The addition amount of the anti-collapse dilution filtrate reducer modified multi-element resin for the drilling fluid in the water-based drilling fluid is 2.0-2.5 percent (mass percentage).
The following are the experimental part of the invention:
pH value: weighing 1.00g of sample, placing the sample in a 150mL beaker, adding 100mL of distilled water, stirring the sample by using a glass rod until the sample is dissolved, standing the sample for 5min, immersing the test paper in the test solution for 0.5s, taking out the test paper, and comparing the test paper with a color plate to obtain the pH value, wherein the test result is shown in Table 1.
Preparation of base slurry (water base): adding 0.84g of sodium carbonate and 0.30g of sodium hydroxide into 400mL of clear water, stirring for 10min at 11000r/min, slowly adding 24.00g of bentonite for drilling fluid, stirring for 20min at 8000r/min, and sealing and maintaining for 24 h.
Taking one part of prepared base pulp, stirring for 5min at 11000r/min, and testing the phi of the base pulp according to the method specified in GB/T16783.1-2014100And (4) reading the value.
Room temperature slurry properties: taking a part of prepared base pulp, slowly adding 10.00g of sample in the stirring process at 11000r/min, and measuring phi of the sample pulp according to the method specified in GB/T16783.1-2014100The reading value and the low-temperature low-pressure filtration loss are shown in the table 1.
Performance of the slurry after hot rolling at 180 ℃: taking a prepared part of base slurry, slowly adding 10.00g of sample in the stirring process at 11000r/min, transferring into an aging tank, introducing nitrogen at 0.7MPa for 30s, putting the aging tank into a roller heating furnace, and hot rolling for 16h at 180 +/-5 ℃. Cooling to room temperature, stirring at 11000r/min for 5min, and testing Phi of the sample slurry according to the method specified in GB/T16783.1-2014100The values, the low-temperature and low-pressure filtration loss and the high-temperature and high-pressure filtration loss (180 ℃, 3.5MPa differential pressure) are read, and the test results are shown in Table 1.

Testing the linear expansion reduction rate of the core: 5.00g of the sample was weighed into a 250mL beaker, 100mL of distilled water was added to the beaker, and the mixture was stirred on a magnetic stirrer for 30 min. Weighing 10.00g of bentonite for drilling fluid expansion test after drying for 4 hours at 105 +/-2 ℃, loading into a measuring cylinder of a shale expansion instrument with filter paper at the bottom, inserting a core plunger into the measuring cylinder, placing on a press, slowly pressurizing to 4.0MPa and keeping for 5 minutes. And (3) taking down the core plunger, carefully removing the bentonite which is not compacted on the surface layer of the core in the measuring cylinder, mounting the measuring cylinder on a shale expansion tester, filling the measuring cylinder with the solution of the sample to be tested, and recording the linear expansion amount of the core for 8 hours. While a blank test was performed with distilled water. The test results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1: the anti-collapse dilution filtrate reducer modified multi-component resin for the drilling fluid prepared by the embodiments of the invention can achieve good performance effect. The addition amount of the drilling fluid in the invention is 2.0-2.5%. The performance of the invention is as follows: the pH value of the 1% aqueous solution is 7-10; the viscosity reduction rate in the base slurry at room temperature is more than or equal to 70.0 percent, and the low-temperature low-pressure filtration loss is less than or equal to 12.0 mL; the viscosity reduction rate after aging at 180 ℃ is more than or equal to 60.0 percent, the low-temperature and low-pressure filtration loss is less than or equal to 12.0mL, and the high-temperature and high-pressure filtration loss is less than or equal to 25.0 mL; the linear expansion reduction rate of the core is more than or equal to 40.0 percent. The filtrate loss reducing agent has good filtrate loss reducing performance, good viscosity reducing and anti-collapse performance, and the raw materials are easy to purchase, the process is simple, the realization is easy, and the large-scale production and popularization can be realized.
In conclusion, the embodiments of the invention have good performance, good fluid loss performance of products, good viscosity and collapse reducing performance, can effectively avoid or reduce the occurrence of complex accidents in the well, improve the drilling quality and safety, have good fluid loss performance (good high temperature resistance) at a high temperature of 180 ℃, and meet the technical requirements of fluid loss reducers with wider application range in the market.

Claims (5)

1. An anti-collapse dilution filtrate reducer modified multi-element resin for drilling fluid is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

the mass fraction of the sodium hydroxide aqueous solution is 10 percent, and the dosage of the sodium hydroxide aqueous solution meets the requirement of adjusting the pH value of the solution;
the cationization agent is one or the combination of two of bromoethane, 1-bromopropane and 1-bromobutane, and the proportion of the two is arbitrary when the two are combined; the etherifying agent is one of 3-chloropropene and 4-chlorobutene;
the preparation method of the collapse-preventing dilution filtrate reducer modified multi-component resin for the drilling fluid comprises the following process steps: adding 1000 parts of clear water, 55-60 parts of p-aminophenol and 10-14 parts of cationizing agent into a reaction kettle, heating to 50-60 ℃, stirring for 30-35 min, refluxing for 30-35 min to obtain a solution A, adding a 10% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution into the solution A to adjust the solution A to be neutral, then adding 10-14 parts of cationizing agent into the solution A again, stirring for 30-35 min, refluxing for 30-35 min to obtain a solution B, adding a 10% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution into the solution B to adjust the solution B to be neutral, then adding the rest cationizing agent into the solution B again, stirring for 30-35 min, and refluxing for 30-35 min to obtain a solution C; secondly, adding 100-120 parts of sulfonated phenolic resin into the solution C in the reaction kettle, slowly adding 10-15 parts of formaldehyde to obtain a solution D, adjusting the pH value of the solution D to 9-10 by using a 10% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, heating to 80-90 ℃, reacting for 2.5-3 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain an intermediate product; thirdly, adding 30-50 parts of ethanol and 15-18 parts of etherifying agent into the intermediate product of the reaction kettle, refluxing for 1-1.5 h, adding 20-25 parts of acrylamide, stirring uniformly, adding 0.7-1.0 part of initiator, and reacting for 1-1.5 h to obtain a gel product; and fourthly, drying and crushing the gel product obtained in the third step to obtain the collapse-preventing diluted filtrate reducer modified multi-element resin for the drilling fluid.
2. The anti-collapse dilution filtrate reducer modified multi-element resin for the drilling fluid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the initiator is one or two of potassium persulfate and ammonium persulfate, and the proportion of the two in combination is arbitrary.
3. The anti-collapse dilution filtrate reducer modified multi-element resin for the drilling fluid as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

the preparation method of the collapse-preventing dilution filtrate reducer modified multi-component resin for the drilling fluid comprises the following process steps: adding 1000 parts of clear water, 60 parts of p-aminophenol and 10 parts of 1-bromobutane into a reaction kettle, heating to 60 ℃, stirring for 30min, refluxing for 30min to obtain a solution A, adding a 10% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution into the solution A to adjust the solution A to be neutral, then adding 12 parts of 1-bromobutane into the solution A again, stirring for 30min, refluxing for 30min to obtain a solution B, adding a 10% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution into the solution B to adjust the solution B to be neutral, then adding the rest 13 parts of 1-bromobutane into the solution B again, stirring for 30min, and refluxing for 30min to obtain a solution C; adding 100 parts of sulfonated phenolic resin into the solution C in the reaction kettle, slowly adding 10 parts of formaldehyde to obtain a solution D, adjusting the pH value of the solution D to 9 by using a 10% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, heating to 80 ℃, reacting for 2.5 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain an intermediate product; ③ adding 40 parts of ethanol and 15 parts of 3-chloropropene into the intermediate product of the reaction kettle, refluxing for 1h, adding 25 parts of acrylamide, stirring uniformly, adding 1.0 part of potassium persulfate, and reacting for 1h to obtain a gel-like product; and fourthly, drying and crushing the gel product obtained in the third step to obtain the collapse-preventing diluted filtrate reducer modified multi-element resin for the drilling fluid.
4. The anti-sloughing diluted filtrate reducer modified multi-element resin for the drilling fluid as claimed in claim 1 is characterized in that it is prepared by the following raw materials by weight proportion:
