The embodiment of the invention also provides an air conditioner drying method which is applied to control the drying process of the indoor unit in the air conditioner.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of an air conditioning drying method according to the present application is provided. In this embodiment, the air conditioner drying method includes:
step S10, acquiring moisture state parameters of the indoor unit;
the moisture state parameter refers to a parameter representing the current moisture in the indoor unit. The moisture state parameters may specifically include a moisture state parameter of air in an air duct of the indoor unit, a moisture state parameter of a coil of the indoor heat exchanger, a moisture state parameter of a water pan, a moisture state parameter of an air deflector, and the like.
Specifically, the moisture state parameter can be directly obtained by directly reading the data detected by a humidity sensor in the indoor unit; and data detected by temperature sensors in the indoor unit and the environment can also be read, and the moisture state parameters can be obtained through analysis in an indirect mode.
The time for acquiring the moisture state parameters can be set according to actual drying requirements, and specifically, when the condition that the indoor unit needs to be dried is reached in the starting-up stage of the air conditioner, the current moisture state of the indoor unit can be acquired by acquiring the moisture state parameters of the indoor unit; in addition, the moisture state parameter of the indoor unit can be obtained at the continuous or interval set time of the shutdown stage of the air conditioner so as to monitor the moisture state of the indoor unit in the current environment.
And step S20, when the moisture state parameter meets the set execution condition of the drying operation, controlling a radiation module in the indoor unit to release radiation so as to generate heat to dry the moisture of the indoor unit.
The set execution condition of the drying operation specifically refers to a preset threshold value or parameter range that the moisture state parameter needs to reach when the indoor unit needs to execute the drying operation. The set execution condition of the drying operation may be specifically determined according to a moisture state parameter corresponding to the minimum moisture allowed by the drying demand of the indoor unit, and the moisture state parameter corresponding to the minimum moisture allowed or a range thereof is used as the set execution condition of the drying operation. If the moisture state parameter meets the set execution condition of the drying operation, the current moisture of the indoor unit is more, and the drying operation needs to be executed; if the moisture state parameter does not meet the set execution condition of the drying operation, the current moisture of the indoor unit is less, and the drying operation is not required to be executed.
Specifically, the radiation module may be controlled to operate by acquiring a preset control parameter or a control parameter determined based on an actual operation condition of the air conditioner, so that the radiation module releases radiation. The radiation released by the radiation module can heat up components such as a heat exchanger, an air deflector, a water pan and the like in the indoor unit and air in the air duct to generate heat, and the generated heat evaporates water in the indoor unit to dry the water in the indoor unit.
The radiation module can stop releasing radiation after the radiation is released for a preset time, and can also stop releasing radiation when the moisture state of the indoor unit meets the drying requirement.
According to the air conditioner drying method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the moisture state parameter of the indoor unit meets the set execution condition of the drying operation, the radiation module releases the heat generated by radiation to dry the moisture in the indoor unit, in the drying process of the indoor unit, the temperature of the indoor unit can be raised due to the radiation heat, the temperature is raised, the evaporation efficiency of the moisture is favorably improved, the drying process of the indoor unit can be accelerated, a fan is not needed in the radiation generating process, the noise in the drying process is effectively reduced, the drying time of the indoor unit is shortened, meanwhile, the noise is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
Further, based on the above embodiments, another embodiment of the air conditioner drying method of the present application is provided. In this embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the air-conditioning drying method further includes:
step S00, judging whether the air conditioner refrigeration operation reaches the set end condition;
after the air conditioner cooling operation reaches the set termination condition, step S10 is executed.
The air conditioner cooling operation specifically refers to an air conditioner operation state in which the compressor is started and the indoor heat exchanger is in an evaporation state. The set termination condition is a condition for terminating the operation of the indoor unit in which the condensed water formed in the indoor unit by the cooling operation of the air conditioner is removed by drying. When the air conditioner cooling operation reaches the set end condition, indicating that condensed water generated in the air conditioner cooling operation process needs to be removed through drying; when the air conditioner refrigerating operation does not reach the set end condition, the condensed water generated in the air conditioner refrigerating operation process is not required to be removed through drying and is required to be further utilized.
In this embodiment, through above-mentioned mode, can guarantee that when the air conditioner refrigeration operation produced the comdenstion water that need not further utilization, accessible radiation heating carries out the drying to unnecessary moisture.
Specifically, in an implementation manner of this embodiment, when the air conditioner is in cooling operation, if a shutdown instruction of the air conditioner is received, it is determined that the cooling operation of the air conditioner reaches a set end condition. In this mode, because the closing of air conditioner shows that the user need not to utilize the air conditioner to adjust the air, the comdenstion water of indoor set is not in time got rid of and can make the inside humid environment of indoor set breed the bacterium after a period of time, produce the peculiar smell, consequently when the air conditioner shuts down, further monitor the moisture state parameter of indoor set to when moisture state parameter satisfies the condition, heat and dry unnecessary moisture through the radiation, in order to avoid the indoor set to breed the mould, in order to guarantee the cleanliness factor of indoor set, guarantee that the user is healthy. Before the drying by radiation heating, specifically, before the moisture state parameters are acquired, the indoor fan and the compressor are controlled to be closed in response to the shutdown instruction. The shutdown instruction can be specifically input by a user according to self requirements, or can be automatically generated when the air conditioner refrigerates to reach the requirement parameters (such as timing duration) set by the user. The air conditioner can timely meet the requirement of a user to stop running by timely closing the indoor fan and the compressor, so that the user is prevented from catching cold due to unnecessary refrigerating capacity, and the comfort of the user is guaranteed.
Specifically, in another implementation manner of this embodiment, when the air conditioner is powered on, a time interval between the last time the air conditioner is turned off and the current time is obtained; when the time interval is greater than or equal to a first set time length, and when the time interval is greater than or equal to the first set time length, controlling an indoor fan to maintain a closed state and controlling the indoor unit to run in a refrigerating mode; when the duration of the refrigeration operation of the air conditioner reaches a second set duration, judging that the refrigeration operation of the indoor unit reaches the set ending condition; the first set duration is greater than the second set duration. Specifically, the time when the air conditioner was last powered off before the current power-on is defined as T1The current power-on time of the air conditioner is T2If the time interval is |. T1-T2| a. The first setting time can be set according to the actual situation, for example, in the embodiment, the first setting time isThe length is specifically 30 days, and in other embodiments, the first set time period may also be set to other values according to actual requirements, such as 15 days, 7 days, 3 days, and the like. The time interval is greater than or equal to the first set time length, which indicates that the air conditioner is not started for a long time, microorganisms or other volatile substances are possibly deposited on the indoor heat exchanger, and if the air conditioner is directly started to blow air by the fan, the dirt in the indoor unit pollutes the indoor environment. On the basis, the closing state of the indoor fan is maintained, meanwhile, the indoor machine is controlled to perform cooling operation for a second set time, the compressor is started and the indoor heat exchanger is in an evaporation state in the cooling operation process, moisture is condensed on the indoor heat exchanger, and dirt on the surface of the indoor heat exchanger can enter the moisture. The second set time period may be set according to actual requirements, such as 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, and the like. When the duration of the refrigerating operation reaches a second set duration, which indicates that a certain water film is formed to cover the dirt on the indoor heat exchanger, the refrigerating operation is judged to reach a set ending condition, and when the moisture state parameter of the indoor unit meets the set execution condition of the drying operation (which indicates that enough moisture is formed), the refrigerating operation can be stopped at the moment, the indoor unit is heated in a radiation heating mode, the dirt on the indoor heat exchanger is taken away along with the evaporation of the moisture, and the indoor heat exchanger is cleaned; in addition, after the cooling operation reaches the set ending condition, if the moisture state parameter does not meet the set execution condition of the drying operation, the step of controlling the indoor fan to maintain the closing state and the cooling operation of the indoor unit can be executed again, when the duration of the cooling operation of the air conditioner reaches the second set duration, the indoor fan cooling operation is judged to reach the set ending condition, and whether the further radiation heating operation can be carried out is judged again based on the moisture state parameter. After the radiation module finishes the drying of the indoor unit, the air conditioner is controlled to carry out cooling or heating operation according to the requirements of users, and the fan can be started. In this implementation, whether the air conditioner is not used for a long time or not is judged through electrifying, when the air conditioner is not started for a long time, the indoor heat exchanger is cleaned through the drying effect of cooling for a certain time and then matching with radiation to heat, and air is supplied to the indoor environment after cleaning is finished, so that the cleanliness of air in the indoor environment is guaranteed to be supplied, and the air conditioner is guaranteed to be suppliedWind can guarantee the health requirements of users.
Further, in the above implementation manner, when the time interval is greater than or equal to the first setting time, the indoor fan may be allowed to supply air and the air conditioner may be controlled to cool or heat according to the user's requirement. After the time interval is judged to be greater than or equal to the first set time length or after the radiation drying is adopted during power-on, if the air conditioner is in refrigeration operation, a shutdown instruction of the air conditioner can be received, the refrigeration operation of the air conditioner is judged to reach the set ending condition, and based on the condition, the radiation drying is executed after the air conditioner is shut down based on the moisture state parameter. Through the combination of the two modes, the indoor unit is dried when the indoor unit is started and stopped, the air supply cleanliness of the indoor unit is guaranteed, meanwhile, the indoor unit can be prevented from mildewing after being stopped in a refrigerating mode, and the cleanliness of the indoor unit is further guaranteed to meet the health requirements of users.
Further, based on the above embodiment, another embodiment of the air conditioner drying method of the present application is provided. In this embodiment, step S10 is executed when the air conditioner cooling operation satisfies the set termination condition, and with reference to fig. 5, the step of controlling the radiation module in the indoor unit to release radiation includes:
step S21, obtaining the running time of the compressor; the running time is the time for starting the compressor in the starting stage before the refrigerating running of the air conditioner reaches the set ending condition;
specifically, timing is started when the compressor is started for the first time after the air conditioner is powered on, and the total time length of the compressor in the starting state before the refrigeration operation of the air conditioner reaches the set ending condition is accumulated to obtain the operation time length.
Step S22, determining the radiation characteristic parameters of the radiation module according to the running duration;
the radiation characteristic parameter refers in particular to a parameter characterizing the radiation emitted by the radiation module. The radiation characteristic parameters may specifically include radiation duration and/or radiation intensity, etc. Different operating durations correspond to different radiation characteristic parameters. The longer the operation time is, the greater the radiation effect of the radiation module corresponding to the radiation characteristic parameter is.
When the radiation characteristic parameters comprise radiation intensity, the radiation intensity of the radiation module is determined according to the operation duration, and the radiation intensity is increased along with the increase of the operation duration. Specifically, the time interval is divided into a plurality of time intervals in advance, and different radiation intensities are corresponding to different time intervals. In this embodiment, when the operation duration is greater than or equal to a set duration threshold, a first radiation intensity is taken as the radiation intensity; when the operation time length is smaller than the set time length threshold value, taking a second radiation intensity as the radiation intensity; the first radiation intensity is greater than the second radiation intensity.
When the radiation characteristic parameters comprise radiation duration, the radiation duration of the radiation module is determined according to the operation duration, and the radiation duration is increased along with the increase of the operation duration. Specifically, the time interval is divided into a plurality of time intervals in advance, and different radiation time intervals correspond to different time intervals in operation. In this embodiment, when the operation duration is greater than or equal to a set duration threshold, taking a first radiation duration as the radiation duration; when the operation time length is smaller than the set time length threshold value, taking a second radiation time length as the radiation time length; the first irradiation duration is greater than the second irradiation duration.
In addition, in other embodiments, the radiation intensity of the radiation module may be determined according to the operation time length, and the radiation time length of the radiation module may be determined according to the deviation amount between the moisture state parameter and the set moisture state parameter corresponding to the end of the drying operation, where the radiation time length is larger as the deviation amount is larger.
And step S23, controlling the radiation module to operate according to the radiation characteristic parameters.
When the radiation intensity is the first radiation intensity, the radiation module can be controlled to operate at a first gear with higher radiation power, so that the radiation intensity of the radiation released by the radiation module can reach the first radiation intensity; when the radiation intensity is the second radiation intensity, the radiation module can be controlled to operate at a second gear with smaller radiation power, so that the radiation intensity of the radiation released by the radiation module can reach the second radiation intensity.
When the radiation module is controlled to release radiation according to the determined radiation duration, when the radiation duration is the first radiation duration, the radiation module can be controlled to release radiation and is closed after the first radiation duration is maintained; when the radiation duration is the second radiation duration, the radiation module can be controlled to release radiation and be closed after the second radiation duration is maintained.
In this embodiment, after the air conditioner finishes the cooling operation, the radiation characteristic parameter of the radiation module is determined based on the time length of the compressor being turned on before the air conditioner finishes the cooling operation, so that when the radiation module releases the radiation drying indoor unit, the radiation characteristic parameter can be matched with the amount of condensed water generated in the actual operation process, and the drying effect and the drying efficiency of the indoor unit are ensured. The longer the starting time is, the more the condensate water generated in the refrigerating process of the air conditioner is, the greater the radiation intensity is adopted for drying, and therefore the indoor unit can be enabled to reach a drying state quickly after the refrigeration is finished.
Further, based on any of the above embodiments, a further embodiment of the air conditioner drying method of the present application is provided. In the present embodiment, the step S10 is performed when the air conditioner cooling operation satisfies the set termination condition, and referring to fig. 6, the step S10 includes:
step S11, acquiring the coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger and the indoor environment temperature;
the coil temperature can be obtained by acquiring data detected by a temperature sensor arranged on the coil of the indoor heat exchanger; the indoor environment temperature can be obtained by acquiring data detected by a temperature sensor arranged at the air return inlet.
Step S12, using a temperature deviation between the coil temperature and the indoor ambient temperature as the moisture status parameter.
When the refrigeration operation is finished, the temperature of the coil is generally lower, and on the basis, when the temperature deviation is larger, the temperature of the coil is easily lower than the dew point temperature of indoor ambient air, and the ambient air is easily condensed in the indoor heat exchanger, which indicates that the current indoor heat exchanger still has more or is easy to form new condensed water, and the drying operation is still needed to ensure the drying of the interior of the indoor unit; when the temperature deviation is small, the temperature of the coil pipe is close to the indoor environment temperature, which indicates that little condensed water generated by the current refrigeration operation of the indoor heat exchanger is remained or new condensed water is not easy to form, and the drying of the interior of the indoor unit can be ensured without further drying operation. The temperature deviation between the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor heat exchanger and the temperature of the indoor environment is used as a characterization parameter for characterizing the amount of moisture in the indoor unit, so that the moisture state and the moisture generation trend of the indoor unit can be accurately monitored without a humidity sensor.
Based on the above steps S11 and S12, after step S12, the method may further include:
step S101, judging whether the temperature deviation is greater than or equal to a set threshold value;
if yes, go to step S102; if not, step S103 is executed.
Step S102, determining that the moisture state parameter meets the set execution condition of the drying operation;
and step S103, determining that the moisture state parameter does not meet the set execution condition of the drying operation.
Based on the above, when the indoor heat exchanger still has more or is easy to form new condensate water, the drying operation in the indoor machine can be further carried out through radiation heating.
Further, in any of the above embodiments, the present application is directed to yet another embodiment. In this embodiment, after the step S20, the process may further return to step S10, where the moisture status of the indoor unit is monitored in a loop, and when the moisture in the indoor unit reaches the set execution condition of the drying operation, the radiation module is continuously used to heat the indoor unit to dry the indoor unit, so as to ensure the dryness of the indoor unit. After step S10, the method further includes: when the moisture state parameter does not meet the set execution condition of the drying operation, the radiation module is controlled to stop releasing radiation, the drying operation on the indoor unit is finished, that is, as long as the moisture state parameter of the indoor unit meets the set execution condition of the drying operation, the radiation module radiates heating to dry the moisture, and the operation is stopped when the moisture state parameter of the indoor unit does not meet the set execution condition of the drying operation (the temperature deviation in the above embodiment is less than the set threshold), so that the dryness of the indoor unit after the refrigeration is finished is ensured, and the breeding of bacteria in the indoor unit is further avoided.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a readable storage medium, where an air conditioning drying program is stored, and the air conditioning drying program, when executed by a processor, implements the relevant steps of any of the above embodiments of the air conditioning drying method.
