Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an environment-friendly cementing type wall fixing agent for water-based drilling fluid and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of drilling.
Background
In the process of drilling, water-based drilling fluid easily enters into the deep part of the stratum along the hole seams, so that serious accidents such as well wall collapse, drill sticking and the like are caused, and great economic loss is caused. The prior art mainly comprises the steps of adding a plugging agent to plug the hole seams of the broken stratum: asphalt plugging agents are required to have softening points matched with the formation temperature and insufficient plugging strength; the plugging agents such as calcium carbonate and silicon dioxide have high plugging strength, but the shape and the size of the plugging agents are difficult to be matched with the hole and the seam of a stratum accurately, and the plugging agents cannot be plugged effectively; the polymer microsphere plugging agent can effectively match the shape and the size of the stratum hole seam, but the plugging strength is not high.
In recent years, chemical bond type wall fixing agents are becoming research hot spots for stabilizing the walls of fractured strata. For example: chinese patent document CN104177517a provides a biomimetic polymer for borehole wall stabilization, which contains carboxymethyl chitosan as a main chain and a group derived from dopamine grafted on the main chain. Chinese patent document CN 106634878A provides a drilling fluid additive composition, which contains a bionic wall-fixing agent, wherein the bionic wall-fixing agent is carboxymethyl chitosan grafted with a group derived from dopamine on the main chain. Chinese patent document CN109679598A discloses a strong wall collapse-preventing water-based drilling fluid, which comprises a chemical wall-fixing agent, wherein the chemical wall-fixing agent is a polymer with dopamine groups grafted on the main chain, and is prepared from branched polyethylenimine and catechol monomers. Chinese patent document CN108456286a discloses a plugging anti-collapse agent methacrylate copolymer for drilling fluid, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of methacrylate, 20-30 parts of acrylate, 20-30 parts of acrylic acid, 5-10 parts of dopamine hydrochloride, 5-10 parts of cosolvent and 1-5 parts of initiator. However, the above dopamine-containing wall-fixing agent has high cost and is difficult to apply in oilfield industrialization. Chinese patent document CN109423263a provides a wall fixing agent modified resin polymer for drilling fluid, the modified resin polymer is prepared from the following raw materials: the wall fixing agent can effectively cement the formation hole and seam, but has poor compatibility with drilling fluid and cannot be used in the drilling fluid.
Therefore, the low-cost environment-friendly wall fixing agent for the water-based drilling fluid, which is environment-friendly and low-cost, can effectively stabilize the shale well wall through chemical cementing, and has great theoretical and practical significance for keeping the stability of the broken stratum well wall.

Test example 1
Putting 30g of shale rock scraps of 10 meshes into a die pressing device (D=15 mm), adding 3mL of distilled water, and pressing for 5 minutes under the condition of 10MPa to obtain a rock core; the wall fixing agents prepared in the examples and the comparative examples are respectively prepared into aqueous solutions with the mass fraction of 0.5%; the cores were respectively placed in different wall fixing agent solutions for 24 hours, the integrity of the cores was observed, and the test results are shown in table 1.
Table 1 integrity of core after 24h immersion in different wall fixing agent solutions
As can be seen from the data in Table 1, the environment-friendly cementing type wall fixing agent provided by the invention can effectively cement shale particles, further effectively cement shale cracks and play a role in stabilizing the wall of a fractured stratum well. As is evident from the results of experiments in comparative examples 1 to 3, the lack of tannins in the wall-fixing agent or too low a mass ratio of polymer to tannins results in a deterioration of the wall-fixing effect. The reduction of the tannic acid content of the wall-fixing agent reduces the cementing strength of the wall-fixing agent, and thus the core immersed in the solution collapses. If the tannic acid content in the wall-fixing agent is too high, the tannic acid and the polymer are excessively cemented into solid precipitates, and the performance of the wall-fixing agent is also greatly reduced. The polymers used in the wall-fixing agent of comparative examples 4 to 5 did not contain propenol, and had poor adsorption performance with shale, and as a result, the obtained wall-fixing agent had poor performance.
Test example 2
The drilling fluid is prepared according to the following formula: 4 parts of bentonite, 4 parts of polyamino alcohol AP-1 6 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 1 part of sulfomethyl phenolic resin, 1 part of wall fixing agent, 1 part of sulfonated asphalt, 1 part of FCLS, 2 parts of polymeric alcohol and 400 parts of water; wherein the wall fixing agents are the wall fixing agents prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-5 respectively, the drilling fluids obtained by adding the wall fixing agents in examples 1-3 are respectively denoted as F1, F2 and F3, and the drilling fluids obtained by adding the wall fixing agents in comparative examples 1-5 are respectively denoted as DF1, DF2, DF3, DF4 and DF5.
The following performance tests were carried out on the drilling fluids
(1) Rheological property test:
400mL of the drilling fluid prepared above was stirred at 3000rpm for 20min, and then apparent viscosity (AV, mPa.s), plastic viscosity (PV, mPa.s), dynamic shear force (YP, pa), static shear force for 10s and 10min, and medium pressure API water loss (FL, mL) of the drilling fluid were measured according to GB/T16783.1-2006, respectively, and the results are shown in Table 2.
Table 2 drilling fluid performance
As can be seen from the data in Table 2, the environment-friendly cementing type wall fixing agent can effectively reduce the water loss of the water-based drilling fluid, can effectively reduce the filtrate from entering the stratum in the drilling process, plays a role in stabilizing the wall of the fractured stratum, and can control the addition of the polymer and the tannic acid within the range of the invention as the addition of the polymer and the tannic acid in the wall fixing agent increases, the lower the medium-pressure API water loss of the drilling fluid is, but the influence of the continuous increase of the addition of the polymer and the tannic acid on the water loss of the drilling fluid is less. From the results of the experiments in comparative examples 1-3, it is known that too high or too low a mass ratio of polymer to tannic acid would result in a decrease in the filtration performance of the wall-fixing agent if the wall-fixing agent lacks tannic acid. From the results of the experiments in comparative examples 4 to 5, it is known that the filtration reducing performance of the wall fixing agent is also reduced if the allyl alcohol monomer is absent or the allyl alcohol is replaced by other monomers.
(2) Shale expansion rate test
The experimental method for testing the shale expansion rate comprises the following steps:
the measurement was performed using a linear expansion coefficient tester (CPZ-II, purchased from Qingdao Hentada electric equipments Co., ltd.).
Firstly, pulverizing shale into powder by using a pulverizer, and sieving the powder by using a 100-mesh sieve. Then the shale powder which is sieved by a 100-mesh sieve is placed in a mould, the shale powder is added to a constant pressure of 10MPa by a SYB-19 hydraulic manual pump, and the shale powder is taken out after waiting for 5 minutes to obtain shale sheets.
Shale tablets were loaded into a sample cell of a linear expansion device, and after soaking for 16 hours with water-based drilling fluids (formulated in drilling fluids as described in rheological property tests) and deionized water obtained by adding the wall-fixing agents prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-5, respectively, the final expansion rates shown on the linear expansion device were read. And the experimental results are shown in Table 3 by comparing the polyacrylamide potassium salts.
Table 3 drilling fluid shale inhibition of hydration expansion performance
Comparing the results of examples 1-3, comparative examples 1-5, polyacrylamide potassium salt and deionized water in Table 3, it is known that the water-based drilling fluid containing the environment-friendly cementing type wall fixing agent can remarkably reduce the expansion rate of shale, inhibit the hydration expansion of shale and enhance the stability of the well wall of a fractured stratum.
(3) Shale compressive strength test
Shale cores (25 cm. Times.30 cm) were respectively immersed in drilling fluids (prepared in the drilling fluids as described in rheological property tests) and deionized water obtained by adding the wall fixing agents prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5 and polyacrylamide potassium salt for 24 hours, and then the compressive strength was measured, and an original core was taken as a comparison. The results are shown in Table 4.
Table 4 shale compressive strength
As can be seen from Table 4, the higher the compressive strength of the core as the addition of the wall-fixing agent increases, which indicates that the drilling fluid containing the environment-friendly cementing type wall-fixing agent can effectively consolidate shale core and improve the compressive strength of the shale core. In the drilling operation, the water-based drilling fluid can stabilize the wall of a fractured stratum, prevent the wall of the stratum from collapsing and reduce the occurrence of underground complex conditions.
From the data, the environment-friendly cementing type wall fixing agent can be used for cementing stratum cracks, improving rock strength, inhibiting shale hydration dispersion and reducing drilling fluid filtration loss; the wall-fixing agent is environment-friendly, has low cost, can effectively stabilize the shale well wall, and is used for the drilling fluid of the fractured shale stratum
