At present, for the strain insulator string of the ultra-high voltage transmission line, an operation method of replacing a single insulator by a closed clamp is mainly adopted. The lead end fitting is matched with: the insulator 15, the bowl head hanging plate 14, the cross hanging plate 10, the parallel hanging plate 9, the connecting bolts 7 and 8 and other hardware fittings are matched with each other as shown in fig. 1.
According to different insulator types, hanging plates and matched bolts with different types are needed, for example, the matched bolts of the parallel hanging plate P-42 and the bowl head hanging plate WS-42 are usually M36, the matched bolts of the parallel hanging plate P-55 and the bowl head tube plate WS-55 are usually M42, and on an actual line, the parallel hanging plate P-55 and the bowl head tube plate WS-55 also have special types matched with the M36 bolts. In view of this, it is necessary to use a different jig for insulator replacement, which increases construction cost and causes a complicated replacement work.

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the wire end clamp for replacing the high-voltage insulator, and solves the general problem of replacing the wire end insulator clamp for the extra-high voltage circuit.
The invention particularly provides a wire end clamp for replacing a high-voltage insulator, which comprises a turnover plate clamp main body, a turnover plate rotating shaft, a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate and a turnover plate clamp center, wherein the turnover plate clamp center is of a double-layer sliding bushing structure and is used for being matched with bolts matched with insulators of different types to realize the replacement of the high-voltage insulators of different types.

The end of the fixed hexagonal bush 20 is provided with a convex ring 22 which is matched with a concave ring 21 on the limit sleeve 19. The fixed hexagonal bush 20 connects the limit baffle 18, the limit sleeve 19 and the flap card main body 4 into a whole through the set screw 17, and a cavity for fixing the hexagonal bush 20 is suitable for an M42 bolt.
The sliding hexagonal bush 16 is installed in the fixed hexagonal bush 20, the left and right sliding positions of the sliding hexagonal bush 16 are limited by the limiting baffle 18, and a cavity of the sliding hexagonal bush 16 is suitable for an M36 bolt.

When the turning plate clamp is used, the clamp is firstly lifted to the working position by an operator on the tower, the right end nut 13 is disassembled, and the turning plate 6 is opened, as shown in fig. 4. And then the clamp is moved to the parallel hanging 9 position in the line hardware string by the operator on the tower, and the clamp is moved upwards, so that the bushing in the middle of the clamp main body is sleeved outside the hexagon head of the bolt 7.
The turning plate 6 is closed, so that the bushing in the middle of the turning plate 6 is sleeved outside the hexagon of the nut 8, the bolt 12 passes through the end eyelet of the turning plate, and the nut 13 is screwed, as shown in fig. 5.
The turnover plate clamp is matched with the closed clamp for use, so that the replacement of single insulators at the two ends of the insulator string is realized.
