-be-parked vehicle C2 is locked after the first vehicle receives the signal of the to-be-parked vehicle C1, in an implementation manner provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the signal transmitted by the signal transceiver on the shared vehicle includes the vehicle identifier of the to-be-parked vehicle; and the first vehicle can determine surrounding vehicles to be parked according to the vehicle identification in the received signal.
Optionally, the first vehicle may write the vehicle identifier in the signal into the signal receiving information, so that the server analyzes the signal receiving information to obtain the vehicle identifier, thereby determining whether the vehicle to be parked corresponding to the vehicle identifier is parked around the first vehicle.
It can be further understood that, after the vehicle to be parked C3 is locked, when there is a new vehicle to be parked C4 to be returned, if the user considers that the vehicle to be parked C3 meets the condition of the first vehicle, and further parks the vehicle to be parked to the side of the vehicle to be parked C3, but the server cannot store and acquire the position information of the vehicle to be parked C3 due to failure of the positioning function of the vehicle to be parked C3, and the first vehicle identified by the server is different from the first vehicle identified by the user, the user cannot return the vehicle to be parked C4.
Thus, in an alternative implementation manner provided by the embodiment of the present invention, after S140, the method further includes:
and acquiring the current position information of the terminal, and storing the current position information serving as the position information of the vehicle to be parked.
In other words, after each vehicle to be parked returns, the embodiment of the invention also obtains the corresponding terminal position as the position of the vehicle to be parked, so that the server can determine the position of each vehicle parked in the parking spot, and further ensure the normal execution of the subsequent vehicle returning process.
In addition, if the first vehicle is located at the edge of the parking spot, a situation may occur that the user parks the vehicle outside the parking spot, and referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 shows a schematic application scenario of a parking method of the third shared vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention, fig. 4 includes a vehicle 103 to be parked, a fifth shared vehicle 106 and a sixth shared vehicle 107, and a dashed box indicates the parking spot. In combination with the aforementioned selection method of the first vehicle, the sixth shared vehicle 107 is the first vehicle.
In this application scenario, the user may park the vehicle to be parked to the right of the sixth shared vehicle 107, i.e. park the vehicle to be parked outside the parking spot, thereby affecting the parking order. Thus, in one implementation provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the parking spot includes a standard parking spot, and after S130 and before S140, the method further includes:
selecting a second vehicle which is adjacent to the first vehicle in the same straight line direction and has a spacing distance smaller than a preset distance from all vehicles parked at the parking point, wherein the preset distance is larger than or equal to a second preset distance and smaller than or equal to a first preset distance;
further, S140 includes:
and if receiving signal receiving information sent by the first vehicle and the second vehicle respectively, sending a vehicle locking instruction to the vehicle to be parked.
It should be noted that, the standard parking spot has certain requirements on the parking position and the parking direction of the vehicle, so that the vehicle parked in the standard parking spot is more orderly. The distance between the first vehicle and the second vehicle is smaller than the preset distance but larger than or equal to the second preset distance, which means that at least one vehicle can be parked between the first vehicle and the second vehicle, the preset distance is smaller than or equal to the first preset distance, and the signal transceivers of the first vehicle and the second vehicle can receive signals.
In this regard, if the parking spot shown in fig. 4 is a normal parking spot, the sixth shared vehicle 107 is the first vehicle, and the fifth shared vehicle 106 on the left side of the sixth shared vehicle 107 is positioned on the same line as the sixth shared vehicle 107, and the inter-vehicle distance is greater than the first preset distance and smaller than the second preset distance, so the fifth shared vehicle 106 is regarded as the second vehicle. Thus, when the user drives the vehicle 103 to be parked between the fifth shared vehicle 106 and the sixth shared vehicle 107, the fifth shared vehicle 106 and the sixth shared vehicle 107 respectively receive signals of the vehicle 103 to be parked, and then respectively send the signal receiving information to the server, and the server determines that the vehicle 103 to be parked is parked in the parking spot, and controls the vehicle to be locked.
Therefore, the parking method of the shared vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention enables the user to finish vehicle returning through the terminal and the vehicle parked in the parking spot, avoids the condition that the vehicle cannot be returned due to the positioning function failure of the shared vehicle, and enables the user to finish vehicle returning without seeking the help of manual customer service, thereby improving the vehicle returning experience of the user and reducing the labor cost of the shared vehicle.
In addition, it should be noted that, although the embodiment of the present invention locates the vehicle to be parked according to the terminal and the parked vehicle, in an alternative implementation manner, the embodiment of the present invention may locate the vehicle according to the position of the shared vehicle, that is, when the server obtains and determines that the shared vehicle is within the parking spot according to the position information of the vehicle, the embodiment of the present invention directly sends the vehicle locking instruction to the vehicle to be parked to complete the vehicle returning.
That is, in an optional implementation manner provided by the embodiment of the present invention, that is, before S120, the method further includes:
acquiring second position information of a vehicle to be parked corresponding to the parking request;
and if the vehicle to be parked is judged not to be located in the parking spot according to the second position information, executing the step of sending a signal transmitting instruction to the vehicle to be parked corresponding to the parking request if the terminal is judged to be located in the parking spot according to the first position information.
That is, the server determines whether the shared vehicle is in the parking spot according to the vehicle position information transmitted by the shared vehicle, that is, the second position information, before judging the vehicle to be parked by the terminal, and if the shared vehicle is in the parking spot, the server can directly transmit the vehicle locking instruction to the shared vehicle, thereby completing the vehicle returning.
If the server judges that the vehicle to be parked is not in the parking spot according to the second position information, judging whether the shared vehicle is in the parking spot or not according to the first position information, namely the position of the terminal, so as to avoid the situation that the user cannot return the vehicle normally due to the positioning function failure of the shared vehicle.
Further, when the server determines that the vehicle to be parked is not located in the parking spot according to the second location information, but determines that the vehicle to be parked is located in the parking spot based on the first location information and the vehicle parked in the parking spot, and after a vehicle locking instruction is sent to the vehicle to be parked, the server determines that a fault exists in the positioning function of the shared vehicle, and the fault vehicle has a certain influence on the user experience, therefore, in an optional implementation manner provided in the embodiment of the present invention, after S140, the method further includes:
marking the vehicle to be parked as a faulty vehicle;
and if a vehicle unlocking request corresponding to the fault vehicle is received, sending vehicle fault prompt information to a terminal sending the vehicle unlocking request.
And after the vehicle with the fault locating function is marked as the fault vehicle, if another user needs to use the fault vehicle, the server can send vehicle fault prompt information to the terminal of the user so as to prompt the user of the fault of the vehicle, and the user is prevented from influencing the vehicle using experience of the user after using the fault vehicle. Moreover, the server can also send the related information of the fault vehicle to the staff, so that the staff can maintain the fault vehicle, and further the timely maintenance of the shared vehicle is ensured.
