背景技术
集装箱卡车由操作司机人工驾驶,采用传统汽车结构形式,空气制动,悬挂采用板簧减震,柴油机驱动,转向系统由方向盘带动转向拉杆实现,只能实现单向行驶,传统港口集装箱运输车底盘由动力系统、驱动系统、转向系统、悬挂系统、液压系统等部件组成,现有动力系统主要有柴油机、油电混动、纯电池组等动力模式;驱动系统主要变速箱+传动轴+刚性桥的机械传动和电机驱动刚性桥等驱动模式;转向系统由液压油缸伸缩实现,实现±35°的转向角度;驱动系统主要变速箱+传动轴+刚性桥的机械传动和电机驱动刚性桥等驱动模式,传动链长,故障率高,传动效率低,机械能制动损失,难以回收;
转向系统由液压油缸伸缩实现,实现±35°的转向角度,转向模式不灵活,只有直线行驶和八字转向行驶模式,车辆机动性不高,现有技术中电池组和驱动电机为散热方式为自然冷却,散热性能差。

动力系统,所述动力系统一侧设有冷却系统,另一侧设有电气系统,所述底盘架底部从车头至车尾分别架设一桥、二桥、三桥和四桥,其中一桥、四桥为转向桥,二桥、三桥为驱动转向桥,每根桥两端均设有悬挂系统;
驱动系统,所述动力系统用于为驱动系统提供动力;所述驱动系统包括驱动电机,所述驱动电机通过传动轴与二桥和三桥传动连接;
液压系统,所述液压系统包括液压转向系统、液压制动系统、泵站和蓄能器,所述泵站为蓄能器打压,为液压转向系统和液压制动系统提供压力,用于液压系统控制行车转向、行车制动和驻车制动。

气电混动模式由LNG发动机+发电机,与电池组组成混合动力系统;油电混动模式柴油发动机+发电机,与电池组组成混合动力系统;纯电模式主要有纯电池组和氢燃料电池等型式,在本实施例中主要以纯电池组为动力系统;
如图2所示,驱动系统,所述动力系统用于为驱动系统提供动力;所述驱动系统包括驱动电机,所述驱动电机通过传动轴与二桥和三桥传动连接;在本实施例中从左至右为一桥、二桥、三桥和四桥;其中二桥和三桥作为驱动桥;
如图2所示,液压系统,所述液压系统包括液压转向系统、液压制动系统、泵站和蓄能器,所述泵站为蓄能器打压,为液压转向系统和液压制动系统提供压力,用于液压系统控制行车转向、行车制动和驻车制动;所述液压转向系统包括转向控制阀和转向油缸;所述液压制动系统包括驻车制动阀和行车制动阀;所述蓄能器通过控制器对转向控制阀、驻车制动阀、行车制动阀实现单轴转角控制和行车制动。整车共布置八个蓄能器,其中两个为行车制动提供压力,六个为转向油缸提供压力,满足转向制动快速响应需求。
本实施例中,所述冷却系统由驱动电机和泵站内的电机集成水泵带动冷却液流动流经散热风扇,采用水冷和风冷结合的方式,冷却效率高。所述冷却系统由驱动电机和泵站内的电机集成和电池组热平衡管理系统,满足发电机及控制器、驱动电机及控制器冷却要求,满足电池组充电、放电过程中电芯冷却、加热及恒温要求。 各冷却系统采用就近分布式布置,减少管路能量损失,当某一冷却系统发生故障时,其他冷却系统可以正常工作。
本实施例中,所述底盘架设有多组引导块10,引导块便于安装或拆卸集装箱;底盘架前后均设有车头覆盖件和导航系统2,所述底盘架前后还设有支腿3和保险杠1,保险杠上设置接近开关,触发时整车急停作为安全措施。
本实施例中,所述底盘架设有自动充电座和手动充电座,使底盘更加智能化。

Claims (9)

1.一种港口集装箱运输车分布式底盘,其特征在于,所述底盘包括:
动力系统,所述动力系统一侧设有冷却系统,另一侧设有电气系统,所述底盘架底部从车头至车尾分别架设一桥、二桥、三桥和四桥,其中一桥、四桥为转向桥,二桥、三桥为驱动转向桥,每根桥两端均设有悬挂系统;
驱动系统,所述动力系统用于为驱动系统提供动力;所述驱动系统包括驱动电机,所述驱动电机通过传动轴与二桥和三桥传动连接;
液压系统,所述液压系统包括液压转向系统、液压制动系统、泵站和蓄能器,所述泵站为蓄能器打压,为液压转向系统和液压制动系统提供压力,用于液压系统控制行车转向、行车制动和驻车制动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的港口集装箱运输车分布式底盘,其特征在于,所述液压转向系统包括转向控制阀和转向油缸;所述液压制动系统包括驻车制动阀和行车制动阀;所述蓄能器通过控制器对转向控制阀、驻车制动阀、行车制动阀实现单轴转角控制和行车制动。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的港口集装箱运输车分布式底盘,其特征在于, 所述动力系统采用模块化安装在底盘架,所述动力系统包括气电混动、油电混动、纯电池组和氢燃料电池。
4.根据权利要求1所述的港口集装箱运输车分布式底盘,其特征在于,所述冷却系统包括驱动电机、散热风扇和泵站内的电机集成水泵,所述电机集成水泵带动冷却液流动流经散热风扇,实现冷却。
5.根据权利要求1所述的港口集装箱运输车分布式底盘,其特征在于,所述底盘架设有多组用于引导集装箱装卸的引导块。
6.根据权利要求1所述的港口集装箱运输车分布式底盘,其特征在于,所述底盘架前后均设有车头覆盖件和导航系统。
7.根据权利要求1所述的港口集装箱运输车分布式底盘,其特征在于,所述底盘架前后设有支腿和保险杠。
8.根据权利要求1所述的港口集装箱运输车分布式底盘,其特征在于,所述底盘架设有自动充电座和手动充电座。
9.根据权利要求1所述的港口集装箱运输车分布式底盘,其特征在于,所述液压转向系统控制一桥、二桥、三桥和四桥能够实现斜行转向模式、前半八字转向模式、后半八字转向模式和八字转向模式。
