Optionally, the early warning monitoring component 610 includes at least one of a camera, a radar, and an infrared sensor, and the warning component 620 includes at least one of a warning light, a speaker, and a display screen 830. The camera device can take pictures, record videos and the like of the vehicle, and then the camera device can record license plates, vehicle type information and the like of the vehicle, and of course, the camera device can also measure the running speed of the vehicle. The radar may be specifically a millimeter wave radar to accurately measure the distance of the vehicle and the range in which the vehicle travels. The infrared sensor can measure the vehicle distance. Through setting up early warning monitoring subassembly 610, can gather the vehicle distance and other information of vehicle, the information transfer that early warning monitoring subassembly 610 will gather gives control, and then controller 300 makes corresponding judgement. When the early warning is needed, the controller 300 controls the warning component 620 to send out a warning to remind the vehicle to avoid or slow down in time. The warning light can be red blue flashing light specifically, and the driver of being convenient for in time observes. The display screen 830 may display text directly to remind the vehicle to avoid or slow down. The loudspeaker is used for playing the warning voice, and compared with the active observation of visual warning, the passively received loudspeaker is wide in propagation range and good in warning effect. Specifically, early warning monitoring subassembly 610 includes camera device and radar, and warning subassembly 620 includes the warning light, and when pole setting 600 was in the expansion position, camera device was located the free end of pole setting 600, and the radar is located camera device's below, and the warning light is located the below of radar. In addition, the vertical rod 600 is movably mounted on the chassis 100, so that the vertical rod 600 has an extended position protruding from the upper surface of the chassis 100 and standing upright relative to the upper surface of the chassis 100, and a receiving position tiled on the outer surface of the chassis 100 or received in the chassis 100, when in the extended position, the early warning monitoring component 610 and the warning component 620 are located at a part of the vertical rod 600 protruding from the upper surface of the chassis 100, and when the work is needed, the vertical rod 600 is adjusted to the extended position, so as to ensure the mounting heights of the early warning monitoring component 610 and the warning component 620, and ensure the working reliability thereof. In an embodiment, referring to fig. 6 to 9, the upright 600 is rotatably mounted to the chassis 100 around a horizontal axis, a peripheral wall portion of the chassis 100 is recessed inward to form the receiving groove 130, and when the upright 600 is in the receiving position, the upright 600 is fittingly mounted in the receiving groove 130.
In this embodiment, it can be understood that when the vertical rod 600 is installed in the receiving groove 130, the early warning monitoring component 610 and the warning component 620 installed on the vertical rod 600 are also installed in the receiving groove 130. The upright 600 is pivotally mounted to the housing 100. The vertical rod 600 may be connected to the upper surface of the chassis 100, or may be connected to the side wall surface of the chassis 100, and it is only necessary that the vertical rod 600 is rotatable around the horizontal axis, which is not limited in this respect. It will be appreciated that the direction of extension of the transverse axis coincides with the horizontal direction. In one embodiment, the vertical rod 600 has a hinged end hinged to a position adjacent to the upper surface of the chassis 100 inside the accommodating groove 130; the receiving groove 130 extends along the vertical direction of the chassis 100, and the cross-sectional dimension of the receiving groove 130 is not smaller than the cross-sectional dimension of the vertical rod 600, so that at the receiving position, the end surface of the hinge end is lower than or flush with the upper surface of the chassis 100, and the peripheral surface of the vertical rod 600 is lower than or flush with the peripheral surface of the chassis 100.
In the present embodiment, the receiving groove 130 extends along the vertical direction of the chassis 100, and the vertical rod 600 also extends along the vertical direction of the chassis 100. The hinged end of the vertical rod 600 is hinged in the accommodating groove 130, and the vertical rod 600 is integrally located in the accommodating groove 130 when being accommodated. When the end face of the hinged end of the vertical rod 600 is lower than or flush with the upper surface of the casing 100 in the accommodating position, the vertical rod 600 does not protrude from the upper surface of the casing 100 in the accommodating position. And make the cross sectional dimension of holding tank 130 be greater than the cross sectional dimension of pole setting 600, then when pole setting 600 is in the accommodation position, pole setting 600 inlays completely in holding tank 130 for the outer peripheral face of pole setting 600 surface can not bulge quick-witted case 100, then can effectively avoid pole setting 600 accident to collide with, and the packing and the transportation of the complete machine of being convenient for more.
Further, the chassis 100 includes a top plate 181, a left side plate 182, a back plate 183, and a right side plate 184 opposite to the left side plate 182, where the top plate 181 is located at the top of the chassis 100, the right side plate 184 and the back plate 183 are formed by extending downward from a side of the top plate 181, the connection between the right side plate 184 and the back plate 183 forms the receiving slot 130, and the receiving slot 130 is disposed through the top plate 181, and the hinge end is rotatably connected to the receiving slot 130 at a position adjacent to the top plate 181;
the early warning monitoring assembly comprises a camera device, the lower part of the back plate 183 of the case 100 is outwards protruded to form a rear boss 152, and when the vertical rod 600 is located at the accommodating position, the camera device transversely corresponds to the rear boss 152, so that the rear side surface of the rear boss 152 is higher than or flush with the outer surface of the camera device.
In the present embodiment, the outer wall surface of the top plate 181 forms the upper surface of the enclosure 100, the outer wall surface of the back plate 183 forms the rear surface of the enclosure 100, and the outer wall surfaces of the left side plate 182 and the right side plate 184 form the side surfaces of the enclosure 100. So that the case 100 is enclosed by the top plate 181, the left side plate 182, the back plate 183, the right side plate 184, etc., and the case 100 is integrally rectangular, which is more convenient for packaging and transporting the whole case. The joint of the left side plate 182 and the back plate 183 forms the accommodating groove 130, the space at the corner of the left side plate 182 and the back plate 183 can be fully utilized, and compared with the accommodating groove 130 arranged at other positions, the interference caused by the installation of the power module 200, the controller 300 and the like in the case 100 can be avoided, so that the structural layout on the case 100 is more reasonable and compact, and the packaging and transportation of the whole machine are facilitated. In addition, the receiving groove 130 is formed on the back of the chassis 100, and the receiving groove 130 does not occupy the space of the front 140 of the chassis 100, so that the front 140 of the chassis 100 can be entirely used for installing the display screen 830, thereby enlarging the installation area of the display screen 830. And the upright rod 600 is hidden at the back of the case 100, which is more beneficial to ensuring the appearance consistency of the whole machine.
The lower portion of the back of the casing 100 is protruded to form a rear protrusion 152, and more particularly, the lower portion of the back of the casing 100 is protruded to the outside as a whole. That is, the rear bosses 152 extend in the lateral direction (left-right direction) of the cabinet 100. The camera device is specifically mounted at the free end of the upright 600. The camera 211 may employ a road detection camera. It can be understood that when the vertical bar 600 is mounted in the receiving groove 130, the camera device is also mounted in the receiving groove 130. And the camera usually protrudes from two end faces of the vertical rod 600. When the upright rod 600 is in the accommodating position, the camera device is laterally arranged corresponding to the rear boss 152, that is, the camera device and the rear boss are horizontally arranged side by side. So, make the trailing flank of back boss 152 be higher than or the parallel and level in the surface of early warning monitoring subassembly 610, then back boss 152 can protect pole setting 200 and camera device, effectively avoids camera device to take place the accident and collides with. And through setting up back boss 152, rather than deepening the degree of depth of holding tank 130 and realizing the mode of avoiding camera device to collide with, can effectively reduce the occupation space of holding tank 130 in inner chamber 110, and back boss 152 can also enlarge the space of inner chamber 110 simultaneously, and then makes inner chamber 110 have other structures of sufficient space installation.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 to 9, the width of the front surface 140 of the chassis 100 is greater than the width of the side surface, the protrusion opening 120 is located at the middle of the upper surface of the chassis 100, the receiving groove 130 is formed at the back surface of the chassis 100, the inner cavity 110 of the chassis 100 is further provided with a transverse supporting plate 710 extending along the width direction of the front surface of the chassis 100, the transverse supporting plate 710 is located at the front side of the receiving groove 130, and the lifting device 500 is mounted on the transverse supporting plate 710.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that, when the road safety precaution device is in use, the front surface 140 is the surface facing the vehicle. The height directions of the front 140 and the side of the chassis 100 are the same as the height direction of the whole machine, and the width directions of the front 140 and the side of the chassis 100 are the directions (horizontal directions) extending in the transverse direction of the whole machine. Such that the width of the front 140 of the chassis 100 is greater than the width of the side, the chassis 100 is generally rectangular in shape. The largest surface of the case 100 is used as the front surface 140 of the case 100 and can be used for installing the display screen 830, so that the area of the display screen 830 can be effectively enlarged, and the display effect of the display screen 830 is improved. So that the outlet 120 is located at the middle of the upper surface of the cabinet 100, the speaker assembly 400 and the lifting device 500 are correspondingly disposed at the middle of the cross-section of the cabinet 100. It will be appreciated that the overall weight of the speaker and lifting device 500 is relatively large. By positioning the speaker and the lifting device 500 in the middle of the cross section of the chassis 100 and positioning the upright rod 600 and the controller 300 on the left and right sides of the speaker, the center of gravity of the whole chassis can be prevented from shifting in the left, right, front and rear directions, and the chassis 100 can be prevented from toppling over. Specifically, the upright 600 and the controller 300 are located on both sides of the speaker assembly 400 in the width direction of the front face 140 of the cabinet 100. The upright 600, the speaker assembly 400 and the controller 300 are disposed side by side in the width direction of the front face 140 of the cabinet 100, that is, the upright 600 and the controller 300 are located at the left and right sides of the speaker. The gravity of the whole machine in the horizontal direction can be further balanced, and the stability of the whole machine free from fixed placement is further ensured.
It is understood that the depth of the receiving groove 130 is smaller than the thickness of the chassis 100, that is, the receiving groove 130 is spaced apart from the front surface 140 of the chassis 100. The lateral support plate 710 may be fixedly mounted in the inner cavity 110 of the chassis 100 by welding, screwing, clipping, etc. The lifting device 500 may be fixedly mounted on the lateral support plate 710 by welding, screwing, bonding, or the like. The transverse supporting plate 710 is connected to the upper portion of the inner cavity 110 of the chassis 100, so that the lifting device 500 is also located at the upper portion of the inner cavity 110 of the chassis 100, thereby reducing the lifting height of the lifting device 500 and further reducing the occupied space of the lifting device 500. And the lateral support plate 710 is located at the front side of the receiving groove 130, and two ends of the lateral support plate 710 respectively extend to two side surfaces of the case 100 to be connected, so that the lateral support plate 710 can reinforce the inside of the case 100 and balance the center of gravity of the case 100.
Based on the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 5, 7 and 9, the chassis 100 includes a box 150 and a door 160, the back surface of the box 150 is provided with an operation window 151 corresponding to the lifting device 500, the operation window 151 is disposed to avoid the accommodating groove 130, the door 160 is detachably or movably mounted on the box 150 to open and close the operation window 151, an inner wall surface of the door 160 is provided with a mounting cavity 161 with an upward opening, and the mounting cavity 161 is located at the front side of the transverse supporting plate 710.
In this embodiment, the door 160 may detachably cover the operation window 151, or may cover the operation window 151 in a rotatable or slidable manner, which is not limited herein. The door 160 may be rectangular. The size of the operation window 151 may be selected and designed according to actual requirements, and is not particularly limited herein. The operation window 151 is disposed to avoid the accommodation groove 130, i.e., not to interfere with the accommodation of the vertical rod 600. By opening the operation window 151 corresponding to the lifting device 500 on the back of the box 150, the maintenance personnel can open the box door 160 to repair the lifting device 500 or other internal structures of the inner cavity 110 of the chassis 100, thereby facilitating the repair and maintenance of the whole equipment.
Specifically, the mounting box may be fixedly coupled to an inner wall surface of the door 160, such that the mounting cavity 161 is formed in the inner cavity 110 of the mounting box. The mounting box and the door 160 may be integrally formed or may be separately formed. The size of the mounting cavity 161 can be designed according to actual requirements, and is not particularly limited herein. By providing the installation cavity 161 on the inner wall surface of the door 160, the installation cavity 161 can be used for placing and arranging cables, tools or other sundries inside the case 100, so as to ensure the tidiness inside the case 100. So that the installation cavity 161 is located at the front side of the transverse supporting plate 710, when the door 160 closes the operation window 151, the transverse supporting plate 710 does not interfere with the installation cavity 161, thereby ensuring the operational reliability of the product.
In combination with the above-mentioned embodiment in which the upper portion of the inner cavity 110 of the chassis 100 is further provided with the transverse support plate 710 extending along the width direction of the front surface 140 of the chassis 100, as shown in fig. 5 to 9, the power module 200 is disposed corresponding to the rear boss 152 and is located below the transverse support plate 710, the left side wall and the right side wall of the chassis 100 are disposed below the transverse support plate 710 and are provided with the heat dissipation grids 171, and the bottom wall of the chassis 100 is provided with the plurality of heat dissipation holes 172.
In this embodiment, the power module 200 is disposed in the chassis 100 at a position corresponding to the rear boss 152, so that on one hand, the space for installing the power module 200 at the lower part of the chassis 100 is larger, and a larger power module 200 can be accommodated, thereby improving the endurance time of the whole machine; on the other hand, the rear boss 152 is disposed at the lower portion of the back surface of the case 100, so that the area of the bottom supporting surface corresponding to the case 100 is larger, the case 100 can be placed on the ground more stably, and the complete machine can be placed stably without being fixed.
The power module 200 is arranged below the transverse supporting plate 710, so that the power module 200, the lifting device 500 and the loudspeaker are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, the structural arrangement inside the case 100 is more reasonable, the gravity center of the whole case 100 is approximately positioned at the center of the cross section of the case 100 and is lower than the geometric center of the case 100, and the fixation-free stable placement of the whole machine can be realized. The left side wall and the right side wall of the case 100 are provided with the heat dissipation grids 171 at positions below the transverse supporting plate 710, and the bottom wall of the case 100 is provided with the plurality of heat dissipation holes 172, so that the power module 200 is arranged in a convection space formed by the heat dissipation grids 171 and the heat dissipation holes 172, and the heat dissipation grids 171 and the heat dissipation holes 172 are arranged close to the power module 200, so that the heat dissipation effect of the power module 200 can be effectively improved. Specifically, a fan module may be disposed at a position corresponding to the heat dissipation grid 171 on the left side wall and/or the right side wall of the chassis 100 to accelerate the air flow and improve the heat dissipation effect inside the chassis 100.
In combination with the above-mentioned embodiment in which the width of the front face 140 of the chassis 100 is greater than the width of the side face, further, referring to fig. 1 to 10, the top wall of the chassis 100 is installed with the antenna assembly 810 and the flag-shaking assembly 820, the antenna assembly 810 and the flag-shaking assembly 820 are located on the side of the speaker assembly 400 adjacent to the controller 300, the antenna assembly 810 and the flag-shaking assembly 820 are arranged side by side in the width direction of the side face of the chassis 100, the antenna assembly 810 extends along the width direction of the side face of the chassis 100, and the flag-shaking assembly 820 swings along the width direction of the front face 140 of the chassis 100.
In this embodiment, the antenna assembly 810 is used for transceiving a wireless signal, so as to implement communication connection between the security alarm and an external device (e.g., an intercom). A plurality of different antennas may be mounted within the mounting housing of antenna assembly 810 to provide multiple communication connections. Since the controller 300 is lighter in weight than the vertical pole, the antenna assembly 810 and the flag-shaking assembly 820 are disposed on the side of the speaker assembly 400 adjacent to the controller 300, and the left and right sides of the enclosure 100 can be more balanced in gravity. The antenna assembly 810 is disposed in a substantially strip shape, so that the antenna assembly 810 extends along the width direction of the side surface of the chassis 100, that is, the length direction of the antenna assembly 810 is consistent with the width direction (front-back direction) of the side surface of the chassis 100, and thus the space of the antenna assembly 810 in the width direction of the top wall surface of the chassis 100 can be fully utilized, the occupied space of the antenna assembly 810 in the length direction of the top wall surface of the chassis 100 is reduced, and the structure of the whole device is more compact.
The flag-shaking assembly 820 may specifically include a flag-inserting pole, a transmission structure and a driving member, which are connected in a transmission manner, wherein the driving member drives the transmission structure to drive the flag-inserting pole to swing left and right, so as to drive a flag inserted into the flag-inserting pole to swing, thereby playing a warning role. The driving member may be a driving motor, and the transmission structure may be a crank and a rocker, and the like, which is not limited herein. The swinging of the flag-shaking assembly 820 along the width direction of the front 140 of the chassis 100 makes the swinging of the flag more noticeable, which is more beneficial for the driver to observe the swinging of the flag from the front 140 of the road safety precaution device. Further, the height of the flag assembly 820 is lower than the height of the antenna assembly 810. Therefore, the antenna assembly 810 can partially shield the flag shaking assembly 820, and further can avoid the damage of the flag shaking assembly 820 caused by accidental collision.
In combination with the above-mentioned embodiment in which the peripheral wall portion of the case 100 is recessed inward to form the receiving groove 130, further, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the front face 140 of the case 100 is mounted with the display screen 830, the display screen 830 is electrically connected to the controller 300, and the ratio of the area of the display screen 830 to the area of the front face 140 of the case 100 is greater than or equal to 0.7.
In the present embodiment, specifically, the back surface of the chassis 100 is recessed inward to form the receiving groove 130. To avoid the accommodating groove 130 occupying the space of the front face 140 of the chassis 100 for installing the display screen 830. The display screen 830 can be provided as a whole or formed by splicing a plurality of pieces. The front face 140 of the chassis 100 may be recessed to form a mounting slot for the display screen 830. Thus, the display screen 830 can be prevented from protruding, and further, accidental collision of the display screen 830 can be avoided. In use, the front face 140 of the chassis 100 faces a moving vehicle. At this time, the warning assembly 620 includes a warning lamp. So, when controller 300 received early warning monitoring subassembly 610's information, control display screen 830 shows characters or pattern, and control the warning light and give out light, then warning light and display screen 830 all can send warning information towards the vehicle, and then convenience of customers in time receives warning information.
The ratio of the area of the display screen 830 to the area of the front face 140 of the housing 100 may be 0.7, 0.75, 0.8, 0.86, 0.9, 0.95, etc. When the ratio of the area of the display screen 830 to the area of the front face 140 of the chassis 100 is smaller than 0.7, if the ratio of the display screen 830 to the area of the front face 140 of the chassis 100 is too small, the display screen 830 is too small to be convenient for displaying characters and observing by a driver. And through making the area of display screen 830 and the ratio of the front 140 area of quick-witted case 100 be greater than or equal to 0.7 for the vast majority of the front 140 of machine case 100 all is used for installing display screen 830, then can make display screen 830 big enough, and then can enlarge the display characters, easily realizes that the display graph of display screen 830 is diversified, then is convenient for more that the driver observes.
Further, referring to fig. 2 to 4 again, the front surface 140 of the chassis 100 under the display screen 830 protrudes outward to form a front boss, and the front boss extends in a bar shape in the transverse direction. Make the position that the front 140 of quick-witted case 100 is located display screen 830 below outwards bulge in order to form preceding boss, then the setting of preceding boss can increase the bottom bearing surface area of quick-witted case 100 on the one hand for quick-witted case 100 can place subaerial more steadily, and on the other hand can play the guard action to display screen 830, prevents that display screen 830 from being collided with or kicked bad by accident. And the front boss is positioned below the display screen 830, and the position of the lower part of the front face 140 of the case 100, which is not easy to be seen by a user, is fully utilized, so that the display screen 830 is positioned on the upper part of the front face 140 of the case 100, and is easier to be observed by a vehicle driver.

the early warning monitoring assembly and the warning assembly are both arranged on the upright rod and are electrically connected with the controller; in the unfolding position, the early warning monitoring assembly and the warning assembly are both positioned on the part of the upright stanchion protruding out of the upper surface of the case.
2. The road safety precaution device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said upright is rotatably mounted to said housing about a transverse axis, a peripheral wall portion of said housing being recessed to form a receiving slot into which said upright fits when in the receiving position.
