Description

Preparation method of PVA-based degradable adhesive tape
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of degradable packaging materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a PVA-based degradable adhesive tape.
Background
In the prior art, the adhesive tape used in daily express is mostly transparent adhesive tape, most of the adhesive tape is mainly made of high molecular compounds such as polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and polyethylene glycol terephthalate as base materials, the high molecular materials are not degradable, and the used treatment method mainly comprises landfill and incineration, so that serious harm and burden are brought to the environment. In addition, although the manufacturing cost of the adhesive tape is low, the use of a large amount of the adhesive tape not only wastes resources, but also causes difficulty in recycling the packaging box bonded with the non-degradable adhesive tape, thereby increasing the recycling cost. In addition, kraft paper used by the traditional adhesive tape is a green degradable material, but the cost is high, and the traditional adhesive tape is not suitable for wide application. Therefore, the use of completely biodegradable materials enables the prepared adhesive tape to be completely biodegradable, can reduce the manufacturing cost of the adhesive tape, and is also an important way for improving the environment. In view of the above problems, there is an urgent need to develop a completely biodegradable adhesive tape, which can meet the use requirements and is environmentally friendly.

extruding and blowing the mixture to obtain a semi-finished film; stretching and drying the semi-finished film; the temperature of the first drying treatment step is 170-180 ℃, and the drying time is 5-10 s, so that a substrate layer is prepared;
coating a release layer material on one side of the base material layer to prepare a release layer; the release layer is prepared from a raw material containing silicone oil;
coating an adhesive layer material on the other side of the substrate layer to prepare an adhesive layer; the adhesive layer is prepared from degradable adhesive.

Preferably, the preparation method of the adhesive layer material comprises the following steps: mixing gelatin with distilled water, and standing for 20-48 h to obtain a first glue solution; mixing PVA with distilled water, and standing for 20-48 h to prepare a second glue solution; stirring and mixing the first glue solution and the second glue solution for 20-30 min, and adjusting the pH value to 6.5-7.5 to prepare an adhesive layer material;
the weight parts of the components are as follows: 2-10 parts of PVA; 2-10 parts of gelatin; 100-250 parts of distilled water.
The invention at least comprises the following beneficial effects: the invention provides a completely biodegradable adhesive tape, wherein a main body of a base material layer material is polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and starch, and the interior of the PVA, the interior of the starch and active groups of the PVA, the starch and a cross-linking agent can be cross-linked to form a multidimensional network structure, so that a framework of the base material layer is formed. The adhesive of the adhesive layer and the PVA and starch of the base material layer have similar structural units, so that the adhesive layer can be partially absorbed into the base material layer after being coated with the adhesive layer, and the adhesive force between the adhesive layer and the base material layer is improved. From the test results in table 1, it can be seen that the performance parameters of the degradable adhesive tape prepared by the present invention are similar to those of the commercially available adhesive tape, even some performance parameters are superior to those of the commercially available adhesive tape, the degradable adhesive tape of the present invention can be matched with the uses of the commercially available adhesive tape, and can replace the existing commercially available adhesive tape, and the degradable adhesive tape of the present invention can be biodegraded, thereby reducing the pollution and burden to the environment.
The number of apparatuses and the scale of the process described herein are intended to simplify the description of the present invention. Applications, modifications and variations of the present invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art.
As described above, according to the present invention, a completely biodegradable adhesive tape is provided, wherein the main material of the substrate layer is polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and starch, and the PVA, the starch and the active groups of the PVA, starch and the cross-linking agent can be cross-linked to form a multi-dimensional network structure, thereby forming the framework of the substrate layer. The adhesive of the adhesive layer and the PVA and starch of the base material layer have similar structural units, so that the adhesive layer can be partially absorbed into the base material layer after being coated with the adhesive layer, and the adhesive force between the adhesive layer and the base material layer is improved. The degradable adhesive tape provided by the invention has good water resistance and flexibility, can be degraded at a certain temperature, and avoids the step of removing the adhesive tape when the carton of the adhesive tape is recycled, thereby reducing the recycling cost of the carton.
While embodiments of the invention have been disclosed above, it is not intended to be limited to the uses set forth in the specification and examples. It can be applied to all kinds of fields suitable for the present invention. Additional modifications will readily occur to those skilled in the art. It is therefore intended that the invention not be limited to the exact details and illustrations described and illustrated herein, but fall within the scope of the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
