Abstract
The invention discloses a cutting device for a gumming reinforced material, which comprises a first sliding block, a second sliding block, a third sliding block, a tool apron, a cutting tool arranged on the tool apron, a first driving device used for controlling the first sliding block to linearly move along a first direction, a second driving device arranged on the first sliding block and used for controlling the second sliding block to linearly move along a second direction, a third driving device arranged on the second sliding block and used for controlling the third sliding block to linearly move along a third direction, and a cutter reversing device arranged on the third sliding block and used for controlling the tool apron to rotate, wherein the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are vertical to each other. The gumming reinforced material cutting equipment disclosed by the invention can realize quick cutting of the gumming reinforced material, improve the cutting efficiency and cutting quality of the gumming reinforced material and ensure the accuracy of a tensile test result.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first driving device includes a first motor 2 and a first transmission mechanism 3 connected to the first motor 2 and the first slider 8. In the present embodiment, the first transmission mechanism 3 is a lead screw-nut mechanism. The first motor 2 and the first transmission mechanism 3 are arranged on the cutting platform 1, a motor shaft of the first motor 2 is connected with a lead screw of the first transmission mechanism 3, a nut of the first transmission mechanism 3 is fixedly connected with the first sliding block 8, the nut and the lead screw form spiral transmission, and the axis of the lead screw is parallel to the first direction.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, two first driving devices are provided, the two first driving devices are located on the same straight line parallel to the second direction, the first transmission mechanisms 3 of the two first driving devices are respectively fixedly connected with two ends of the first slider 8 in the length direction, and the length direction of the first slider 8 is parallel to the second direction.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the second driving device includes a second motor 4 and a second transmission mechanism 5 connected to the second motor 4 and the second slider 9. In the present embodiment, the second transmission mechanism 5 is a lead screw-nut mechanism. The second motor 4 and the second transmission mechanism 5 are arranged on the first sliding block 8, a motor shaft of the second motor 4 is connected with a lead screw of the second transmission mechanism 5, a nut of the second transmission mechanism 5 is fixedly connected with the second sliding block 9, the nut and the lead screw form spiral transmission, and the axis of the lead screw is parallel to the second direction.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the third driving device includes a third motor 6 and a third transmission mechanism 7 connected to the third motor 6 and the third slider 10. In the present embodiment, the third transmission mechanism 7 is a lead screw-nut mechanism. The third motor 6 and the third transmission mechanism 7 are arranged on the second sliding block 9, a motor shaft of the third motor 6 is connected with a lead screw of the third transmission mechanism 7, a nut of the third transmission mechanism 7 is fixedly connected with the third sliding block 10, the nut and the lead screw form spiral transmission, and the axis of the lead screw is parallel to the third direction.
As shown in fig. 1, the reversing device of the cutting knife 13 includes a fourth motor and a fourth transmission mechanism connected to the fourth motor and the knife holder 12, and the fourth motor is fixedly disposed on the third slider 10. In this embodiment, the fourth transmission mechanism is a belt transmission mechanism. A motor shaft of the fourth motor is fixedly connected with an input end of a fourth transmission mechanism, and an output end of the fourth transmission mechanism is fixedly connected with the tool apron 12. The tool apron 12 is rotatably arranged on the third sliding block 10, after the fourth motor operates, the fourth motor can rotate through the electric tool apron 12 of the fourth transmission mechanism, the rotating center line of the tool apron 12 is a vertical line, the tool apron 12 drives the cutter 13 to rotate synchronously, and the direction of the cutting edge of the cutter 13 is switched. In the process of cutting each cloth strip, the cutting edge of the cutting knife 13 needs to be reversed at least twice.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the gumming reinforcement material cutting apparatus of the present invention further includes a limiting device disposed on the third slider 10. The limiting device comprises a pressure plate 11, a guide post 14 connected with the pressure plate 11 and an elastic element 15 arranged between the pressure plate 11 and the guide post 14, the third sliding block 10 is provided with a guide hole for the guide post 14 to pass through, the pressure plate 11 is provided with an avoiding hole for the tool holder 12 to pass through, and the cutter 13 extends out towards the lower part of the tool holder 12. The pressure plate 11 is located above the impregnated reinforcing material, and the pressure plate 11 is used for applying certain pressure to the impregnated reinforcing material below, so that the situation that the impregnated reinforcing material is tilted or folded and deformed in the cutting process is avoided, and the cutter 13 is ensured to cut smoothly. The apparatus for cutting the gummed reinforced material as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the cutter reversing device comprises a fourth motor and a fourth transmission mechanism connected with the fourth motor and the cutter holder, and the fourth motor is disposed on the third slide block.
