In this embodiment, the top wall 21 of the connecting groove 201 has a plurality of glue grooves 211 for applying glue, and the decorative panel 1 is adhered to the top wall 21 of the connecting groove 201 through the glue. Each of the decorative panels 1 may be installed in one-to-one correspondence with each of the installation members 2, and each of the decorative panels 1 may be fixed to each of the installation members 2 in correspondence to form an integrated panel assembly before the installation members 2 are assembled with each other, and then the panel assemblies may be assembled with each other. Alternatively, the decorative panel 1 may be attached to the attachment members 2 by bonding after the attachment members 2 are attached to each other. Of course, in other embodiments, the decoration panel 1 may not be installed in one-to-one correspondence with the installation components 2, for example, one decoration panel 1 may cover a plurality of installation components 2 at the same time, or a plurality of decoration panels 1 may be installed on the same installation component 2 side by side.
With continued reference to fig. 8, the mounting element 2 is a metal profile, and the bottom 22 of the connecting groove 201 is formed with a hollow tubular body 221. The bottom 22 is a tubular body 221, which can enhance the deformation resistance of the bottom 22, and avoid the locking effect from being affected by the large deformation of the bottom 22 caused by the locking of the locking member 3 in the connecting groove 201. Further, one side of the inner side plate 23, which faces away from the connecting groove 201, is provided with a rubber strip mounting portion 231, a first flange 212 and a second flange 222, an upper surface of the first flange 212 is flush with an upper surface of the top wall 21 of the connecting groove 201, and a lower surface of the second flange 222 is flush with a lower surface of the bottom portion 22. Decoration panel 1 includes the brick board and is located the base member of brick board below, brick board and base member are rectangular block shape, the brick board size is greater than the size of base member makes the brick board covers completely the base member. When the decorative panel 1 is attached to the attachment member 2, the tile is attached to the upper surface of the frame of the attachment member 2, the base is positioned inside the frame of the attachment member 2, and the first flange 212, the second flange 222, the tape attachment portion 231, and the tape (not shown) attached to the tape attachment portion 231 abut against and are fixed to the side surfaces thereof.
Referring to fig. 9 to 12, the locking member 3 is a metal member. The locking member 3 includes a base plate 32 extending in a vertical direction, a mounting plate 31 extending in a lateral direction from a bottom end of the base plate 32, a second locking portion 34 formed to extend obliquely downward from a top end of the base plate 32, and a first locking portion 33 formed to extend from one side end of the base plate 32. The mounting plate 31 includes a screw connection plate 311 extending laterally from the bottom end of the base plate 32 and a tail plate 312 extending vertically from an end of the screw connection plate 311 remote from the base plate 32. The screw connecting plate 311 is provided with a screw hole 310, and the screw hole 310 is an elongated hole. Screw hole 310 is rectangular shape hole, compares with setting up to the circular port, can avoid leading to the screw 4 to be difficult to with the accurate complex problem of screw hole because of the processing of locking piece 3 and assembly error. The first locking portion 33 includes a vertical plate 332 extending vertically and a lateral plate 331 extending laterally from a top end of the vertical plate 332, i.e., the first locking portion 33 has an L-shaped cross section. In other embodiments, the transverse plate 331 may be disposed at the bottom end of the vertical plate 332 or at both the top end and the bottom end. The provision of the lateral plate 331 increases the contact area of the first locking portion 33 with the mounting member 2, enhancing the stability of the fitting. When the first locking portion 33 is locked in the coupling groove 201 of the mounting member 2, the first locking portion 33 is clamped between the top wall 21 and the bottom 22 of the coupling groove 201. That is, the lateral plate 331 of the first locking portion 33 abuts on the lower surface of the top wall 21 of the connecting groove 201, and the bottom end of the vertical plate 332 of the first locking portion 33 abuts on the upper surface of the bottom 22 of the connecting groove 201. The locking member 3 is formed by punching and bending a metal plate, and the second locking portion 34 and the transverse plate 331 at the top end of the first locking portion 33 are disconnected by a disconnection groove 320 so that the first locking portion 33 is not deformed when the operating tool 30 applies force to the second locking portion 34.
In the present embodiment, the locking elements 3 are fixed on the surface 10 to be decorated by screws 4, and any one locking element 3 is fixedly connected with two adjacent installation elements 2 at the same time so as to connect two adjacent installation elements 2 together. That is, the locking portions of the locking member 3 include a first locking portion 33 and a second locking portion 34. Each locking member 3 has a first locking portion 33 which is locked in cooperation with one of the two adjacent mounting members 2 and a second locking portion 34 which is locked in cooperation with the other one of the two adjacent mounting members 2, and at least one of the first locking portion 33 and the second locking portion 34 is locked with the mounting member 2 after being deformed by a force. An operating gap is provided between two adjacent mounting pieces 2, and the operating tool 30 can be inserted into the operating gap to drive the first locking part 33 and/or the second locking part 34 to deform so as to be locked with the mounting pieces 2. In other embodiments, the locking member 3 may also be connected to only one of the two adjacent mounting members 2. For example, the first locking portion 33 and the second locking portion 34 are separately provided on the two locking pieces 3, the locking piece 3 provided with the first locking portion 33 fixes one mounting piece 2 on the surface to be decorated, and the locking piece 3 provided with the second locking portion 34 fixes the other mounting piece 2 adjacent thereto on the surface to be decorated.
As shown in fig. 9 to 12, in the present embodiment, the first locking portion 33 is a non-deformable structure, and the second locking portion 34 is a deformable structure driven by the operating tool 30 to deform. The first locking portion 33 is of a non-deformable structure, which means that the overall structure of the first locking portion 33 is kept constant throughout the mounting of the locking member 3 and the mounting member 2, relative to the second locking portion 34, which changes its structure before and after locking. It should be noted that since the first locking portion 33 is pressed by the connecting groove 201 when locked with the mounting member 2, a certain deformation is necessarily present microscopically, but it cannot be denied that it is a non-deformed structure in which the entire structure is not changed. The second locking portion 34 is a deformed structure, that is, the structure of the first locking portion 34 before locking with the mounting device 2 is different from the structure after locking with the mounting device 2, and the second locking portion 34 is changed from the structure before locking to the structure after locking to be bent and deformed by the operation tool 30. In the present embodiment, before the second locking part 34 is lockingly engaged with the coupling groove 201 of the mounting piece 2, the second locking part 34 having a metal plate shape has a large inclination angle with the vertical surface, and the upper and lower ends thereof are not abutted against the top wall 21 and the bottom 22 of the coupling groove 201 of the mounting piece 2; when the operating tool 30 applies a force to the second locking portion 34, the clamping causes the second locking portion 34 to deform with an inclination angle gradually decreasing from the vertical plane, that is, the second locking portion 34 deforms from the inclined state to the vertical state, thereby finally locking in abutment with the top wall 21 and the bottom 22 of the connecting groove 201. In the installation, the installation part 2 matched with the non-deformation structure of the locking part 3 in the two adjacent installation parts 2 is installed before the installation part 2 matched with the deformation structure of the locking part 3, namely, for any locking part 3, the first locking part 33 is installed with the installation part 2, and then the second locking part 34 is assembled and locked with the adjacent installation part 2. In other embodiments, the first locking portion 33 and the second locking portion 34 may be configured to be driven by the operating tool 30 to be bent and deformed, so that the first locking portion 33 and the second locking portion 34 are pressed and locked with the corresponding mounting component 2 after being bent and deformed by a force, that is, the first locking portion 33 may also be configured with reference to the structure of the second locking portion 34. Further, in a projection on a plane of the mounting plate 31, a projection of the first locking portion 33 protrudes from one side end of the mounting plate 31, and a projection of the second locking portion 34 protrudes from the other side end of the mounting plate 31. That is, the width of the mounting plate 31 is smaller than the entire width of the first locking part 33, the second locking part 34 and the base plate 32, thereby ensuring that the mounting plate 31 does not interfere with the mounting piece 2 while the first locking part 33 and the second locking part 34 can be inserted into the coupling groove 201 of the mounting piece 2.
In the assembled surface covering system 20 provided by the invention, at least one locking part is stressed and bent to be pressed against the mounting part 2, and before the locking part is bent, the mounting part 2 and the locking part 3 are assembled loosely, so that the mounting difficulty of the mounting part 2 and the locking part 3 is reduced; then, through the operation gap between two adjacent installed parts 2, insert operation tool 30 wherein in order to actuate the locking part and buckle and realize the locking with installed part 2, locking piece 3 hides inside the panel assembly, does not expose, has simple installation, firm, and connection structure is hidden, does not influence the outward appearance of the panel assembly after the assembly.
The invention also provides a method for mounting a surface-mounted system 20 for laying the surface-mounted system 20 on a surface 10 to be decorated, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the surface-mounted system 20 comprising a plurality of decorative panels 1, a plurality of mounting elements 2 and a plurality of locking elements 3, the method comprising the steps of:
s1, laying a mounting piece 2 on the surface 10 to be decorated;
s2, arranging a locking piece 3 beside the mounting piece 2 and fixing the locking piece 3 on the surface to be decorated 10, wherein the locking piece 3 is provided with a locking part;
s3, laying another mounting piece 2 beside the mounting piece 2 side by side, assembling the mounting piece and the locking part correspondingly, and forming an operation gap between the two adjacent mounting pieces 2;
s4, inserting an operating tool 30 into the operating gap, and bending the locking part toward the other mounting member 2 to press the locking part against the other mounting member 2.
Further, the locking parts include a first locking part 33 and a second locking part 34, and the step S2 further includes: the first locking portion 33 is locked in cooperation with the side surface of the mounting member 2.
Further, the installation method further comprises the steps of: s5, fixing the decorative panel 1 to the mounting member 2; wherein, the step S5 is before the step S1 or after the step S4. Namely, the decoration panel 1 can be installed with the installation pieces 2 in a one-to-one correspondence to form panel components, and then the panel components are installed in the steps S1-S4; the mounting pieces 2 to which the trim panel 1 has not been mounted may be mounted in the above steps S1-S4, and after the mounting pieces 2 are mounted, the trim panel 1 may be fixed to the mounting pieces 2.
The above description is only for the specific embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
