Referring to fig. 4, the hinge teeth 691 are upwardly rotatable in the rotation slots 69, and the downward rotation of the hinge teeth 691 is restricted by the groove walls of the rotation slots 69 and is not downwardly rotatable. After the first rack 611 or the second rack 621 slides over the gear plate 54 and is fixed by the attraction of the first magnetic element 68 and the second magnetic element 681, the gear plate 54 rotates and slides to abut against the hinge teeth 691, so that the hinge teeth 691 rotate upwards in the rotation groove 69, and the gear plate 54 can rotate in the same direction. When the first magnetic member 68 is screwed to move upwards, the first rack 611 and the second rack 621 are raised in the installation cavity 41 due to the attraction between the first magnetic member 68 and the second magnetic member 681, so that the hinge teeth 691 are separated from the rotation path of the toothed plate 54, and the toothed plate 54 is not hindered from rotating forwards or backwards.

When the white waterproof paint is applied, the first magnetic member 68 directly above the first brush bar 61 is screwed, so that the second magnetic member 681 and the first magnetic member 68 attract each other after the first brush bar 61 slides up, and the hinge teeth 691 at the lower end of the first rack 611 are separated from the rotation path of the fluted disc 54, so that the first brush bar 61 does not affect the sliding of the second brush bar 62 and the rotation of the fluted disc 54, and the application step of the second brush bar 62 is the same as that of the first brush bar 61. After the first-time painted black waterproof primer is cured, the position of the sliding column 3 on the enclosing wall 1 is adjusted, so that the sliding direction of the paint liquid tank 4 is perpendicular to the sliding direction before, the second-time painted black waterproof primer is perpendicular to the first-time painted black waterproof primer, and the black waterproof primer is painted more uniformly.
And after the black waterproof primer coated for the second time is cured, paving and sticking waterproof gridding cloth on the roof 2 so that the gridding cloth covers the roof 2 and the joint of the roof 2 and the enclosing wall 1.
Then, the first magnetic member 68 on the first brush rod 61 is screwed, and the first brush rod 61 is slid up to make the second magnetic member 681 and the first magnetic member 68 attract each other, so as to fix the first rack 611 and limit the influence of the first rack 611 on the rotation of the toothed disc 54. And starting the motor 51 again, coating white waterproof paint in the same step as coating black waterproof primer, coating the white waterproof paint on the waterproof mesh cloth twice, and finishing the laying of the waterproof paint and the waterproof structure.
And finally, after the white waterproof paint is cured, plugging the water outlet 21, pouring water on the roof 2 until the water level is higher than 2 cm, checking the water closing test result after 24 hours, and checking whether water leaks.
