the outer side of a central hole in the back of the cam disc is provided with an annular groove, the bearing piece on the outer side of the outer pipe of the steering column is provided with an annular groove, the second elastic piece is sleeved on a handle bolt of the steering column, one end of the second elastic piece is arranged in the annular groove in the back of the cam disc, and the other end of the second elastic piece is arranged in the annular groove in the bearing piece.
One side of the back of the locking part without the saw teeth is provided with a groove, and the positioning block is arranged in the groove.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the automobile steering column in the prior art is limited by the space for mounting the toothed sheet, the toothed sheet is thin and small in size, is made of spring steel materials and is weak in strength, and the cam disc is in contact with the toothed sheet and presses the spring sheet inwards, so that the spring sheet is deformed, the toothed sheet and a tooth groove are not well meshed, and the holding force is small. The locking piece is engaged with the clamping rib on the side surface of the cam plate, so that the volume and the thickness of the locking piece can be increased, the engaging force between the locking piece and the clamping rib is increased, and the holding force is improved. And the cam plate does not press the locking piece, so that the problem that the biting force between the locking piece and the clamping edge is reduced due to the fact that the locking piece is pressed to deform and the like is solved, and the holding force can be further improved.
2. The locking piece is arranged on the side surface of the cam plate, so that the contact area between the cam plate and the side plate of the bracket assembly is increased, the clamping is better, and the holding force is improved.
3. The locking member is arranged on the side surface of the cam plate, so that the locking member can be made into a large size, the thickness can be increased, and the structural design is more free.
4. The device improves the holding power, prevents the steering column from driving the steering wheel to turn over when the steering column collides violently, and plays a role in protecting a driver.

Detailed Description
The automobile steering column in the prior art comprises a steering column main body 1 (comprising an outer tube 6, an inner tube, a steering shaft and a bearing part 7 outside the outer tube), a support assembly 2, a toothed sheet, a cam disc 3, a handle 4 and a handle bolt 5, wherein the support assembly 2 is arranged outside the bearing part 7 outside the outer tube of the steering column, the handle 4 is arranged on the side surface of the support assembly 2, the handle bolt 5 penetrates through the handle, the cam disc, the toothed sheet, a support assembly side plate 8, the steering column main body and the like, and the other end of the handle bolt is fixed by a nut. The bracket assembly can be separated from the steering column main body by adjusting the handle, and the bracket assembly and the steering column main body are locked by rotating the handle after the steering column is adjusted to a required angle (and then adjusting the angle of a steering wheel). After locking, the tooth sheets and tooth grooves on the side plates of the bracket assembly are required to be meshed to keep the bracket assembly and the steering column main body from moving and shaking. The toothed plate is made of spring steel and assembled on the cam plate, and when the handle is closed, the toothed plate is pressed into a tooth groove (enclosed by two racks) to improve the retaining force. When the handle is opened, the tooth blade is separated from the tooth groove, and the steering column can realize the adjusting function. as shown in fig. 1-5, a device for adjusting the angle of a steering column of an automobile to improve the retention force comprises a locking pin 9, a first elastic member 10, a locking member 11, a cam plate 3 and a second elastic member 13, wherein a first through hole 17 is formed in the middle of the locking member 11 (preferably, an annular protrusion 20 is formed on the outer side of the first through hole in front of the locking member, the rear end of the first elastic member is sleeved on the annular protrusion 20 for positioning), a sawtooth structure 16 is formed on one side surface of the locking member 11, a positioning block 12 is connected to the side surface of the cam plate 3, the first elastic member 10 is sleeved on the locking pin 9, the locking pin 9 passes through the first through hole 17 in the locking member 11 to be fixedly connected with the positioning block 12, and the locking pin 9 is in clearance fit with the locking member 11.
A clamping edge 14 with a sawtooth structure is fixed on a side plate 8 of the support assembly 2 of the steering column, and the sawtooth structure on the side surface of the locking part 11 is meshed with the clamping edge 14. The locking element 11 and the first spring element 10 are fixed to the cam disk by means of the locking pin 9, wherein the locking element 11 is in a clearance fit with the locking pin 9. The positioning block 12 of the cam plate 3 is fixedly connected with the locking pin 9 in various connection modes, as shown in the drawing, the positioning block 12 is provided with a second through hole 18 or a positioning groove, and the locking pin 9 is inserted into the second through hole 18 or the positioning groove and then connected in an interference mode or welded. The rear end of the locking pin 9 can also be fixedly connected with the positioning block 12 in a direct welding mode and the like. The first elastic element 10 is located between the locking element and the locking pin and acts to pretension the locking element. The serrations on both the locking member 11 and the rib 14 have a thickness such that they are more engaged with each other, which helps to improve the holding force.
An annular groove 19 is formed outside a central hole at the back of the cam plate 3, an annular groove 19 is formed on a bearing piece outside the outer pipe of the steering column, a second elastic element 13 is sleeved on a handle bolt 5 of the steering column, the second elastic element penetrates through a hole in a side plate of the support, one end of the second elastic element is arranged in the annular groove 19 at the back of the cam plate 3, and the other end of the second elastic element is arranged in the annular groove 19 on the bearing piece 7. The two ends of the second elastic piece 13 are arranged in the annular groove, so that the positioning is more accurate and firm. The annular recess behind the cam plate may be replaced by an annular projection over which the second resilient member is fitted in use.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, a groove 15 is formed on one side of the rear surface of the locking member 11 without the saw teeth, the height and width of the groove 15 are the same as those of the positioning block 12, and the positioning block 12 is placed in the groove. When the positioning block is used, the positioning block is arranged in the groove, and the locking piece and the positioning block are better connected and fixed. When the handle is opened, the second elastic piece can eject the locking piece.
The first elastic piece and the second elastic piece of this application can choose the spring for use.
The specific using process is as follows:
