Background
The pressure relief device is used as a safety component of the power transformer, and when the power transformer fails to operate, the reliable action of the pressure relief device is particularly important. In large and medium-sized transformers, the pressure releaser is generally arranged on an oil tank of the transformer, and when the transformer works normally, the oil of the transformer is protected from the outside air. When the transformer is short-circuited, the transformer winding generates electric arcs and sparks, so that a large amount of gas is instantly generated by transformer oil, the pressure in the oil tank is increased greatly, when the pressure reaches a set pressure, the pressure releaser is opened and releases the pressure, and the pressure releaser is automatically closed after the pressure is released. Therefore, the transformer oil tank is prevented from being deformed and exploded due to overlarge pressure. At present, in a transformer manufacturing process, before a pressure releaser is installed, the reliable action of the pressure releaser must be checked, and the prior art has no special pressure releaser checking device, so that the reliable action of the pressure releaser is very inconvenient to check, and the quality of a transformer product is possibly influenced.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

A method for checking a pressure release device of a transformer comprises the following steps:

The air pipe joint is conical, so that the air pipe joint is convenient to install, is tightly connected and is not prone to air leakage; the air inflow of the gas can be controlled through the stop valve so as to ensure an accurate pressure value; the pressure value is monitored by a pressure gauge.
