Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of RFID (radio frequency identification devices), in particular to an RFID tag box and a food material management method thereof.
Background
The RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology is a wireless communication technology that performs non-contact bidirectional communication using Radio Frequency signals, automatically identifies a target object, and acquires related information data. With the progress of science and technology, the RFID has been related to various aspects of people's daily life, and is widely applied to the fields of industrial automation, commercial automation, article management, anti-counterfeit labels, and the like.
In order to help a user to manage food in a refrigerator, in the existing technical scheme of marking food by an electronic tag and further realizing automatic management, an RFID reader-writer is usually arranged in the refrigerator to self-define the RFID tag, and then the defined RFID tag and corresponding food materials are put into the refrigerator together to realize monitoring of the food materials. Therefore, the existing RFID reader is arranged in the refrigerator, and does not have any technical requirements for the tag box for storing the RFID tag, and only the tag can be stored. However, since the user needs to bind the RFID tag close to the reader/writer every time the user takes out the RFID tag from the tag box, the binding mode is inefficient under the condition of more food materials, and a lot of time is consumed by the user.

The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood in a specific case by those of ordinary skill in the art.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an RFID tag box according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the RFID tag box includes:
the tag box body 10 comprises an RFID read-write module 11, a partition plate 12 and a detection device 13, wherein the partition plate 12 divides the tag box body 10 into a plurality of accommodating grooves 101 for accommodating RFID tags, the detection device 13 is arranged in each accommodating groove 101, and the RFID read-write module 11 is used for performing read-write operation on the RFID tags accommodated in the accommodating grooves 101;
the controller 20 is configured to:
acquiring food material information corresponding to the accommodating groove 101 when any detection device 13 detects that an RFID tag is placed in the corresponding accommodating groove 101; each accommodating groove 101 is pre-configured with food material information corresponding to the accommodating groove;
and sending the food material information to the RFID read-write module 11, so that the RFID read-write module 11 writes the food material information into the RFID tag.
Illustratively, the RFID read-write module 11 is vertically installed in the middle of the RFID tag box, the plurality of accommodating grooves 101 formed through the partition plate 12 are arranged on both sides of the RFID read-write module 11, and when the RFID read-write module 11 works, an RFID signal is transmitted to the accommodating grooves 101 on both sides, so as to write data into the RFID tag. Each accommodating groove 101 has food material information corresponding to the RFID tag to be set, when the detection device 13 detects that a new RFID tag is put into the corresponding accommodating groove 101, the controller 20 obtains the food material information corresponding to the accommodating groove 101 and sends the food material information to the RFID read-write module 11, and the RFID read-write module 11 writes the food material information into the RFID tag. When the user needs to use the RFID tag corresponding to the food material information, the user can directly take the RFID tag away for use without using the RFID tag after self-definition.
Alternatively, the detection device 13 may be a weight sensor or a light sensor. When the RFID tag stored in the accommodating groove 101 is taken out, the detection value of the weight sensor is changed from large to small, which indicates that the RFID tag is taken out, and similarly, when the detection value of the weight sensor is changed from small to large, which indicates that the RFID tag is put in. When the detection value of the optical sensor is changed from small to large, the fact that the RFID tag is taken out is indicated, and when the detection value of the optical sensor is changed from large to small, the fact that the RFID tag is put in is indicated.
Optionally, the controller 20 is further configured to:
responding to the food material information configuration operation, and acquiring configuration information;
and updating the food material information corresponding to the accommodating groove 101 according to the configuration information.
For example, the controller 20 may receive configuration information from a client, and a user may configure the food material information corresponding to each receiving tank 101 in the RFID tag box at the client, where the configured food material information corresponding to the receiving tank 101 is shown in table 1. It should be noted that the configuration information may be an initial configuration operation for the unused holding tank 101, or may be an update operation for a part of the holding tank 101 in which the food material information has been already configured, such as updating the food material information of A1 from "beef" to "pork".
Table 1 food material information corresponding to the receiving groove 101
Accommodating tank | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 |
A | Beef | Shrimp (shrimp) | Spinach | Chicken meat |
B | Mutton | Flower of West blueflower | Pear (pear) | Chinese cabbage |
It should be noted that the number of the receiving grooves 101 and the corresponding food material information that needs to be set in table 1 are only examples, and in actual use, a user can modify the food material information of each receiving groove 101 by himself through the communication module.
In addition, in actual use, when the user purchases food materials such as beef, shrimp, broccoli and the like, the RFID tags at the positions A1, A2 and B2 can be taken out, clamped on the food materials and placed in a refrigerator for storage. If the user purchases 3 beef and wants to store separately at this time, but only 1 beef label exists at present, the user can insert labels at other positions such as labels at positions B4 and A4 into position A1 to rewrite label information, and then clamp the rewritten labels between the other two beef and store in the refrigerator.
Optionally, the controller 20 is further configured to:
when any detection device 13 detects that an RFID tag is taken out of the corresponding accommodating groove 101, the food material information corresponding to the accommodating groove 101 is sent to the refrigerator, so that the refrigerator records the food material information.
