Abstract

One embodiment of the invention discloses a real-time warning method, a device and a system for a command control system, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a monitoring video in real time, and identifying the monitoring video; generating alarm information according to the identification result and a preset alarm rule; and displaying the alarm information on the man-machine interaction interface. The method solves the problems that the video processing efficiency of the control system is low, the control system is inaccurate, the number of processed videos is limited, and the real-time requirement of system combat cannot be met.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of monitoring. And more particularly, to a real-time warning method, device and system for a command control system.
Background
In networked and systematic combat command, the command control system plays a core role, is interconnected and intercommunicated with each weapon equipment, detection terminal and the like through the network, receives data, voice, video and other information from each weapon equipment and detection terminal, realizes the sensing capability of the whole battlefield situation, however, with the rapid development of networking, systematization, intellectualization and other combat demands, the amount of information collected by the command control system is increased explosively, the data amount is far beyond the manual processing capacity, especially video data, one-time combat, the command control system can receive hundreds of paths of video information, the prior video processing method is mainly manual checking and monitoring, the video monitoring system generally adopts polling display and subsequent checking as main methods, the method has the problems of low efficiency, inaccuracy, limited video processing quantity, incapability of meeting the real-time requirement of system combat and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a real-time alarm method for a command control system, including:
acquiring a monitoring video in real time, and identifying the monitoring video;
generating alarm information according to the identification result and a preset alarm rule;
and displaying the alarm information on the man-machine interaction interface.

In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a real-time alarm system for an instruction control system, including:

In a specific embodiment, the real-time warning device of the command control system includes: a video pull stream management module, an identification module, an alarm generation module and an alarm management module, wherein,
the video pull stream management module is used for acquiring a monitoring video in real time;
in this embodiment, the video stream management module uses an international standard video stream pulling protocol, such as RTP and RTSP protocols, to pull the monitoring videos from the video terminals in real time, provide functions of storing, viewing, and distributing the monitoring videos according to the device terminal classification, pull and distribute the monitoring videos of the video terminals as required, and flexibly configure the number of paths for pulling the video streams according to the demand of the command system.
The identification module is used for identifying the monitoring video;
in this embodiment, the identification module transplants the intelligent analysis algorithm to the intelligent computing card, after receiving each video stream sent by the video pull management module in real time, the identification module obtains the video stream from the streaming media service and decodes the video stream for the intelligent algorithm to use, performs deep learning-based identification on each video stream, dynamically allocates the intelligent analysis service to different computing cards according to the performances of each machine and the computing card, respectively stores, manages, queries and plays back the intelligent analysis result pictures, and sends the identification result to the alarm generation module.
In one specific example, the recognition result includes: ground target people, vehicles, animals, and fixed buildings included in each surveillance video.
The alarm generating module is used for generating alarm information according to the identification result and a preset alarm rule;
in this embodiment, the alarm generation module filters the identification result according to the preset alarm rule, for example, if people, cars, and animals appear in the monitoring video, an alarm is needed, and each video only generates alarm information once in an alarm period of 3 seconds, the fixed building does not need to be alarmed, if there is a result meeting the alarm rule, an alarm is generated,
in one particular example, the alert information includes an alert generation time, a video device number of the alert, and an alert type.
The alarm management module is used for displaying the alarm information in the man-machine interaction interface and prompting a commander of the command and control system in a flashing mode, the commander checks each piece of alarm information through the man-machine interaction interface, checks the video of the equipment through the video equipment number provided by the alarm information, and confirms and processes the alarm.
According to the real-time warning system of the finger control system, the monitoring video is identified in real time, warning information is generated in real time according to the identification result and the preset warning rule, the problems that the video processing efficiency of the finger control system is low, the finger control system is inaccurate, the quantity of processed videos is limited, the real-time requirement of system combat cannot be met and the like are solved, and the real-time warning system has a wide application prospect.
Corresponding to the real-time alarm system of the command control system provided in the foregoing embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a real-time alarm method of a command control system, including:
a video pull stream management module, an identification module, an alarm generation module and an alarm management module, wherein,
the video pull stream management module is used for acquiring a monitoring video in real time;
the identification module is used for identifying the monitoring video;
the alarm generating module is used for generating alarm information according to the identification result and a preset alarm rule;
and the alarm management module is used for displaying the alarm information in the man-machine interaction interface.
In a specific embodiment, the video pull stream management module is further configured to change the number of paths for acquiring the monitoring video in real time according to the requirement of the command control system.

Since the real-time warning method of the finger control system provided in the embodiment of the present application corresponds to the real-time warning systems of the finger control systems provided in the above several embodiments, the foregoing embodiments are also applicable to the driving method of the display device provided in the embodiment, and detailed description is omitted in this embodiment.

By way of example, such architectures include, but are not limited to, Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, micro-channel architecture (MAC) bus, enhanced ISA bus, Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus, and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus.
Computer device 12 typically includes a variety of computer system readable media. Such media may be any available media that is accessible by computer device 12 and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
The system memory 28 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM)30 and/or cache memory 32. Computer device 12 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, storage system 34 may be used to read from and write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (not shown in FIG. 3, and commonly referred to as a "hard drive"). Although not shown in FIG. 3, a magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable, nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk") and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable, nonvolatile optical disk (e.g., a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or other optical media) may be provided. In these cases, each drive may be connected to bus 18 by one or more data media interfaces. Memory 28 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules that are configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the invention.
A program/utility 40 having a set (at least one) of program modules 42 may be stored, for example, in memory 28, such program modules 42 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which examples or some combination thereof may comprise an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 42 generally carry out the functions and/or methodologies of the described embodiments of the invention.
Computer device 12 may also communicate with one or more external devices 14 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 24, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with computer device 12, and/or with any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable computer device 12 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may be through an input/output (I/O) interface 22. Also, computer device 12 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network such as the Internet) via network adapter 20. As shown in FIG. 3, the network adapter 20 communicates with the other modules of the computer device 12 via the bus 18. It should be understood that although not shown in FIG. 3, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with computer device 12, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.
The processor unit 16 executes various functional applications and data processing by running programs stored in the system memory 28, for example, implementing a real-time warning method for a command control system provided by an embodiment of the present invention.
