The vehicle caster and caster measurement apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the X-Z surface coarse adjustment mechanism comprises an adjustment part body and an X-Z surface coarse adjustment knob, and an arc-shaped adjustment groove is formed in the adjustment part body; the X-Z surface coarse adjustment adjusting knob passes through the arc-shaped adjusting groove on the adjusting part body and then passes through the vertical groove on the fixing part body; the measurement unit is moved on the X-Z plane by moving the X-Z plane rough adjustment knob.

A vehicle caster and caster measuring apparatus as defined in claim 1 or 3, wherein: the Y-Z surface adjusting mechanism comprises a linear supporting piece, a measuring surface adjusting block and a horizontal adjusting block; the linear supporting piece is connected with the adjusting part body of the X-Z surface coarse adjustment mechanism; the measuring surface adjusting block is connected with the linear supporting piece through a shaft, and can rotate along the shaft; the horizontal adjusting block is connected with the measuring surface adjusting block;
the X-Z surface adjusting mechanism comprises an L-shaped supporting piece, a measuring surface adjusting block and a horizontal adjusting block; the L-shaped supporting piece is connected with an adjusting part body of the X-Z surface coarse adjustment mechanism; the measuring surface adjusting block is connected with one end of the L-shaped supporting piece through a shaft, and can rotate along the shaft; the horizontal adjusting block is connected with the measuring surface adjusting block;
the measuring surface adjusting block and the horizontal adjusting block are shared when the back tilt angle and the kingpin inner tilt angle are measured.

The vehicle caster and caster measuring apparatus of claim 4, wherein: the X-Z surface fine adjustment mechanism and the Y-Z surface fine adjustment mechanism comprise fine adjustment knobs, the ends of the fine adjustment knobs are provided with gears, the gears are meshed with adjustment racks on arc-shaped adjustment grooves on the horizontal adjustment blocks, the horizontal adjustment knobs are rotated to realize the adjustment angles of the horizontal adjustment blocks along the arc-shaped adjustment grooves on the horizontal adjustment blocks on the X-Z surface and the Y-Z surface, and the horizontal positions of the measuring parts are finely adjusted.

when the caster angle of the kingpin is measured, the tire is clamped through the fixing part, and the caster angle of the kingpin and the caster angle measuring device of the kingpin of the vehicle are fixed on the tire; the measuring part is kept at a proper height and a proper measuring surface through the adjustment of the caster angle adjusting part of the kingpin, and the sliding rail of the measuring part is adjusted to be horizontal; opening a measuring arm of the digital display angle ruler, so that the digital display angle ruler moves along the sliding rail, and the infrared word line which is shot by the infrared word line laser irradiates the central position of the shock absorber at the fixed end of the vehicle body and the central position of the lower end of the steering knuckle respectively; at this time, the measured angle of the angle ruler is subtracted by 90 degrees to obtain a measured value of the caster angle of the kingpin;
when the caster angle is measured, the linear support piece of the Y-Z surface adjusting mechanism is replaced by the L-shaped support piece of the X-Z surface adjusting mechanism, and the rest is unchanged; the measuring part is kept at a proper height and a proper measuring surface through the adjustment of the main pin inner dip angle adjusting part, and the sliding rail of the measuring part is adjusted to be vertical; opening a measuring arm of the digital display angle ruler, so that the digital display angle ruler slides on the sliding rail along the Y direction, and an infrared word line which is shot by an infrared word line laser irradiates the central position of the shock absorber at the fixed end of the vehicle body and the central position of the lower end of the steering knuckle respectively; at this time, the measured angle of the angle ruler is subtracted by 90 degrees to obtain the measured value of the caster angle.
