It will be appreciated that the number, specific location and shape of the fixed support members 21 should be selected and designed according to the appearance of the workpiece, and the present embodiment is not limited thereto. The floating support assembly 3 comprises a plurality of floating support pieces 31, wherein the plurality of floating support pieces 31 are arranged on the support table top 11 at intervals, the floating support pieces 31 are provided with floating support blocks 311 with adjustable heights, and the floating support blocks 311 can be abutted against and support a workpiece. The height of the floating support 31 relative to the support table 11 is adjustable for supporting positions of different heights of the front surface of the workpiece and the back surface of the workpiece; the floating support 31 adapts to different heights of the front side and the back side of the workpiece by means of the telescopic property and provides a supporting force to the workpiece, avoiding the risk of unstable placement of the workpiece when only hard supports are used. In the embodiment of the present invention, three floating support members 31 are provided, and the floating support blocks 311 are cylindrical bodies, and the ends of the cylindrical bodies abut and support the outer surface of the workpiece. In other embodiments, the number, specific location and shape of the floating support 311 may be selected based on the appearance of the workpiece. The limiting component 4 is detachably connected to the jig plate 1, and the limiting component 4 is configured to limit the horizontal position of the workpiece and prevent the workpiece from shifting in the detection process. The display rear cover detection tool disclosed by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the structure is simple, the display rear cover can be positively and reversely carried, the use is convenient, the processing cost is reduced, and the detection efficiency is improved.
Further, the floating support 31 further includes a support seat 312 and an elastic member 313, as shown in fig. 2, the support seat 312 is provided with a support groove 3121, the elastic member 313 is disposed in the support groove 3121 and has one end connected to the floating support block 311, and the elastic member 313 is configured to drive the floating support block 311 to slide along the axial direction of the support groove 3121. The elastic member 313 may employ a compression spring, and its elastic restoring force can drive the floating support 311 to expand and contract, thereby adjusting the height of the floating support 31 according to different heights of the front surface and the back surface of the workpiece. The support groove 3121 has good guiding ability to avoid jamming during the telescoping of the floating support 311.
Further, the limiting assembly 4 includes a plurality of limiting pins 41, the plurality of limiting pins 41 are detachably connected to the jig plate 1 and are respectively located around the supporting table 11, and the plurality of limiting pins 41 can respectively abut against the periphery of the workpiece. Preferably, the plurality of limiting pins 41 are uniformly distributed around the supporting table 11, as shown in fig. 1, and can abut against the side surface of the workpiece from four aspects, so as to avoid the displacement of the workpiece in the detection process.
Further, the limiting assembly 4 further includes a plurality of pushing limiting mechanisms 42, and the pushing limiting mechanisms 42 include telescopic pushing arms 421, as shown in fig. 3, where the pushing arms 421 can push the workpiece to abut against the limiting pins 41. In the embodiment of the invention, two pushing limiting mechanisms 42 are arranged, and the two pushing limiting mechanisms 42 respectively push the workpiece from two adjacent side surfaces, so that the workpiece is tightly abutted on the limiting pin 41, and the limiting effect is good. The pushing arm 421 can stretch out and draw back, can adapt to the work piece of different external dimensions, and the commonality is strong.
Further, the pushing limiting mechanism 42 further includes a pushing cylinder 422, as shown in fig. 3, the pushing cylinder 422 is fixedly connected to the jig plate 1, and the pushing arm 421 is connected to a piston rod 4221 of the pushing cylinder 422. The pushing cylinder 422 has high control precision, can accurately control the stroke of the pushing arm 421, accurately pushes and props the workpiece, and has small volume and easy maintenance.
Further, the pushing limiting mechanism 42 further includes a supporting frame 423, an elastic adjusting member 424, and a guiding rail 425, as shown in fig. 3. The supporting frame 423 is detachably connected to the piston rod 4221, and the piston rod 4221 can drive the supporting frame 423 to move in a telescopic manner when sliding. One end of the elastic adjusting member 424 is connected to the supporting frame 423, and the other end is connected to the pushing arm 421, and the pushing arm 421 can compress the elastic adjusting member 424; preferably, the elastic adjusting member 424 employs a compression spring having good elastic restoring ability. When the stroke of the piston rod 4221 is too large, the elastic adjusting member 424 is compressed, so that the pushing arm 421 can be prevented from excessively pushing the workpiece, and the workpiece is prevented from being damaged. The guiding rail 425 is fixedly connected to the jig plate 1 and extends along the axial direction of the piston rod 4221, and the pushing arm 421 is slidably connected to the guiding rail 425. Through the guide slide rail 425, the pushing direction of the pushing arm 421 can be guided, and the situation that the pushing arm 421 has different pushing forces to different parts of a workpiece and is inaccurate in positioning is avoided.
Further, the pushing limiting mechanism 42 further includes two connecting shafts 426 and two pushing blocks 427, as shown in fig. 3. The two connecting shafts 426 are respectively arranged at two ends of the pushing arm 421; the two push blocks 427 are rotatably connected to the two connecting shafts 426, respectively, and the push blocks 427 can abut against the circumferential side of the workpiece. The connecting shaft 426 is vertically connected to the pushing arm 421, and the pushing block 427 is rotationally connected to the connecting shaft 426 through a rotational bearing. Because the side surface of the push block 427 pushes against the side surface of the workpiece, the contact angle between the push block 427 and the workpiece can be adjusted through the rotatable push block 427, so that the push block 427 and the workpiece are in surface contact, and pushing is more stable.
