S3: rotating the insulating operating rod (10) to enable the lower clamping block assembly (20) to move upwards, driving the lower half part of the high-voltage electrode to move upwards and enabling a bolt of the high-voltage electrode to pass through the upper half part of the high-voltage electrode, rotating the ratchet wrench (38) through the hook rod (40), driving the nut sleeve (37) to rotate by the ratchet wrench (38), and driving the nut of the high-voltage electrode to rotate by the nut sleeve (37) so that the nut of the high-voltage electrode is in threaded connection with the bolt;
S4: the insulating operating rod (10) is reversely rotated, the lower clamping block assembly (20) moves downwards, and then the hook rod (40) is operated to release the compression state of the compression assembly (50), so that the device can be taken down.
