The invention discloses a flashboard dismounting device and a control system thereof, wherein the control system comprises a main control unit, a pressure sensing unit, a lifting control unit, a clamping control unit and a knocking control unit; the pressure sensing unit is arranged at the lifting platform and used for sensing a pressure signal received by a set part of the lifting platform; the lifting control unit can be connected with a lifting mechanism of the flashboard dismounting device and is used for controlling the action of the lifting mechanism; the clamping control unit can be connected with a clamping mechanism of the flashboard dismounting device and is used for controlling the action of the clamping mechanism; the knocking control unit can be connected with a knocking mechanism of the flashboard dismounting device and is used for controlling the action of the knocking mechanism. The flashboard dismounting device and the control system thereof can improve the efficiency, convenience and intelligence of flashboard dismounting, save manpower and make the dismounting safer, more convenient and more reliable.

the lifting control unit can be connected with a lifting mechanism of the flashboard dismounting device and is used for controlling the action of the lifting mechanism; the clamping control unit can be connected with a clamping mechanism of the flashboard dismounting device and is used for controlling the action of the clamping mechanism; the knocking control unit can be connected with a knocking mechanism of the flashboard dismounting device and is used for controlling the action of the knocking mechanism.

The present invention discloses a control system of a gate dismounting device, fig. 1 is a schematic composition diagram of a control system of a gate dismounting device according to an embodiment of the present invention; referring to fig. 1, the control system includes a main control unit 21, a pressure sensing unit 22, a lifting control unit 23, a clamping control unit 24, and a knocking control unit 25; the main control unit 21 is respectively connected with the pressure sensing unit 22, the lifting control unit 23, the clamping control unit 24 and the knocking control unit 25.
The pressure sensing unit 22 is arranged at the lifting platform and used for sensing a pressure signal received by a set part of the lifting platform; the output end of the pressure sensing unit 22 is connected to the input end of the main control unit 21, and can send a sensed pressure signal to the main control unit 21.
The output end of the main control unit 21 is respectively connected with the input ends of the lifting control unit 23, the clamping control unit 24 and the knocking control unit 25, and can send control signals to the lifting control unit 23, the clamping control unit 24 and the knocking control unit 25;
the lifting control unit 23 can be connected with a lifting mechanism of the flashboard dismounting device and is used for controlling the action of the lifting mechanism; the clamping control unit 24 can be connected with a clamping mechanism of the flashboard dismounting device and is used for controlling the action of the clamping mechanism; the knocking control unit 25 can be connected with a knocking mechanism of the shutter dismounting device and is used for controlling the action of the knocking mechanism.
Fig. 2 and 3 are schematic structural views of a shutter dismounting device according to an embodiment of the present invention; referring to fig. 2 and 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the gate dismounting device includes: the device comprises a flashboard disassembly vehicle 1, a hydraulic pump station 4, a lifting platform 2, a lifting mechanism 10, a lifting handle 3, a clamping mechanism and a knocking mechanism.
The clamping mechanism comprises a clamping plate 5, a first hydraulic cylinder 6 and a second hydraulic cylinder 7, the lifting platform 2 is provided with a sliding chute, the bottom of the clamping plate 5 is provided with a sliding block matched with the sliding chute, and the clamping plate 5 can slide on the lifting platform 2 along the sliding chute; the first hydraulic cylinder 6 and the second hydraulic cylinder 7 are arranged on one side of the lifting platform 2 and are arranged towards the clamping plate 5, and the first hydraulic cylinder 6 and the second hydraulic cylinder 7 can drive the clamping plate 5.
The knocking mechanism is fixed on the lifting platform 2 through a fixed bracket; the knocking mechanism comprises a knocking plate 8 and a third hydraulic cylinder 9, and the third hydraulic cylinder 9 is arranged on one side of the knocking plate 8 and provides knocking power for the knocking plate 8; the first hydraulic cylinder 6, the second hydraulic cylinder 7 and the third hydraulic cylinder 8 are respectively connected with the hydraulic pump station 4, and the hydraulic pump station 4 provides driving force.
The lifting handle 3 is connected with the lifting mechanism 10, the lifting mechanism is connected with the lifting platform 2, and the lifting handle 3 can adjust the height of the lifting platform 2.
A cushion block 11 is further arranged above the lifting platform 2, and a plurality of elastic mechanisms 12 are arranged under the cushion block 11; one end of the elastic mechanism 12 is fixed on the lifting platform 2, and the other end is fixed on the cushion block 11. In an embodiment of the present invention, the elastic mechanism 12 is a spring.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the shutter-dismantling truck 1 is provided with a bracket through which the elevating mechanism 10 is provided. In one embodiment of the present invention, the lifting mechanism 10 includes an adjusting rope and a pulley, one end of the adjusting rope is connected to the lifting handle 3, and the other end of the adjusting rope is connected to the lifting platform 2.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the shutter dismounting device includes two clamping plates 5, and the two clamping plates 5 are respectively engaged with a first hydraulic cylinder 6 and a second hydraulic cylinder 7.
