When the near field communication is NFC, a communication module of the communication unit 31 corresponding to the near field communication may be located at a predetermined location of the vehicle 30 so that the user a can hold the communication unit 11 of the 1 st terminal device 10.
The positioning unit 32 obtains positional information of the vehicle 30 based on the control of the control unit 40. The positioning unit 32 outputs the acquired positional information of the vehicle 30 to the control unit 40 based on the control of the control unit 40. The positioning portion 32 can be configured to include at least 1 receiving module corresponding to a satellite positioning system. The receiving module is, for example, a receiving module corresponding to GPS (Global Positioning System: global positioning system). However, the receiving module is not limited thereto. The receiving module may be a receiving module corresponding to any satellite positioning system.
The sensor unit 33 can detect biometric information of the user. The sensor unit 33 can detect biological information of the user who is riding the vehicle 30 based on the control of the control unit 40. The sensor unit 33 includes a camera 34, a fingerprint sensor 35, and a microphone 36. However, the sensors included in the sensor unit 33 are not limited to these sensors. The sensor unit 33 may have any sensor capable of detecting biological information of the user. The sensor unit 33 may have at least 1 sensor capable of detecting biological information of the user.
The camera 34 can be configured to include an image pickup device and an image pickup optical device. The camera 34 can be located at a position where the face of the user sitting in the driver's seat of the vehicle 30 can be photographed as a subject. The camera 34 is located, for example, in an instrument panel of the vehicle 30, which is a portion capable of capturing a face of a user sitting in a driver's seat as a subject. The camera 34 captures a face of a user as an object based on the control of the control section 40, and generates data of a face image of the user. The camera 34 outputs the generated data of the face image of the user to the control section 40 based on the control of the control section 40.
The fingerprint sensor 35 can be located at any location in the vehicle 30 where a user can place a fingertip. The fingerprint sensor 35 can generate a fingerprint image from the irregularities of a fingerprint at the user's fingertip. The fingerprint sensor 35 may be any of capacitive, optical, and ultrasonic systems. The fingerprint sensor 35 generates a fingerprint image of the user based on the control of the control unit 40. The fingerprint sensor 35 outputs data of the generated fingerprint image of the user to the control unit 40 based on the control of the control unit 40.
The microphone 36 can be located at any location in the vehicle 30 where sound emitted by the user can be collected. The microphone 36 collects the voice of the user and converts the voice into an electric signal based on the control of the control unit 40, thereby generating voice data. The microphone 36 outputs sound data to the control unit 40 based on the control of the control unit 40.
The input unit 37 can accept input from a user. The input unit 37 can receive an input from a user based on the control of the control unit 40. The input unit 37 may be configured to include at least 1 input interface capable of receiving input from a user, similarly to the input unit 12.
The output unit 38 can output data. The output unit 38 can output data based on the control of the control unit 40. The output unit 38 can be configured to include at least 1 output interface capable of outputting data, similarly to the output unit 13.
The storage unit 39 can be configured to include at least 1 semiconductor memory, at least 1 magnetic memory, at least 1 optical memory, or a combination of at least 2 of them, as in the storage unit 14. The storage unit 39 may function as a main storage device, a secondary storage device, or a cache memory. The storage unit 39 stores data used for the operation of the vehicle 30 and data obtained by the operation of the vehicle 30.
The storage unit 39 stores, for example, authentication information, biometric information, authority information, and 2 nd account information as will be described later with reference to fig. 3. The expiration date may be preset in the authentication information. The storage unit 39 stores, for example, identification information of a user associated with the authentication information. The identification information of the user is, for example, an employee number of the user in the company X, a name of the user, or the like. The storage unit 39 stores, for example, the 1 st account information described later.
The control unit 40, like the control unit 15, can be configured to include at least 1 processor, at least 1 dedicated circuit, or a combination thereof. The control unit 40 can control each unit of the vehicle 30 and execute processing related to the operation of the vehicle 30. The control unit 40 may have a timer function for acquiring the current time.
The functions of the vehicle 30 can be realized by executing the vehicle program of the present embodiment by a processor corresponding to the control unit 40. That is, the functions of the vehicle 30 can be realized by software. The vehicle program can cause a computer to function as the vehicle 30 by causing the computer to execute the operation of the vehicle 30. That is, the computer can function as the vehicle 30 by executing the operation of the vehicle 30 according to the vehicle program.
Some or all of the functions of the vehicle 30 may be realized by a dedicated circuit corresponding to the control unit 40. That is, some or all of the functions of the vehicle 30 may also be implemented by hardware.
An example of the processing performed by the control unit 40 is described below.
< 1 st authentication Process >
The control unit 40 can receive authentication information from the 1 st terminal device 10 by the communication unit 31 via short-range wireless communication. As described above, for example, when the short-range wireless communication is NFC, the user a holds the communication unit 11 of the 1 st terminal device 10 at a predetermined location of the vehicle 30 when using the vehicle 30. When the communication unit 11 of the 1 st terminal device 10 is held in the portion of the vehicle 30, the control unit 40 can start the short-range wireless communication between the 1 st terminal device 10 and the vehicle 30.
The control unit 40 can execute the 1 st authentication using the received authentication information. The control unit 40 may determine that the 1 st authentication is successful when the received authentication information matches any one of the authentication information stored in the storage unit 39. On the other hand, the control unit 40 may determine that the 1 st authentication has failed when the received authentication information does not match the authentication information stored in the storage unit 39.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the storage unit 39 stores "AAA", "BBB", and "CCC" as authentication information. "AAA" is authentication information for user A. The "BBB" is authentication information of user B. "CCC" is authentication information of the user C. User B and user C are different users than user a. In this case, the control unit 40 determines that the 1 st authentication is successful when receiving authentication information of "AAA" from the 1 st terminal apparatus 10.
The control unit 40 may release the locking of the door of the vehicle 30 when the 1 st authentication is successful. By releasing the lock of the door of the vehicle 30, the user a can ride the vehicle 30. The sensor unit 33 is capable of detecting biological information of the user a who is riding on the vehicle 30 when the user a rides on the vehicle 30.
< authentication Process of 2 >
When the 1 st authentication is successful, the control unit 40 can acquire the biometric information of the user who is riding the vehicle 30 from the sensor unit 33. The control unit 40 can perform the 2 nd authentication using the acquired biometric information. In the 2 nd authentication, the control unit 40 may acquire biometric information associated with the authentication information used in the 1 st authentication from the storage unit 39. Any biometric information corresponding to the type of biometric information detected by the sensor unit 33 may be associated with the authentication information stored in the storage unit 39. The control unit 40 may determine success or failure of the 2 nd authentication based on a result of comparing the biometric information acquired from the sensor unit 33 with the biometric information acquired from the storage unit 39.
For example, when the sensor unit 33 includes the camera 34, the control unit 40 can acquire data of a face image of the user sitting on the driver's seat of the vehicle 30 from the camera 34 as the biometric information of the user. In this case, the data of the face image is associated with the authentication information stored in the storage unit 39. The control unit 40 determines success or failure of the 2 nd authentication based on a result of comparing the data of the face image of the user acquired from the camera 34 with the data of the face image acquired from the storage unit 39.
For example, in the case where the sensor section 33 includes the fingerprint sensor 35, the control section 40 can acquire data of a fingerprint image of a finger of a user who is riding the vehicle 30 from the fingerprint sensor 35. In this case, the data of the fingerprint image is associated with the authentication information stored in the storage unit 39. The control unit 40 may output a message "please put a finger on the sensor" to the output unit 38 in order to acquire a fingerprint image using the fingerprint sensor 35. The control unit 40 determines success or failure of the 2 nd authentication based on a result of comparing the data of the fingerprint image of the user acquired from the fingerprint sensor 35 with the data of the fingerprint image acquired from the storage unit 39.
For example, in the case where the sensor portion 33 includes the microphone 36, the control portion 40 can acquire sound data of the user who is riding the vehicle 30 from the microphone 36. In this case, the audio data is associated with the authentication information stored in the storage unit 39. The control unit 40 may output a message "please sound" to the output unit 38 in order to acquire sound data by the microphone 36. The control unit 40 determines success or failure of the 2 nd authentication based on the result of comparison between the voice data of the user acquired from the microphone 36 and the voice data acquired from the storage unit 39.
When the 2 nd authentication is successful, the control unit 40 can acquire the authority information associated with the authentication information as shown in fig. 3 from the storage unit 39. The authority information may be information indicating an authority of electronic settlement for the user determined through the authentication information. The content of the rights information may be predetermined by company X or user Y.
The authority information may include information of a transaction object that gives the user authority to use electronic settlement. For example, the authority information shown in fig. 3 includes information that uses a toll parking lot as a transaction object to which the authority to use electronic settlement is given to the user a.
The rights information may include information of an upper limit of a payment amount in the electronic settlement. The upper limit of the payment amount may be an upper limit of the payment amount per 1 electronic settlement or an upper limit of the payment amount in electronic settlement in a predetermined period.
The authority information may include information indicating whether the user is allowed to drive the vehicle 30. For example, the authority information as shown in fig. 3 indicates that the user a is permitted to drive the vehicle 30. Here, at the time when the 2 nd authentication is successful, the vehicle 30 is in a state of being unable to run because the power source such as the engine and the motor of the vehicle 30 is in a stopped state. When the authority information indicates that the user is permitted to drive the vehicle 30, the control unit 40 may set the vehicle 30 to a state capable of running. As an example of the vehicle 30 being in a state capable of running, the control unit 40 may start the power source such as the engine and the motor of the vehicle 30. On the other hand, when the authority information is acquired, the control unit 40 may maintain the vehicle 30 in a state where the vehicle 30 cannot be driven when the authority information indicates that the user is not allowed to drive the vehicle 30. As an example of the vehicle 30 being in a state where it is not possible to run, the control unit 40 may maintain the power source such as the engine and the motor of the vehicle 30 in a stopped state.
The authority information may include information of a period in which the user is allowed to drive the vehicle 30. For example, the authority information as shown in fig. 3 includes 10: 00-17: 00 as information of a period in which the user a is allowed to drive the vehicle 30. The control unit 40 may set the vehicle 30 to a state capable of traveling during a period in which the user is permitted to drive the vehicle 30. The control unit 40 may be configured to stop the vehicle 30 when the current time is outside the allowable period and the vehicle 30 is not traveling, for example. The control unit 40 may acquire the current time by using the timer function of the control unit 40. Further, the control unit 40 may output a warning to the output unit 38 while maintaining the vehicle 30 in a state where the vehicle 30 is capable of traveling when the current time is outside the allowable period and when the vehicle 30 is traveling, for example.
The authority information may include information of a range in which the user is allowed to make a movement using the vehicle 30. For example, the authority information as shown in fig. 3 includes the region Z1 as information of a range in which the user a is permitted to move by the vehicle 30. The control unit 40 may acquire the positional information of the vehicle 30 by using the positioning unit 32, and determine whether or not the position of the vehicle 30 is included in a range in which the user is permitted to move by using the vehicle 30. The control unit 40 may be configured to stop the vehicle 30 when it is determined that the position of the vehicle 30 is not included in the allowable range and when, for example, the vehicle 30 is not traveling. Further, the control unit 40 may output a warning to the output unit 38 while maintaining the vehicle 30 in a state where the vehicle 30 is capable of traveling when it is determined that the position of the vehicle 30 is not included in the allowable range and when the vehicle 30 is traveling, for example.
The authority information may include information indicating whether the user is allowed to open and close the cover of the vehicle 30. For example, the authority information as shown in fig. 3 indicates that the user a is allowed to open and close the cover of the vehicle 30. When the authority information indicates that the user is allowed to open and close the cover of the vehicle 30, the control unit 40 may set the cover of the vehicle 30 to be manually openable and closable. On the other hand, when the authority information is acquired, the control unit 40 may set the cover of the vehicle 30 to a state where the cover cannot be opened or closed manually when the authority information indicates that the user is not allowed to open or close the cover of the vehicle 30.
< another example of authentication processing of 2 >
When the 2 nd authentication fails, the control unit 40 may transmit data of the face image of the user sitting in the driver's seat of the vehicle 30 and a notification for confirming the authority given to the user to the 2 nd terminal device 20 via the network 2 by using the communication unit 31. The control unit 40 can acquire data of a face image of a user sitting on the driver's seat of the vehicle 30 from the camera 34.
In the 2 nd terminal device 20, the control unit 25 can receive data of the face image of the user from the vehicle 30 and confirm the permission notification given to the user by the communication unit 21 via the network 2. The control unit 25 may output the notification to the output unit 23 together with the data of the face image of the user. By outputting the data of the face image of the user from the output unit 23, the user Y can determine that the user is a staff member of the company X or a suspicious person. When the user Y determines that the user is a staff member of the company X, the input unit 22 can input information indicating the authority given to the user. The control unit 25 can receive input of information indicating the authority given to the user by the input unit 22. The control unit 25 can transmit information of the authority granted to the user received by the input unit 22 to the vehicle 30 via the network 2 by using the communication unit 21.
The control unit 40 can receive information of the rights given to the user from the 2 nd terminal device 20 via the network 2 by using the communication unit 31. The control unit 40 may generate or update at least a part of the authority information based on the received information of the authority given to the user.
< treatment of electronic Settlement >
The control section 40 can perform electronic settlement. The control unit 40 can perform electronic settlement by communicating with the communication device 3 by the communication unit 31 through short-range wireless communication. The control unit 40 can receive, from the communication device 3 via the short-range wireless communication, information of a transaction object that performs a transaction in electronic settlement and information of a payment amount paid to the transaction object, by the communication unit 31.
In the execution of the electronic settlement, the control unit 40 may use 1 st account information set in advance or 2 nd account information different from the 1 st account information. The 1 st account information is, for example, account information of company X in a financial institution. The 2 nd account information is account information of a person such as the user a in a financial institution, for example. As shown in fig. 3, the 2 nd account information may be associated with the authentication information correspondence.
[ example of Using account information 1 ]
The control unit 40 may determine whether the user has authority to use the electronic settlement for the transaction object that performs the transaction in the electronic settlement based on the authority information. As an example, the control unit 40 may refer to the authority information, and determine whether or not the transaction object to which the transaction is performed in the electronic settlement is a transaction object to which the authority to use the electronic settlement is given to the user, thereby determining whether or not the user has the authority to use the electronic settlement with respect to the transaction object. As another example, the control section 40 may determine whether the user has a right to use the electronic settlement for the transaction object based on the payment amount paid to the transaction object performing the transaction in the electronic settlement and the upper limit of the payment amount in the electronic settlement of the right information.
The control unit 40 may use the 1 st account information when it is determined from the authority information that the user has the authority to use the electronic settlement for the transaction object that performs the transaction in the electronic settlement. As an example, the control unit 40 may use the 1 st account information when it is determined with reference to the authority information that the transaction object that performs the transaction in the electronic settlement is the transaction object to which the authority to use the electronic settlement is given to the user. For example, when the user a pays the use fee of the toll parking space by electronic settlement, the control unit 40 refers to the authority information as shown in fig. 3, and determines that the use of the toll parking space as the transaction target is the transaction target to which the authority to use electronic settlement is given to the user a. In this case, the control unit 40 uses the 1 st account information. As another example, in the case where the authority information includes information of an upper limit of the payment amount in each 1-time electronic settlement, the control section 40 may use the 1 st account information in the case where it is determined that the payment amount paid to the transaction object that performs the transaction in the electronic settlement is equal to or less than the upper limit of the payment amount of the authority information. In addition, in the case where the authority information includes information of an upper limit of the payment amount of the electronic settlement in a period set in advance, the control section 40 may add the payment amount paid to the transaction object that performs the transaction in the electronic settlement to the amount that has been paid by the electronic settlement in the period. The control unit 40 may calculate the total amount in the period by adding the amount paid to the transaction object that performs the transaction in the electronic settlement and the amount paid by the electronic settlement in the period. When the calculated total amount is determined to be equal to or less than the upper limit of the payment amount of the authority information in the period, the control unit 40 may use the 1 st account information.
In this way, when the control unit 40 determines that the user has the right to use the electronic settlement, the 1 st account information is used. With this configuration, for example, the user a does not have to input the 1 st account information from the input unit 37 during electronic settlement. Thus, the vehicle 30 can be a vehicle excellent in user convenience in electronic settlement.
The control unit 40 can determine that the user does not use the right to the electronic settlement for the transaction object that performs the transaction in the electronic settlement based on the right information. As an example, the control unit 40 can refer to the authority information, and determine that the transaction object for performing the transaction in the electronic settlement is not the transaction object to which the authority to use the electronic settlement is given to the user. When determining that the transaction object that performs the transaction in the electronic settlement is not the transaction object to which the user is given the right to use the electronic settlement, the control unit 40 can determine that the user does not have the right to use the electronic settlement for the transaction object that performs the transaction in the electronic settlement. For example, when the user a pays a fee for fuel such as gasoline by electronic settlement, the control unit 40 refers to the authority information as shown in fig. 3, and determines that the fuel to be the transaction object is not the transaction object to which the authority to use electronic settlement is given to the user a. As another example, in the case where the authority information includes information of an upper limit of the payment amount in each 1-time electronic settlement, the control section 40 can determine that the payment amount paid to the transaction object that performs the transaction in the electronic settlement exceeds the upper limit of the payment amount of the authority information. When determining that the payment amount paid to the transaction object that is transacted in the electronic settlement exceeds the upper limit of the payment amount of the authority information, the control unit 40 can determine that the user does not use the authority of the electronic settlement for the transaction object that is transacted in the electronic settlement. In the case where the authority information includes information of an upper limit of the payment amount of the electronic settlement in the predetermined period, the control unit 40 can calculate the total amount in the period in the same manner as described above. When determining that the calculated total amount exceeds the upper limit of the payment amount in the period of the authority information, the control unit 40 can determine that the user does not use the authority of electronic settlement for the transaction object that performs the transaction in the electronic settlement.
Here, the control unit 40 may determine whether or not the transaction object satisfies a preset setting condition when it is determined that the user does not use the right of electronic settlement for the transaction object that performs the transaction in electronic settlement based on the right information.
The setting condition may be a condition that a transaction object for performing a transaction in electronic settlement is included in at least 1 specific object set in advance. The specific object may be preset by company X or user Y. For example, the specific object is a fuel such as gasoline. In this case, the control unit 40 determines that the fuel to be the transaction target is not the transaction target to which the authority to use the electronic settlement is given to the user a as described above, but determines that the fuel to be the transaction target satisfies the setting condition.
When determining that the transaction object satisfies the setting condition, the control unit 40 may transmit a notification to confirm whether or not to permit purchase of the transaction object to the 2 nd terminal device 20 via the network 2 by using the communication unit 31. For example, the control unit 40 transmits a notification to confirm whether or not to permit purchase of fuel to the 2 nd terminal device 20. The control unit 40 may transmit identification information of the user of the vehicle 30 to the 2 nd terminal device 20 together with a notification confirming whether or not to permit purchase of the transaction object. The control unit 40 can acquire the identification information of the user of the vehicle 30 by acquiring the identification information of the user associated with the authentication information used for the 1 st authentication from the storage unit 39.
In the 2 nd terminal device 20, the control unit 25 can receive a notification from the vehicle 30 via the network 2 using the communication unit 21 to confirm whether or not to permit purchase of the transaction object. The control unit 25 outputs a notification to the output unit 23 confirming whether or not the purchase transaction object is permitted. By outputting the notification from the output unit 23, the user Y can determine whether or not the transaction object is a desired object in the operation of the vehicle 30 or the company X. When the user Y determines that the transaction object is a desired object during the operation of the vehicle 30 or the company X, the user Y can permit payment of the fee of the transaction object by using the 1 st account information. When the user Y is permitted to pay the fee of the transaction object by using the 1 st account information, the input unit 22 can input the purchase permission transaction object. When the input unit 22 receives an input of permission to purchase the transaction object, the control unit 25 can transmit a notification of permission to purchase the transaction object to the vehicle 30 via the network 2 using the communication unit 21. On the other hand, if the user determines that the transaction object is not a desired object during the operation of the vehicle 30 or the company X, the user is not permitted to pay the fee of the transaction object by using the 1 st account information. When payment of the fee of the transaction object is not permitted by the 1 st account information, the user Y can input the purchase-non-permitted transaction object from the input unit 22. When the input unit 22 receives an input of a purchase permission target, the control unit 25 can transmit a notification of the purchase permission target to the vehicle 30 via the network 2 using the communication unit 21.
The control unit 40 can receive a notification of permission to purchase the transaction object from the 2 nd terminal device 20 via the network 2 by using the communication unit 31. When receiving the notification, the control unit 40 may use the 1 st account information.
In this way, even when it is determined from the authority information that the user does not use the authority of electronic settlement for the transaction object, the control unit 40 transmits a notification to the 2 nd terminal device 20 confirming whether or not to permit purchase of the transaction object, when the transaction object satisfies the setting condition. With this configuration, the user Y can flexibly determine whether or not the transaction object is a desired object in the operation of the vehicle 30 or the company X.
[ example of Using account information of No. 2 ]
The control unit 40 may use the 2 nd account information when it is determined from the authority information that the user does not use the authority of electronic settlement for the transaction object that performs the transaction in electronic settlement. The control unit 40 may use the 2 nd account information when it is determined from the authority information that the user does not use the authority of electronic settlement for the transaction object that performs the transaction in electronic settlement and when it is determined that the transaction object does not satisfy the setting condition. For example, when the user a pays a fee for the snack by electronic settlement, the control unit 40 determines that the snack is not a transaction target to which the user a is given a right to use electronic settlement based on the right information as shown in fig. 3. When the specific object in the set condition is a fuel such as gasoline, the control unit 40 determines that the snack to be transacted does not satisfy the set condition, and uses the 2 nd account information.
When the control unit 40 transmits the notification of whether or not the purchase of the transaction object is permitted to the 2 nd terminal device 20, the notification of whether or not the purchase of the transaction object is permitted can be received from the 2 nd terminal device 20 by the communication unit 31 via the network 2. In this case, the control unit 40 may use the 2 nd account information.
In this way, the control unit 40 uses the 2 nd account information different from the 1 st account information when it is determined from the authority information that the user does not use the authority of electronic settlement for the transaction object. For example, when a user purchases a transaction object such as a snack having a low necessity during the operation of the vehicle 30 or the company X by electronic settlement of the vehicle 30, the 2 nd account information is used for electronic settlement. According to this configuration, the possibility that the user purchases the transaction object having low necessity in the operation of the vehicle 30 or the company X by using the funds of the company X is reduced, and therefore the funds of the company X can be more properly protected. Further, the control unit 40 acquires the 2 nd account information associated with the authentication information from the storage unit 39, and the user may not input the 2 nd account information from the input unit 37. With this configuration, the vehicle 30 can be a vehicle excellent in user convenience in electronic settlement.
[ confirmation processing of Account ]
Before the account information is transmitted to the communication device 3 during the electronic settlement, the control unit 40 may output the information of the transaction object received from the communication device 3 and the information of the payment amount paid to the transaction object to the output unit 38. When the 1 st account information is used, the control unit 40 may output a notification to the effect that the 1 st account information is used to the output unit 38 together with the information of the transaction target and the payment amount. When the 2 nd account information is used, the control unit 40 may output a notification indicating that the 2 nd account information is used to the output unit 38 together with the information of the transaction target and the payment amount. For example, the user a can confirm account information used for electronic settlement or the like using the information output from the output unit 38. When the user a confirms the information output from the output unit 38 and determines to execute the electronic settlement, the input unit 37 can input an instruction to execute the electronic settlement. When receiving an input instructing to execute electronic settlement through the input unit 37, the control unit 40 may transmit the 1 st account information or the 2 nd account information to the communication device 3 through the communication unit 31 by short-range wireless communication.
< permission processing of specific action >
The control unit 40 can receive a notification requesting permission of a specific action not permitted by the authority information from the 1 st terminal device 10 by the communication unit 31 via the short-range wireless communication. In the 1 st terminal apparatus 10, the user a can input an input requesting permission of a specific action not permitted by the permission information from the input unit 12 as needed, for example, in the case of an emergency. In the 1 st terminal device 10, when receiving the input by the input unit 12, the control unit 15 can transmit a notification requesting permission of a specific action not permitted by the authority information to the vehicle 30 by the communication unit 11 via the network 2.
When receiving a notification requesting permission of a specific action not permitted by the permission information, the control unit 40 may transmit a notification confirming whether the specific action is permitted to the 2 nd terminal device 20 by using the communication unit 31 via the network 2. The control unit 40 may transmit the identification information of the user of the vehicle 30 to the 2 nd terminal device 20 together with a notification confirming whether or not the specific action is permitted. The control unit 40 may use the identification information of the user of the 1 st terminal device 10 received from the 1 st terminal device 10 via the short-range wireless communication unit 11 as the identification information of the user of the vehicle 30. The control unit 40 may acquire the identification information of the user of the vehicle 30 from the storage unit 39 as described above.
In the 2 nd terminal device 20, the control portion 25 can receive, from the vehicle 30 via the network 2 using the communication portion 21, identification information of the user of the vehicle 30 together with a notification requesting permission of a specific action not permitted by the authority information. Upon receiving the notification, the control unit 25 may output the notification and the identification information of the user of the vehicle 30 to the output unit 23. The output unit 23 outputs the notification or the like, and the user Y can know that the user a, which is the user of the vehicle 30, requests permission of the specific action, for example. When the specific action is permitted for the user a, the user Y can input an input for permitting the specific action from the input unit 22. When the input unit 22 receives an input to permit the specific action, the control unit 25 may transmit a notification to permit the specific action to the vehicle 30 via the network 2 by using the communication unit 21.
