Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of thermal resistance testing of heat pipes, in particular to a thermal resistance testing jig which is compatible with heat pipes with different shapes and specifications.
Background
The heat pipe is a heat transfer element with high heat conductivity, transfers heat by evaporation and condensation of working medium in a totally-enclosed vacuum pipe shell, and has a series of advantages of extremely high heat conductivity, good isothermal property, freely changeable heat transfer areas on cold and hot sides, remote heat transfer, temperature control and the like. The heat pipe radiator composed of the heat pipes has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, compact structure, small fluid resistance loss, being beneficial to controlling dew point corrosion and the like, is widely applied to industries such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, oil refining, boilers, ceramics, traffic, light textile, machinery and the like at present, and obtains remarkable economic benefit.
Gravity is one of the problems that must be considered in the application of the vacuum heat pipe, generally speaking, along with gravity, the effect is the best, the horizontal heat pipe position, the effect is reduced by 20%, and the efficiency is lost by about 60% in a completely inverse gravity mode, namely, the heat source is on the top, the heat source is cooled down, the condensed liquid is to be along the heat pipe wall to resist the earth gravity and reversely flow to the heat regeneration source end, so that the detection of the working performance of the vacuum heat pipe under different states is very important, therefore, in the heat pipe test, the test mode of different shapes and placement needs to be simulated in the product use according to the heat pipe, and the test fixture can be fixed according to the placement shape and position of the heat pipe at any time. However, the existing test fixture needs to manually adjust the position of the vacuum heat pipe, which is inconvenient for testing the vacuum heat pipe.
