Abstract

The frame is a PU waterproof strip wood frame; the core board is a waterproof structure core board, in particular a PC board or a density board; the auxiliary layer is a decorative layer or a solid wood layer, the decorative layer is melamine decorative paper, and the solid wood layer is a log sheet; the coating layer is a UV fireproof wear-resistant coating layer. The obtained waterproof floor is wear-resistant in surface, convenient to fire-proof, capable of reducing wood waste, reducing production cost, capable of achieving high flatness and good in waterproof effect.

Therefore, how to provide a waterproof floor which has no burr, good overall appearance, good stability and excellent waterproof performance and a preparation method thereof is a technical problem which needs to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

In view of the above, the invention provides a waterproof floor and a preparation method thereof, wherein the floor surface is wear-resistant, the fireproof treatment is convenient, the wood waste and the production cost can be reduced, the higher flatness can be achieved, and the waterproof effect is good.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a waterproof floor comprises a frame and solid wood fillers positioned in the frame;
the solid wood filler comprises a balance layer, and a core plate, an auxiliary layer and a coating layer which are sequentially arranged on the balance layer.
Preferably, the frame is a PC waterproof strip wood frame.
Preferably, the core board is a waterproof core board, specifically a PC board or a density board.
Preferably, the auxiliary layer is a decorative layer or a solid wood layer.
Preferably, the decorative layer is melamine decorative paper; the solid wood layer is a log thin plate.
Preferably, the coating layer is a UV fire-resistant abrasion-resistant coating layer.
The beneficial effects are that: the melamine wear-resistant fireproof decorative board is adhered, so that the floor has the advantages of stability, flatness, deformation resistance, water absorption expansion and the like, and the raw material cost is saved compared with the traditional reinforced floor;
the high-quality log sheets are adhered, and the surface of the high-quality UV fireproof wear-resistant coating is adopted, so that the multi-layer solid wood floor saves wood and is more environment-friendly compared with the traditional three-layer solid wood floor.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the waterproof floor, which comprises the following steps:
(1) producing PC lines by using PC particles, and then manufacturing a frame according to the required size;
(2) processing the wood according to the size of the frame, and filling the wood into the frame to obtain a balance layer;
(3) bonding a PC board or a density board on the balance layer to obtain the waterproof structure core board;
(4) and hot-pressing an auxiliary layer above the structural core plate, coating a UV material above the auxiliary layer, and curing by infrared rays to obtain the waterproof floor.
In the preparation process, the adopted UV material is a fireproof and wear-resistant material, and after infrared curing, the fireproof grade reaches the national A1 grade standard (non-combustible, non-open fire) and the wear resistance can reach the national public place standard (more than 4000 turns); moreover, the periphery of the waterproof board is made of PC materials or high-quality solid wood grain-oriented strips, so that the waterproof board is smooth and flat, has no burrs, is integrally attractive, has good stability and greatly improves the waterproof performance.
Preferably, the wood in the step (2) is leftover wood in society.
Through the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. in order to solve the waterproof problem, the conventional floor is only subjected to wax sealing treatment on the periphery of the floor, but the melting point of paraffin is low and is only about 50 ℃, particularly in a northern floor heating area, after the floor heating area is heated, the odor is very large, and the indoor environment is influenced, but the periphery of the floor is sealed by the PC, the PC melting point is 170 ℃, the waterproof performance is better, no odor exists, and the environment is more environment-friendly;
2. the thin density board is pasted on the floor, the surface evenness of the floor is higher, the deep processing is more convenient, the solid wood surface skin is pasted, the cost can be saved, the stability is improved, the wood is saved, and the environment is protected.

in this embodiment, the frame 1 is a PU waterproof strip wood frame;
in the present embodiment, the core 23 is a waterproof core, specifically a PC board or a density board;
in the present embodiment, the auxiliary layer 22 is a decorative layer, and the decorative layer is melamine decorative paper;
in the present embodiment, the coating layer 21 is a UV fire-retardant wear-resistant coating layer.
Example 2

7. The method for preparing a waterproof floor as claimed in claim 6, comprising the steps of:
(1) producing PC lines by using PC particles, and then manufacturing a frame according to the required size;
(2) processing the wood according to the size of the frame, and filling the wood into the frame to obtain a balance layer;
(3) bonding a PC board or a density board above the balance layer to obtain a waterproof structure core board;
(4) and hot-pressing an auxiliary layer above the structural core plate, coating a UV material above the auxiliary layer, and curing by infrared rays to obtain the waterproof floor.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the wood in the step (2) is a leftover wood of society.
