Description

Transparent concentrated liquid detergent composition special for dish-washing machine
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemical products, and particularly relates to a special liquid detergent composition for a transparent concentrated dish washing machine.
Background
Compared with the manual tableware washing, the automatic dish washing machine has the advantages of saving physical strength, convenience and water saving, and has multiple functions of cleaning, disinfecting, drying, storing and the like, so that the automatic dish washing machine can fully meet the requirement that people hope to be liberated from simple and repeated housework.
The main stream of spray arm type dish washer, the cleaning and the dirt removal on the tableware mainly rely on the jet action of powerful water flow in three-dimensional space, the heat energy action of the heating water and the oil and dirt removal action of the cleaning agent. The manual dishwashing detergent cannot be used in the dishwasher because the presence of the foam reduces the pressure of the water jet of the spray arm of the dishwasher, because the manual dishwashing detergent generates a large amount of foam, and further because the anionic surfactant contained in the manual dishwashing detergent generates a large amount of foam, and the foam is more difficult to remove due to the presence of the foam stabilizing component.
Solid detergents are more common in the field of dishwasher detergents, mainly because of their better stability and less development difficulty. However, solid products can be dusty during manufacture or use; the fast dissolution properties of solid detergents are extremely important, especially under fast wash mode washing conditions, where residual solid powders may leave the consumer with the perception that dishes remain, requiring additional re-washing; solid detergents also have a certain odor, which is repelled by some consumers; in addition, the current Chinese market is mainly hand dishwashing detergents, so consumers are mostly aware of the dishwashing detergents as transparent and clear liquids. Therefore, it is very necessary to develop a dishwasher-specific liquid detergent.
Generally, solid detergents contain alkaline builders, chelating agents, anti-redeposition agents (usually polymers), enzyme preparations, surfactants, etc., which are not in direct contact in the solid detergent composition or which do not present compatibility issues under anhydrous conditions, but compatibility issues must be considered in liquid products, which also makes development of dishwasher-specific liquid detergents more difficult.
In addition, although the liquid product has no dust problem, the dishwasher-specific liquid detergent cannot be added with an anionic surfactant or an excessive amount of a zwitterionic surfactant due to the limitation of the foaming problem, and a nonionic surfactant with low or no foaming is preferred. However, the compatibility of pure nonionic systems without anionic surfactants with respect to metal ions, enzyme preparations, chelating agents, polymers, etc. may deteriorate, especially in systems with a moisture content of less than 20%; the chelating agent, the enzyme preparation and the polymer are important functional components in the detergent for the dish-washing machine, and the chelating agent, the enzyme preparation and the polymer are generally substances with better hydrophilicity and are difficult to obtain stable homogeneous appearance in a concentration system with lower moisture content; in addition, the enzyme preparation raw material usually needs to add metal ions as a stabilizer of the enzyme preparation, so the addition of the enzyme preparation can reduce the stability of the pure nonionic system, because the concentrated pure nonionic system has poor compatibility with the metal ions. It can be seen that the transparency and stability of the transparent concentrated liquid detergent for dish-washing machine is a big problem, and it is easy to generate gel, layer, precipitate, etc., so the use of such functional components in the concentrated system is limited, and the limitation is especially obvious in high-concentration products or single-dose condensed bead products encapsulated by PVA film.
In conclusion, the provision of a concentrated liquid detergent for dish-washing machines with high transparency and good stability has become a serious difficulty in industrial research.

The plates were cut into eight equal parts, using 3 plates per beaker, with a total glazed area of about 258cm2 on both sides. 3L each of the detergent aqueous solutions was prepared, placed in a stainless steel beaker, the beaker was placed on a stainless steel holder, and heated to 96 ℃ -99.5 ℃. The samples were first degreased and decontaminated by washing with warm distilled water, then rinsed in acetone and air dried. The washed and dried sample was placed in the test solution. After soaking for 2h, a piece of the sample was taken out, not dried, and immediately wiped with 38mm square cotton cloth folded into two layers, and then the sample was wetted by immersing it in distilled water at (82. + -. 1). degree.C, and then taken out to air dry, and the cotton cloth was left as a record. The heating of the detergent solution was continued for 2 h. A new piece of square cotton cloth was taken and the heat soak procedure repeated until 3 samples were tested. The porcelain pattern used, detergent and use concentration, visual results every two hours were recorded. The test and untested samples were compared and the scores and results were recorded according to the following table.
The test and untested samples should be from the same tray.

5 viscosity stability
The viscosity of the samples was tested at 25 ℃ and 0 ℃ respectively, and a difference of less than 500cP.s was considered to be viscosity stable.
In the following detailed description, the following abbreviations will be used:
berol 609: fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether belongs to polyether type nonionic surfactant.
Pluronic PE 6200: polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether belongs to polyether nonionic surfactants.
Pluronic PE 6400: polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether belongs to polyether nonionic surfactants.
MGDA: trisodium methylglycinediacetate, a chelating agent.
Alcosperse 747: modified sodium polyacrylate, polymer, belongs to polycarboxylate.
APG 0810: an alkyl polyglycoside.
Detergent compositions A, A ', B', C ', D', B, C, D, E, F were formulated according to the compositions of Table 1 below and tested for performance, the results of which are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 ingredient list of examples and comparative examples
Figure BDA0003382697680000091
Figure BDA0003382697680000101
Note: in example 1, berol609 can be replaced by isomeric fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, and Alcosperse 747 can be replaced by polyethyleneimine or polyvinylpyrrolidone.
Note 2: turbid or stratified samples were shaken up and tested for viscosity.
As can be seen from Table 1, the examples all have very good appearance stability; from example 1 and comparative example 1, it is known that alkylpolyglycoside can improve the compatibility of the concentrate system with chelating agents; further analysis by example 1 and comparative examples 1 and 2 shows that the presence of a chelating agent can improve the compatibility of the concentrated system with enzyme preparations; presumably, two reasons are possible: 1 the chelating agent can chelate calcium ions brought by enzyme preparations to make the formula more transparent; 2 the chelating agent itself is an amino acid derivative, which has a solubilizing effect on the protein. From example 1 and comparative example 3, it can be seen that in the presence of alkylpolyglycoside, the presence of polyol solvent is still required to ensure transparency of the system. As can be seen from example 1 and comparative example 4, the examples did not corrode tableware, and the protection of the tableware was very good. It will be appreciated from the other examples in Table 1 that any variation in the proportions of the several components may be achieved within the scope of the claimed invention.
