7. A medical staff scheduling method according to claim 2, further comprising, after issuing the work instruction information corresponding to the work request information:
receiving feedback information of the first medical staff or the second medical staff within a set time period, wherein the feedback information comprises approval or rejection;
and judging whether the feedback information is rejected, if so, outputting a work request signal to the next first medical staff or second medical staff.
8. A medical personnel scheduling system, comprising:
the task receiving unit is used for receiving the work request information;
the system comprises an information acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the information acquisition unit is used for acquiring physical condition indexes of first medical personnel and second medical personnel, the first medical personnel comprise personnel in a working state, and the second medical personnel comprise personnel in a work-break state;
