The food material management device according to the embodiment of the present invention is explained by taking a refrigerator as an example, and without loss of generality, the food material management device according to the embodiment of the present invention may also be used in other storage devices, such as a retail cabinet or an ice chest.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the food material management apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a mounting member 1, a reader/writer 3, and a marking member 2. The reader-writer 3 is installed on the installation part 1, the identification part 2 is placed on the installation part, the identification part 2 comprises a first food material identifier 22 and an electronic tag 23, and information of food materials corresponding to the first food material identifier 22 is stored in the electronic tag 23. The reader/writer 3 is adapted to read the electronic label 23 during the removal of the identification member 2 from the mounting member 1 or during the replacement of the identification member 2 into the mounting member 1.
According to the food material management device disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, when the identifier 2 is taken away from the mounting piece 1, the reader-writer 3 reads and writes the electronic tag 23 on the identifier 2, and then the food material management device sends a food material adding signal to an equipment end, a cloud end or a bound user end and the like based on the reading and writing action; similarly, when the identifier 2 is placed back to the mounting member 1, the reader/writer 3 reads and writes the electronic tag 23 on the identifier 2 again, and then the food material management apparatus sends the food material deletion signal to the device side, the cloud side, or the bound user side, etc. based on the reading and writing action. Therefore, the food material management device does not need operation steps similar to card swiping, can realize the non-inductive operation of the user, and improves the feeling of the user.
According to the food material management device provided by the embodiment of the invention, when food materials are put into the refrigerator, the identifier 2 is taken away from the mounting part 1 and is placed together with the food materials; when taking out the food material in the refrigerator, the identifier 2 placed together with the food material is put back to the mounting member 1. The food material management device is very simple in operation and does not increase burden for users. When the food material management device is used for food material management, the cost is low, the existing refrigerator is not required to be improved, and the food material management device only needs to be installed on the refrigerator, so that the food material management device is beneficial to popularization.
According to the food material management device of the embodiment of the invention, the first food material identifier 22 on the identifier 2 is used for facilitating the user to distinguish the identifier 2. For example, in the case of a refrigerator, it generally includes identifiers 2 of various meats, identifiers 2 of various fruits, and identifiers 2 of various vegetables, and thus by forming the first material identifier 22 on the identifiers 2, it is convenient for a user to take a suitable identifier 2 when storing the material.
Referring to fig. 3, 4, 8 and 9, the identification member 2 is formed with a first food material identifier 22 of beef, so that when storing beef, the identification member 2 corresponding to the beef can be quickly removed from the mounting member 1 and put together with the beef stored in the refrigerator. When the beef is taken out, the identification piece 2 which is placed together with the beef is only required to be placed back to the mounting piece 1. The electronic tag 23 of the marker 2 in fig. 3, 4, 8 and 9 stores the food material information of beef, so that the reader/writer 3 can read and write the food material information of beef.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the food material management device comprises an information transmitting module, wherein the information transmitting module is suitable for transmitting food material adding information based on the fact that the reader-writer 3 reads the electronic tag 23 in the process that the identification member 2 is taken away from the mounting member 1; and is adapted to transmit the food material deletion information based on the reader/writer 3 reading the electronic tag 23 in the process of replacing the identification member 2 to the mounting member 1. For example, the reader/writer 3 includes an information transmitting module, and when the reader/writer 3 reads the electronic tag 23, the information transmitting module transmits the food material management information to at least one of the device side, the cloud side and the user side (in the case of no special description, the food material management information refers to management information including food material adding information or food material deleting information), so as to facilitate remote management of the food material through the device side, the cloud side or the user side. Of course, the information transmitting module may be included in the identifier 2 or other parts of the food material management apparatus, or the information transmitting module may be a module independent of the reader/writer 3 and the identifier 2.
In one embodiment, the information transmitting module transmits the food material management information to a management system of the device, that is, the refrigerator, so that the management system can locally manage the food materials in the refrigerator. Or the information transmitting module transmits the food material management information to the cloud, so that the food materials in the refrigerator can be remotely managed through the cloud; or the information transmitting module transmits the food material management information to a user side such as a mobile phone or a tablet computer, so that the food materials in the refrigerator can be remotely managed through the user side. Wherein the managing of the food material here at least comprises monitoring the presence of the food material.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 5 to 8, the reader/writer 3 is installed in the middle of the installation member 1, the number of the markers 2 is multiple, and the multiple markers 2 are distributed around the reader/writer 3. Under this kind of circumstances, through carrying out reasonable distribution to read write line 3 and identification member 2, and then make a read write line 3 can satisfy the reading demand of a plurality of identification members 2.
In fig. 1, 2, 5, 6 and 8, the mounting member 1 has an overall cylindrical outer shape; in fig. 7, the mounting member 1 has a rectangular overall shape. Of course, the shape of the mounting member 1 is not limited to the drawings, and it may be prism-shaped or other shapes. In general, the mounting 1 has an outer shape that ensures as far as possible that the plurality of identification elements 2 located on the mounting 1 are at equal or similar distances from the reader/writer 3.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 5, and 6 to 8, the mounting member 1 is in the form of a storage case, and further, a receiving groove 11 and a mounting groove 12 disposed around the receiving groove 11 are formed in the mounting member 1, the reader/writer 3 is fixed to the receiving groove 11 (the reader/writer 3 is fixed to a rotating shaft 14 in the receiving groove 11 in fig. 6), and the identification member 2 is disposed in the mounting groove 12. Under this condition, the identification member 2 arranged in the mounting groove 12 can pass through the reader-writer 3 when being taken and placed from the mounting member 1, and then the reading and writing of the electronic tag 23 can be synchronously completed only by the taking and placing actions of the identification member 2, and the operation similar to 'brushing' is not needed. That is, when the identifier 2 is taken out from the mounting groove 12, the identifier 2 will move from bottom to top, and when the identifier 2 moves from bottom to top, the identifier will pass through the reader/writer 3 and be read/written; similarly, when the identifier 2 is placed back in the mounting groove 12, the identifier 2 has a movement from top to bottom, and the movement also causes the identifier 2 to pass through the reader/writer 3 and be read/written.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 3 to 5, the indicator 2 includes a clip 21, the clip 21 includes a first clamping arm 211 and a second clamping arm 212, which are engaged with each other, the electronic tag 23 is disposed on a surface of the first clamping arm 211 away from the second clamping arm 212, and the first food material identifier 22 is disposed on a surface of the second clamping arm 212 away from the first clamping arm 211; the clip 21 is clamped to the mounting groove 12 away from the sidewall of the receiving groove 11, such that the first clamping arm 211 is located inside the mounting groove 12 and the second clamping arm 212 is located outside the mounting groove 12. In this case, since the second clamping arm 212 is located outside the mounting groove 12, the first food material identifier 22 on the second clamping arm 212 can be seen at a glance, so as to facilitate the user to distinguish different identifiers 2. In addition, because the first clamping arm 211 is located in the mounting groove 12, and the first food material identifier 22 on the first clamping arm 211 is closer to the reader-writer 3, so as to ensure that the reader-writer 3 can read and write the electronic tag 23 on the first clamping arm 211 when the identifier 2 is taken out or replaced back. Moreover, the clip 21 is clamped on the mounting groove 12 far away from the side wall of the accommodating groove 11, so that the mounting reliability of the identification piece 2 on the mounting piece 1 can be ensured. When the identification part 2 with the clamp 21 is fixed and food materials are placed together, the identification part 2 is not easy to lose, and the use of the identification part is convenient. Of course, the electronic tag 23 may be disposed at other positions of the first clamping arm 211, as long as the reading of the electronic tag 23 can be completed when the identifier 2 is taken and placed. Similarly, the first food material identifier 22 may be disposed at other positions of the clip 21 as long as the user's distinguishing requirement is satisfied, for example, the first food material identifier 22 may be disposed at the connection position of the first clamping arm 211 and the second clamping arm 212.
After the indicator 2 including the clip 21 is taken out of the receiving groove 11, the clip 21 of the indicator 2 is clipped to the corresponding food material, and the food material is put into the refrigerator together with the indicator 2. When the food material is taken out of the refrigerator, the identification member 2 is put back into the mounting groove 12 for the convenience of the next use.
In one embodiment, the electronic tag 23 is disposed at an open end of the first gripper arm 211. The open end of the first holding arm 211 is the bottom end of the first holding arm 211 in fig. 3 to 5. In this case, the process of taking away and replacing the identification member 2 is performed, and the stroke of the electronic tag 23 is long, so that the situation that the reader/writer 3 cannot read and write the electronic tag 23 can be avoided.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the identification member 2 includes an identification block 24 adapted to be placed in the mounting groove 12, and the first food material identifier 22 includes at least one of a shape identifier, a color identifier and a character identifier of the identification block 24. In this case, the marking block 24 only needs to be taken out of the mounting groove 12 to represent that the corresponding food material is added, and the marking block 24 is thrown into the mounting groove 12 to represent that the current food material is taken out, so that the management of the food material management device is very simple.
In one embodiment, the identification block 24 may be shaped to correspond to the food material, for example, if the food material is an apple, the identification block 24 is shaped to be an apple, and thus the first food material identifier 22 is shaped to be the identification block 24. Of course, the identification block 24 may be made into a regular structure, for example, the identification block 24 is a square body, in which case, the identification block 24 includes a square body structure and a pattern formed on the square body structure, as shown in fig. 9. Alternatively, the pattern on the identification block 24 in fig. 9 may be replaced by another pattern having an identification effect, for example, characters for identification may be formed on the identification block 24.
In order to facilitate the user to quickly find the corresponding identification block 24, the side wall of the mounting groove 12 away from the receiving groove 11 is transparent. Of course, no matter whether identification member 2 adopts any structural style, mounting groove 12 is far away from the lateral wall of holding tank 11 and is the transparence, all can be so that the user to identification member 2's on the installed part 1 observation more directly perceived.
According to the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of mounting cavities are formed in the mounting groove 12, the mounting groove 12 is provided with the second food material identifiers 4 corresponding to the mounting cavities one by one, and the number of the identifiers 2 in each mounting cavity is not more than one. In this case, the identifiers 2 and the installation cavities may be placed in one-to-one correspondence. For example, in fig. 1, 5 and 6, a mounting cavity of the identifier 2 corresponding to pork, beef, chicken and other food materials is formed in the mounting groove 12, a second food material identifier 4 corresponding to pork, beef, chicken and other food materials is formed on the side wall of the mounting groove 12 corresponding to the mounting cavity, and the identifier 2 is placed corresponding to the mounting cavity. The structure advantage of this kind of mounting groove 12 lies in, not only convenience of customers finds fast and corresponds identification member 2, and when corresponding the installation cavity vacant moreover, then explain that the refrigerator has this kind of edible material in the middle of storing to the user can be quick knows that current refrigerator stores which edible material. Similarly, a user can intuitively find out which food materials are lacked in the current refrigerator through the food material management device without inquiring the storage condition of the food materials in the current refrigerator by means of a user side, a cloud end or a local management system.
Taking fig. 1, 5 and 6 as an example, if all the mounting grooves 12 are correspondingly provided with the identifiers 2 when the refrigerator leaves the factory, when the corresponding identifiers 2 are taken out from the corresponding mounting grooves 12, it is described that the corresponding food materials are added into the refrigerator. For example, the mounting groove 12 is at least formed with a mounting cavity for the identifier 2 of pork, beef, chicken, vegetables, cabbage, carrot, broccoli and apple, and when the identifier 2 is not found in the mounting cavity corresponding to the pork on the mounting member 1, it indicates that the refrigerator currently stores pork; when the identifier 2 is not found in the corresponding mounting cavity of the green vegetables on the mounting piece 1, the current refrigerator is indicated to store the green vegetables; when the identifiers 2 in all the mounting cavities on the mounting part 1 are found to be in, the refrigerator is indicated that no food materials are stored, and then a user can intuitively know that the food materials should be added.
In one embodiment, in order to make the viewing more intuitive, the second food item indicator 4 is formed at a side wall of the mounting groove 12 away from the receiving groove 11. Of course, the second food material identification 4 may be formed at other positions of the mounting groove 12 as long as it is visible to the user. In fig. 1, 5 and 6, the second food material identifier 4 is in the form of characters, and it is obvious that the form of the second food material identifier 4 is not limited by the drawings as long as it can be distinguished by the user.
According to the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of identifiers 2 can be arranged corresponding to one installation cavity. For example, if a user likes beef, the beef corresponding to the mounting cavity may be provided with a plurality of markers 2, and when the user puts beef in the refrigerator for the first time, one of the markers 2 is taken out, and when the user puts beef in the refrigerator again, the other marker 2 is taken out. The same food materials stored in batches are respectively managed through a plurality of identifiers 2 corresponding to the same food materials.
It should be noted that the mounting member 1 of the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the above examples in terms of the structural form: for example, the mounting member 1 may also have a disk-like structure, and a space for placing the reader/writer 3 and the identification member 2 is formed above the disk-like structure; for another example, the mounting member 1 may also be a structure similar to a support frame, and the structures of the reader/writer 3 and the identification member 2 are designed so that the reader/writer 3 and the identification member 2 can be fixed to the support frame. The structure of the mounting member 1 is only required to satisfy the mounting of the reader/writer 3 and the identification member 2, and is not exhaustive here.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 7, the mounting member 1 is provided with an indicator light adapted to turn on in a case where the reader/writer 3 reads the electronic tag 23. The on duration of the indicator light can be set, for example, each time the reader/writer 3 reads the electronic tag 23, the indicator light is turned on for one second or only flashes instantly, and then the user knows that the reading is successful at present based on the turning on of the indicator light. If the indicator light is not on when the identifier 2 is taken away or put back, it indicates that the reader-writer 3 does not read the information of the electronic tag 23 on the identifier 2, and the user can be prompted by the indicator light to sense that reading fails, so that the operation is performed again.
In one embodiment, the indicator light is positioned at the bottom of the mount 1 so that there is no interference between the mounting of the indicator light and other structures on the mount 1. Of course, the installation position of the indicator light is not limited by the examples herein, and it is also possible to install the indicator light at a position other than the installation member 1, for example, to provide the indicator light on the reader/writer 3 or to provide the indicator light on the identification member 2. In one embodiment, an indicator light is mounted on top of the reader/writer 3.
According to the food material management apparatus of the embodiment of the invention, the first food material identifier 22 is only required to be convenient for the user to distinguish different identifiers 2, for example, the first food material tag includes at least one of a character identifier, a pattern identifier and a color identifier.
According to the food material management apparatus of the embodiment of the present invention, the type of the electronic tag 23 is not limited, and for example, the electronic tag may be an NFC (near field communication) tag, or may also be an RFID (radio frequency identification) tag, or may also be a tag in other forms, as long as the reading and writing requirements of the reader/writer 3 are met.
According to an embodiment of the second aspect of the invention, a storage cabinet is provided, which comprises the food material management device. Furthermore, the storage cabinet can manage the existence of food materials based on the food material management device. In addition, the food material management device can manage the time limit of the food material. The storage cabinet can be a refrigerator, an ice chest, a retail cabinet and the like. Taking a refrigerator as an example, after food materials are put into the refrigerator, the actual storage period of the food materials is counted, and only when the food materials stored at a certain time are completely taken out, the corresponding identification part 2 is put back into the mounting part 1.
According to the storage cabinet provided by the embodiment of the invention, the storage cabinet comprises a cabinet body and a door body, and the mounting piece 1 of the food material management device is mounted on the door body. For example, the food material management device may be attached to a door frame of the door body, or the food material management device may be attached to a panel or an inner container of the door body. When the food material management device is arranged on the panel of the door body, a user can conveniently and visually observe food materials stored in the refrigerator at present; when the food material management device is arranged in the inner container of the door body, the loss of the identification part 2 can be avoided.
According to the storage cabinet of the embodiment of the invention, referring to fig. 6, the mounting member 1 includes a base 13 and a rotating shaft 14. The identification member 2 (please refer to fig. 5 for the structure of the identification member 2) is mounted on the base 13, the base 13 is mounted on the cabinet or the door through the rotating shaft 14, and then the rotatable base 13 can facilitate the storage of the identification member 2, and increase the interest of food material management and improve the user experience.
In one embodiment, the base 13 and the rotating shaft 14 are fixed, and the rotating shaft 14 is rotatably mounted on the cabinet body or the door body, so that the base 13 of the storage cabinet can rotate relative to the cabinet body or the door body through the rotation of the rotating shaft 14, so as to facilitate the taking and placing of the identification component 2 at any position on the base 13.
In one embodiment, the rotating shaft 14 is fixed on the cabinet or the door, and the seat 13 is rotatably mounted on the rotating shaft 14, so that all the identifiers 2 can be conveniently taken and placed through the rotation of the seat 13.
In one embodiment, the reader/writer 3 is fixed in the above-mentioned rotating shaft 14, so as to ensure that the distance from the reader/writer 3 to all the installation cavities is equal.
In one embodiment, the mounting member 1 of the food material management device is magnetically mounted on the storage cabinet to facilitate flexible adjustment of the mounting position of the food material management device. For example, the mounting member 1 is formed with a magnetic portion, and the mounting member 1 is detachably attached to the door panel of the storage cabinet through the magnetic portion.
Referring to fig. 6, the mounting groove 12 extends along a circumferential direction of rotation of the mounting member 1, and an arrow direction in fig. 6 indicates a direction opposite to the rotation of the rotation shaft 14. A plurality of installation cavities are distributed in the installation groove 12 along the rotating circumferential direction, and the number of the identification parts 2 in each installation cavity is not more than one. In this case, the number of the identification members 2 is equal to or less than the number of the mounting grooves 12. Referring to fig. 7, when the user does not eat some food materials, for example, meat for vegetarian, the markers 2 of pork, beef and chicken may not be used. On the basis, other mounting grooves 12 and the identification pieces 2 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
The storage cabinet comprises a main control system, wherein the main control system is connected with an information transmitting module in a food material management device. The information transmitting module is connected with the main control system in a wired mode or a wireless mode. On the basis, the main control system and the cloud end can be connected through WiFi (mobile hotspot).
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention. Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that various combinations, modifications or equivalents may be made to the technical solution of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the present invention, and the technical solution of the present invention is covered by the claims of the present invention.
