Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs.
It is noted that the terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of exemplary embodiments according to the invention. As used herein, the singular forms "a", "an" and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, and it should be understood that when the terms "comprises" and/or "comprising" are used in this specification, they specify the presence of stated features, steps, operations, devices, components, and/or combinations thereof, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
Interpretation of terms:
event: an event in the present invention refers to a city management event that needs to be handled.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a method for recording a city management event, which specifically includes the following steps:
step S101: and acquiring a video stream in a preset place.
In this embodiment, the setting location may be selected in advance.
The video stream may be implemented using a device having video capture functionality, such as a camera.
In a specific implementation, a device with a video capture function (e.g., a camera) can be mounted on the vertical rod, wherein the mounting height and angle of the device with the video capture function can be determined according to the position of an actual object to be captured and the size of a scene.
Step S102: the video stream is analyzed in real-time and a city management event scene is captured.
Specifically, a video stream is divided into a number of sequences of consecutive frame pictures;
carrying out image segmentation by adopting an image segmentation processing algorithm aiming at each frame of image;
and then, recognizing the segmented image by using the scene recognition model to obtain a recognition result, thereby capturing the scene of the city management event.
It should be noted that the scene recognition model may be an existing neural network model, and those skilled in the art may specifically select a corresponding neural network structure according to actual conditions or accuracy requirements.
Step S103: and recording the relevant information according to the scene of the city management event.
In a specific implementation, the information related to the city management event scenario includes, but is not limited to, an event information description, an event type, an event scene evidence picture, an event longitude and latitude coordinate, and a push time.
The event information description can be described by keywords or statements with a set format;
the scene of the event can select a picture with a city management event scene from the video stream;
the longitude and latitude coordinates of the event can be determined according to the position of the city management event scene.
In specific implementation, in the process of recording according to the relevant information of the city management event scene, an event number is automatically generated as a unique identifier of an event.
Specifically, the event numbers may be numbered according to a set rule, for example, the event numbers are numbered by using at least one of numbers and letters or a combination of the numbers and the letters, and a person skilled in the art may specifically select the corresponding numbering rule according to the actual situation.
In some embodiments, in the process of managing event scenario related information recording according to cities, event state identification is also automatically changed into a recording state and time is automatically recorded.
According to the scheme, the recording operation is automatically completed, so that the human intervention is reduced, the operation records are stored in the data storage, the data integrity of the seven-step closed loop is reserved, and the national standard requirement of the digital city management system is met. Wherein, fig. 2 shows a seven-step closed loop process of traditional digital city management.
The traditional digital city management seven-step closed loop process: the seven-step closed loop flow of the traditional digital city management refers to a complete closed loop flow of reporting, dispatching, handling, feeding back, rechecking and recording events from event discovery to completion of processing in city management work, the seven links of the traditional digital city management, such as event discovery reporting, item setting examination, event dispatching and the like, are completed by manual operation, and the seven-step closed loop flow is seven steps which must be followed by national standard requirements of the digital city management and cannot be reduced at will.
Step S104: and automatically dispatching the recorded events to a field worker terminal.
In the specific implementation, the recorded events are correspondingly matched and dispatched to the field worker terminal according to the longitude and latitude coordinates and the event types of the events.
Specifically, different event longitude and latitude coordinates and event types correspond to field worker terminals in different regions. The specific corresponding relation can be preset according to the actual situation.
Step S105: and receiving event rechecking information uploaded by the field worker terminal.
Because the event is automatically identified and reported through a scene identification algorithm, a certain error identification rate exists. After the event is automatically dispatched to the field worker terminal, the field worker terminal needs to firstly judge whether the event is correctly identified, and event review information is obtained.
Step S106: and judging the effectiveness of the event according to whether the rechecking information belongs to the scene of the urban management event.
And if the rechecking information belongs to the scene of the urban management event, receiving the confirmation acceptance task information uploaded by the field staff terminal. And if the rechecking information does not belong to the scene of the city management event, the marking event is invalid.
According to the method and the device, the video stream in the preset place is obtained, the video stream is analyzed in real time, the scene of the urban management event is captured, the recorded event is automatically dispatched to the field worker terminal according to the relevant information record of the scene of the urban management event, a series of operations such as event reporting and dispatching can be automatically realized, the effectiveness of the event is judged through the event rechecking information uploaded by the field worker terminal, and the problems of event overstock and inaccurate record are effectively solved.
