The vehicle window generally comprises a front windshield, a rear windshield, a side window and a skylight, and is mainly used for meeting the use requirements of lighting, ventilation, passenger vision and the like in the vehicle. The light-transmitting member for a vehicle window refers to a light-transmitting member such as a front windshield or a side windshield, which mainly satisfies the visual field requirements of passengers, and a light-transmitting member such as a sunroof, which mainly satisfies the ventilation requirements. And because the car window light-transmitting piece only has simple light-transmitting function, the function is comparatively single, and the homogenization of the product is too serious, and the car window light-transmitting piece does not have the novel function of attracting customers, so that the car cannot form better market competitiveness.
In view of the above, the present invention provides a light emitting assembly for a light transmitting member of a vehicle window, which is disposed on a vehicle body, and reference is made to fig. 1 and 2, wherein fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the light emitting assembly for a light transmitting member of a vehicle window, in which an arrow indicates a propagation direction of a light beam; fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the light emitting assembly of the light transmitting member of fig. 1, wherein the cross-sectional view extends along a vertical direction, and arrows and dotted lines in the light transmitting member of the drawing together indicate a propagation direction of a light beam. In one embodiment of the present invention, the window light emitting assembly includes:
a light-transmitting member 10 having a first side surface 11 and a second side surface 12 which are disposed opposite to each other, and a first end surface 13 connecting the first side surface 11 and the second side surface 12, the light-transmitting member 10 being provided with an incident portion 20, the incident portion 20 having an incident surface 21; and
the light source 30 is disposed toward the incident surface 21 so that the emitted light beam can enter the incident portion 20 through the incident surface 21 and exit the light-transmitting member 10 through the first end surface 13.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the light source 30 which irradiates the light beam towards the light-transmitting piece 10 is utilized to make at least a part of the light beam emit out through the first end face 13, so that a luminous effect is formed at the first end face 13 and can be noticed by people inside and outside the vehicle, the additional functions of the light-transmitting piece 10 are enriched, the using interestingness of the light-transmitting piece 10 is improved, such as the effect of an atmosphere lamp can be achieved, the driving interestingness of passengers is improved, the vehicle provided with the light-transmitting piece luminous structure of the vehicle is further prevented from being subjected to product homogeneity problems with other vehicle types on the market, and the market competitiveness is further improved. Of course, the light beam may be partially refracted out through the first side 11 and/or the second side 12, so that a person in the vehicle or outside the vehicle can sense the light emitting area on the first side 11 and/or the second side 12 on the light beam propagation path, thereby enriching the light emitting effect of the light transmitting member 10, and not only being limited to the first end 13.
Referring to fig. 2, in this embodiment, alternatively, the direction of the light beam to the incident surface 21 is parallel to the normal line of the incident surface 21. Parallel refers to parallel and near-parallel relationship. In this way, the light beam can carry more light energy into the incident portion 20, so that the first end face 13 can reduce the requirement on the light emitting power of the light source 30 under the condition that the technical requirement of the same light emitting intensity is met, and further, the light source 30 can be favorably selected from models with smaller power, and the manufacturing cost and the using cost of the light source 30 are reduced. Specifically, as the light beam enters the incident portion 20, the light energy reaching the first end face 13 increases, so that the light emission of the first end face 13 is brighter, the light emission effect is more easily perceived by a person, but the light emission effect is too bright to cause discomfort in perception, and even cause a problem of driving safety of the vehicle or surrounding vehicles. Therefore, if the ratio of the light energy of the light beam entering the incident portion 20 to the total light energy is larger, the total light energy of the light beam emitted from the light source 30 can be made smaller, so as to reduce the requirement on the light emitting power of the light source 30. It will be appreciated that the smaller the angle of incidence of the light rays as they pass through the interface between the two media, the smaller the light energy of the reflected light will be, and thus the greater the light energy entering the incident portion 20; and when light rays are perpendicularly incident to the interface, the energy loss caused by reflected light is avoided, and the propagation direction is not changed.
Referring to fig. 2, in this embodiment, alternatively, the first side 11 and the second side 12 are disposed in parallel, and an angle between a normal line of the incident surface 21 and a normal line of the second side 12 is greater than a total reflection critical angle of the light transmissive element 10. In this way, the light beam can realize total reflection on the first side surface 11 and the second side surface 12, that is, realize total reflection in the transparent member 10, so that most of the light beam can be emitted out of the transparent member 10 through the first end surface 13, thereby improving the light emitting effect of the first end surface 13, and the first end surface 13 can reduce the requirement on the light emitting power of the light source 30 under the condition that the technical requirement of the same light emitting intensity is met.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, optionally, the incident portion 20 is a light guide member connected to the light-transmitting member 10, and the light guide member further has an attaching surface 22 attached to the first side 11, and the light beam sequentially passes through the incident surface 21, the attaching surface 22, and the first side 11, and enters the light-transmitting member 10. The light guide member, which is disposed separately from the light transmitting member 10, is mainly used for guiding the light beam obliquely directed to the first side surface 11 into the light transmitting member 10, and can enter the light transmitting member 10 in a maximum light energy state, and satisfies the condition of an incident angle forming total reflection in the light transmitting member 10. Since the light guide member is directly connected to the first side 11, the medium condition required for the light beam to enter the light transmission member 10 and for total reflection propagation can be completed, so that the technical scheme can be directly applied to the existing vehicle light transmission member 10, and the production cost of the light emitting structure of the vehicle light transmission member can be reduced. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of another embodiment of a light emitting assembly of a light transmitting member for a vehicle window according to the present invention; in another embodiment, the incident portion may be a sink groove 12 'on the first side 11', and the incident surface 13 'may be disposed on a groove wall of the sink groove 12'. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a light emitting assembly of a light transmitting member for a vehicle window according to still another embodiment of the present invention; in yet another embodiment, the light-transmitting member 10″ may have a second end face 12″ disposed opposite to the first end face 11″ and the incident face 13″ may be disposed on the second end face 12″; the incident surface may be disposed to intersect the second end surface as shown in fig. 4, or may be disposed to overlap the second end surface, that is, after the light beam perpendicularly passes through the incident surface, the light beam directly irradiates the first end surface, without refraction or reflection on the first side surface or the second side surface.
In this embodiment, optionally, the light guide is fixedly disposed on the first side 11. In this way, the close fitting relation between the fitting surface 22 and the first side surface 11 can be ensured, so that the light beam can still have more light energy when entering the first side surface 11 through the fitting surface 22, the problem that the light beam is excessively reflected in the gap and the light energy is reduced when entering the light-transmitting piece 10 due to the gap between the fitting surface 22 and the first side surface 11 is avoided. However, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the light guide member may be fixed relative to the vehicle body, and the bonding surface may slide relative to the first side surface; the scheme is suitable for the condition that the light-transmitting piece can move relative to the vehicle body, for example, when the light-transmitting piece is applied to a side window, under the premise that the relative position relation between the incident surface and the light source is kept unchanged, when the light-transmitting piece of the side window is lifted, the attaching surface still keeps close attaching relation with the first side surface in the sliding process, so that light beams can vertically irradiate the incident surface and enter the light-guiding piece, directly enter the light-transmitting piece through the attaching surface, and further the light-transmitting piece of the side window can continuously keep the light-emitting effect in the lifting process.
In this embodiment, alternatively, the refractive index of the light guide member is set to be the same as that of the light transmitting member 10. In this way, the light beam does not reflect or refract at the bonding surface 22, but directly enters the light-transmitting member 10 along the original direction (the direction of propagation in the light-guiding member), thereby avoiding the light energy loss of the light beam due to reflection.
In this embodiment, the light guide member is optionally made of glass. The glass material has good light transmittance, so that most of light energy can be still maintained after the light beam passes through the light guide piece. However, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the light guide may be made of PC (Polycarbonate) material, PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate ) material, or PU (Polyurethane) material with a light transmittance of 90% or more.
In this embodiment, in order to make the refractive indexes of the light guide member and the light transmission member 10 more consistent, the light transmission member 10 is optionally made of glass, and the same batch of products from the same glass manufacturer can be used to prepare the light guide member and the light transmission member for the same batch of products. However, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the transparent member may be made of transparent PC material. Wherein the refractive index of the common glass is 1.1 to 2.1, preferably, the refractive index is 1.3 to 1.7; the critical angle for total reflection of the glass is 25 ° to 65 °, preferably the critical angle for total reflection takes a value of 30 ° to 42 °.
In this embodiment, in order to simplify the installation process between the light guide member and the first side 11, and further reduce the production cost of the light emitting structure of the light transmitting member of the vehicle, optionally, the light guide member is adhered and fixed on the first side 11. However, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the light guide member may be fixed to the first side 11 by a screw locking structure, a rivet structure or a welding structure.
In this embodiment, the bonding surface 22 of the light guide member includes a first surface segment and a second surface segment disposed around the first surface segment, the first surface segment is bonded to the first side 11, a gap is formed between the second surface segment and the first side 11, the gap is used for filling adhesive, and the light beam is incident into the light transmitting member 10 through the first surface segment and the first side 11. In this way, the adhesive does not affect the close fitting relationship between the first surface section and the first side 11, so that the light beam can directly reach the first side 11 after passing through the first surface section.
In the present embodiment, the light source 30 may alternatively include a plurality of point light sources 30 spaced apart along the extending direction of the first end face 13. In this way, the luminous intensity distribution of the first end face 13 in the extending direction can be made more uniform, and the problem that the area of the first end face 13 close to the light source 30 is bright and the area distant from the light source 30 is dark can be avoided, thereby improving the luminous effect of the first end face 13. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the light source may include a point light source and a prism disposed in front of the point light source, where the prism can make the light emitted by the point light source emit a fan-shaped beam to the incident surface, and the plane where the fan-shaped beam is located is parallel to the extending direction of the incident portion; the front of the point light source is the side of the point light source emitting the light beam; the prism may be a powell lens or a cylindrical prism to achieve a light emitting effect similar to a word line infrared laser.
In this embodiment, the light source 30 further includes a first controller electrically connected to each of the plurality of point light sources 30, and the first controller can control at least two point light sources 30 to emit light independently. The first controller is utilized to orderly control the plurality of point light sources 30 to emit light according to a certain sequence, or increase or weaken the luminous intensity according to a certain rule, or control the plurality of point light sources 30 to emit light with different colors, so that the first end face 13 generates the light effect of a breathing lamp, a rhythm atmosphere lamp or a running water horse race lamp, the using function of the light-emitting structure of the vehicle light-transmitting part is enriched, the using interestingness is improved, and the market competitiveness of the vehicle provided with the light-emitting structure of the vehicle light-transmitting part is improved.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic view of the light emitting assembly of the window light transmitting member of fig. 1 applied to a vehicle door, in which an arrow indicates a propagation direction of a light beam. In this embodiment, further, the vehicle body includes a door, and the transparent member 10 is a side window transparent member that is liftably connected to the door. It can be appreciated that the technical scheme of the invention is applied to the vehicle door, so that the luminous effect of the second end surface is more easily displayed in the sight of a user or a person around the vehicle, namely, the user or the person around the vehicle can easily perceive the luminous effect of the upper edge of the side window light-transmitting piece, thereby effectively improving the technological sense of the vehicle and further improving the market competitiveness of the vehicle. However, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the vehicle body may further include a skylight frame, and the light-transmitting member is a skylight slidingly connected to the skylight frame.
In this embodiment, in order to reduce the manufacturing cost of the side window transparent member, the side window transparent member is optionally a single-layer transparent member. However, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the side window transparent member may be an interlayer transparent member, the interlayer transparent member has at least two layers of transparent member bodies, and the light source has at least two light sources and is disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the transparent member bodies.
In this embodiment, optionally, the light source is fixedly disposed on the vehicle door. In this way, the mounting structure between the light source and the door can be simplified.
Referring to fig. 5, in this embodiment, further, the vehicle body further includes a water cut provided at the door, and the incident portion 20 (i.e., the light guide member) and the light source 30 are both provided below the water cut. That is, referring to the cut-out boundary line 40 in fig. 5, the incident portion and the light source are disposed below the cut-out boundary line 40, which can prevent both from adversely affecting the appearance of the door, and maintain the neatness of the door appearance, thereby improving the user experience.
In this embodiment, further, the light emitting component of the window transparent member further includes a second controller, where the second controller can obtain the position of the side window transparent member, and when the side window transparent member is at the first position, control the light source to emit light; when the side window light-transmitting piece is at the first position, the first end face is exposed outside. In this way, the first end face is ensured to emit light only when exposed, so that the light-emitting effect can be easily perceived by a user or a person around the vehicle. It should be noted that, the second controller provides the user with the option of manually opening the function at the same time, and when the function is opened, the light source emits light only when the side window light-transmitting member is at the first position; if the user chooses to turn off the function, the light source will not illuminate even if the side window light transmitting member is in the first position.
In this embodiment, optionally, the second controller may also be capable of acquiring an open/closed state of the door, and controlling the light source to emit light when the side window light-transmitting member is in the first position and the door is in the open state. For a vehicle having a frameless door, when the door is in an open state, the side window transparent member is not normally located at the top dead center position but is located near the top dead center position. That is, the side window transparent member needs to descend from the top dead center position to some extent so that the upper edge can be withdrawn from the vehicle body sealing strip, so that the side window transparent member can be opened together with the vehicle door, and the lifting position is kept unchanged by default when the vehicle door is opened, so that the first position of the side window transparent member can be set to the lifting position for a vehicle without a frame vehicle door, so that the upper edge of the side window transparent member can automatically emit light while the vehicle door is opened, and the technological sense of the light emitting function is improved. For a framed door, the first position may be one of any position that is not top dead center and the first end face is exposed. By introducing the open-close state of the vehicle door as the input condition for controlling the opening and closing of the light source by the second controller, the problem that the upper edge of the side window light-transmitting piece still emits light under the covered condition can be avoided, thereby being beneficial to improving the practicability of the light-emitting function and reducing the use cost of the light-emitting function.
In this embodiment, optionally, the second controller may be integrated on the whole vehicle ECU (Elecmal Control Unit, electronic control unit), and the second controller may directly call the vehicle condition data on the whole vehicle ECU to obtain the position of the side window transparent member and the open/close state of the vehicle door, and determine whether the input condition meets the design requirement to control whether the light source emits light, so as to simplify the vehicle structure and reduce the manufacturing cost of the vehicle.
