s6, uniform spraying: firstly, rotating a winding roller to enable the winding roller to wind the sheepskin, then opening a conveying valve to enable the coating to move along a spiral conveying page, realizing the dispersed arrangement of the coating in a conveying barrel, and further uniformly spraying the coating on the sheepskin through a conveying pipe;
s7, pressing and leveling the coating: firstly, adjusting the distance between two compression rollers according to the thickness of the coating and the sheepskin, driving two transverse shafts to move oppositely by rotating a bidirectional screw rod, driving the compression rollers to move by the transverse shafts, and realizing uniform coating of the coating on the sheepskin by moving the coating and the sheepskin between the two compression rollers;
s8, drying the paint: opening the drying device, and drying the sheepskin coated with the coating, so that a breathable layer is formed on one surface of the sheepskin;
s9, spraying again: detaching the sheepskin passing the step S8 on the winding roller, turning the sheepskin to the unwinding roller, repeating the steps to spray the paint on the other surface of the sheepskin, and finally coating the breathable layers on the two surfaces of the sheepskin;
s10, setting an insulating layer: firstly, a plush fabric layer is bonded on the breathable layer, and then a linen fabric layer is bonded on the plush fabric layer, so that a heat-insulating layer is formed;
s11, arranging a buffer layer: an elastic rubber layer is bonded on the heat insulation layer, then a plurality of elastic columns are bonded on the elastic rubber layer, and then an elastic rubber layer is bonded on the elastic columns.
By adopting the scheme, through the setting step 1, firstly, the sheepskin is arranged on the unwinding roller and the winding roller, so that the coating assembly is prepared for coating the sheepskin, and a foundation is laid for other work; through the setting of the step 2, the coating is stirred for ten minutes, so that the coating is stirred sufficiently, the uniform stirring effect of the coating is improved, and a foundation is also laid for uniformly coating the coating on the sheepskin; the coating is shaken, so that the coating is shaken, the phenomenon that the coating is precipitated in the stirring barrel is further avoided, and the shaking of the stirring barrel is buffered by utilizing the elasticity of the buffer spring; through setting up step 4, utilize the slow transport of auger delivery page or leaf, realize arranging the dispersion of coating in the transfer ladle, help making coating slowly get into the conveyer pipe, improved the convenience of use greatly.

Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a warm-keeping breathable gory soft lamb skin, which includes a lamb skin layer 1, two breathable layers 2 disposed on the outer surface of the lamb skin layer 1 in an up-down symmetrical manner, a heat preservation layer 3 disposed on the outer surface of the breathable layers 2, and a buffer layer 6 disposed on the heat preservation layer 3, wherein the heat preservation layer 3 includes a wool fabric layer 4 disposed on the breathable layers 2, and a linen fabric layer 5 disposed on the wool fabric layer 4, and the buffer layer 6 includes two elastic rubber layers 8 disposed on the linen fabric layer 5 in an up-down symmetrical manner, and a plurality of elastic cylinders 7 uniformly disposed between the two rubber layers. The breathable layer 2 plays a role in breathability on the outer surface of the sheepskin, so that bacteria are prevented from breeding on the outer surface of the sheepskin; by arranging the heat preservation layer 3, the interaction of the linen textile fabric layer 5 and the plush fabric layer 4 is utilized, which is beneficial to improving the heat preservation effect; through setting up buffer layer 6, utilize the elasticity of elastic rubber layer 8 and elastic column body 7, play the effect of buffering protection to the sheepskin.
Further, the air-permeable layer 2 is a coating which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65 parts of polyurethane resin, 15 parts of wood powder, 7.5 parts of foam booster, 0.75 part of penetrating agent, 0.75 part of wetting agent and 0.75 part of curing agent, and the raw materials are mixed to contribute to improving the ventilation effect of the coating.
Example 2:
the difference of the embodiment is only that the coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of polyurethane resin, 18 parts of wood powder, 9 parts of foam booster, 0.9 part of penetrating agent, 0.9 part of wetting agent and 0.9 part of curing agent.
Example 3:
as shown in fig. 1-6, this embodiment provides a coating device suitable for cold-proof ventilative kary soft sheep skin, and it includes workstation 9, set gradually unwinding roller 11 at workstation 9 top, be used for spraying the spraying subassembly of ventilative layer 2 on the sheepskin, be used for extruding even subassembly of pressure of ventilative layer 2 coating, be used for drying device 18 of ventilative layer 2 coating, be used for the wind-up roll 10 of rolling the sheepskin.
The spraying assembly comprises two supporting plates 12 which are symmetrically arranged at the top of the workbench 9 in a front-back mode, a conveying barrel 13 arranged at the top of the two supporting plates 12, a transverse plate 29 arranged at the top of the conveying barrel 13, a stirring barrel 15 arranged at the top of the transverse plate 29, a conveying valve 55 arranged at the bottom of the stirring barrel 15 and used for controlling conveying of paint, and a conveying pipe 21 arranged at the bottom of the conveying barrel 13 and communicated with the conveying barrel 13, wherein the conveying pipe 21 is located on the upper side of the sheepskin. Through setting up the spraying subassembly, play the effect of spraying to the sheepskin.
The bottom of the conveying barrel 13 is provided with a reciprocating transmission component for driving the conveying pipe 21 to do reciprocating motion, the reciprocating transmission component comprises two vertical plates 19 which are arranged at the bottom of the conveying barrel 13 in a bilateral symmetry manner, an installation box 20 arranged between the two vertical plates 19, a moving frame 22 connected to the top in the installation box 20 in a sliding manner, an opening 39 arranged at the bottom of the installation box 20, a conveying cylinder 40 which penetrates through the opening 39 and is fixedly connected with the moving frame 22, two racks 41 which are arranged at the upper side and the lower side in the installation box 20 in an up-down symmetry manner, a first driving motor 14 arranged on the outer side wall of the installation box 20, a driving rod 42 which penetrates through the outer side wall of the installation box 20 and is fixedly connected with the output end of the first driving motor 14 to rotate coaxially, a driving wheel 43 which is fixedly arranged on the driving rod 42 and is positioned between the two racks 41, and driving teeth 44 which are arranged on the driving wheel 43 and are meshed with the two racks 41, the driving teeth 44 account for two fifths of the outer ring of the driving wheel 43, the conveying pipe 21 is a hose and is communicated with the conveying cylinder 40, a second sliding groove 46 is formed in the top of the mounting box 20, a second sliding block 45 which is connected in the second sliding groove 46 in a sliding mode is arranged in the moving frame 22, and the longitudinal sections of the second sliding block 45 and the second sliding groove 46 are trapezoidal. The reciprocating driving assembly is arranged, so that the reciprocating motion of the conveying cylinder 40 is conveniently realized, and the uniform spraying of the sheepskin is realized; by arranging the driving teeth 44 to occupy two fifths of the outer ring of the driving wheel 43, it is convenient to realize intermittent contact of the driving teeth 44 with the two racks 41, thereby realizing reciprocating motion of the moving frame 22; the longitudinal sections of the second sliding block 45 and the second sliding groove 46 are both trapezoidal, so that the moving frame 22 is limited and guided, and the moving frame 22 is prevented from being separated from the installation box 20.
The stirring component for stirring the coating is arranged in the stirring barrel 15 and comprises a cover body arranged at the top of the stirring barrel 15, a second driving motor 16 arranged on the cover body, a stirring shaft 36 which is arranged on the cover body in a penetrating manner and is fixedly connected with the output end of the second driving motor 16 in a coaxial rotating manner, and a plurality of stirring rods 37 which are uniformly arranged on the stirring shaft 36. Through setting up the stirring subassembly, play the even effect of stirring to coating.
The stirring barrel 15 is connected on the transverse plate 29 in a sliding manner, the top of the transverse plate 29 is provided with a first sliding groove 30, the bottom of the stirring barrel 15 is provided with a first sliding block 31 connected in the first sliding groove 30 in a sliding manner, the longitudinal sections of the first sliding block 31 and the first sliding groove 30 are both trapezoidal, the transverse plate 29 is also provided with a shaking component for driving the stirring barrel 15 to shake, the shaking component comprises two mounting plates 32 arranged on the transverse plate 29 in a bilateral symmetry manner, two mounting blocks 35 arranged on the outer side wall of the stirring barrel 15 in a bilateral symmetry manner, a mounting groove 47 arranged on the mounting block 35 and far away from one side wall of the stirring barrel 15, a pushing block 34 arranged at the opening 39 of the mounting groove 47 in a penetrating manner and connected on the inner side wall of the mounting groove 47 in a sliding manner, a buffer spring 50 arranged between the pushing block 34 and the inner side wall of the mounting groove 47, an electric telescopic rod 33 arranged on the mounting plate 32 in a penetrating manner along the horizontal direction and fixedly connected with the pushing block 34, and three sliding grooves 48 are arranged on the upper and lower two side walls in the mounting groove 47, a third slide block 49 which is connected with the third slide groove 48 in a sliding way is fixedly arranged on the pushing block 34, and a guide frame 38 which is fixedly connected with the stirring barrel 15 is also arranged on the mounting plate 32 in a penetrating way. The shaking assembly is arranged to shake the coating, so that the coating is further prevented from precipitating in the stirring barrel 15; the elasticity of the buffer spring 50 is utilized to buffer the shaking of the agitator 15.

a production method of the coating device suitable for the warm-keeping breathable Kali sheep soft skin, which is suitable for the device in claim 3, and is characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
s1, preparing sheepskin: turning the sheepskin on an unreeling roller 11, pulling one edge of the sheepskin to enable the sheepskin to sequentially pass through two supporting plates, a pressing and homogenizing assembly, a drying device 18 and a reeling roller 10, and finally putting the sheepskin roll on the reeling roller 10;
s2, preparing a coating: the lid of the stirring barrel 15 is opened, and the raw materials are sequentially put into the stirring barrel 15: 65 parts of polyurethane resin, 15 parts of wood powder, 7.5 parts of a foam enhancer, 0.75 part of a penetrating agent, 0.75 part of a wetting agent and 0.75 part of a curing agent, then turning on a second driving motor 16, driving the second driving motor 16 to drive a stirring shaft 36 to rotate, and driving a plurality of stirring rods 37 to rotate by the stirring shaft 36, so that the coating is stirred for ten minutes to be uniformly stirred;
s3, shaking the paint: firstly, opening the electric telescopic rod 33 positioned on the front side, enabling the electric telescopic rod 33 positioned on the front side to drive the pushing block 34 to move, enabling the pushing block 34 to drive the buffer spring 50 to move, enabling the buffer spring 50 to be compressed, when the pushing block 34 moves to the inner side of the mounting groove 47, opening the electric telescopic rod 33 positioned on the rear side, enabling the electric telescopic rod 33 positioned on the rear side to drive the pushing block 34 to move, and enabling the pushing block 34 to drive the extrusion spring, so that the stirring barrel 15 is pushed to reciprocate through the intermittent motion of the two electric telescopic rods 33;
s4, starting the conveying assembly: turning on a third driving motor 27, driving the third driving motor 27 to drive a driving shaft 28 to rotate, driving the driving shaft 28 to drive a second bevel gear 26 to rotate, driving the first bevel gear 25 to rotate by the second bevel gear 26, driving the rotating shaft 24 to rotate by the first bevel gear 25, and driving the spiral conveying page 23 to rotate by the rotating shaft 24;
s5, starting the reciprocating motion assembly: firstly, a first driving motor 14 is started, the first driving motor 14 drives a driving rod 42 to rotate, the driving rod 42 drives a driving wheel 43 to rotate, the driving wheel 43 drives a driving tooth 44 to rotate, the driving tooth 44 drives a rack 41 to move, the reciprocating movement of a moving frame 22 is realized through the intermittent movement of the driving tooth 44 and an upper rack 41 and a lower rack 41, meanwhile, the moving frame 22 drives a conveying cylinder 40 to reciprocate, and the conveying cylinder 40 drives a conveying pipe 21 to reciprocate;
s6, uniform spraying: firstly, rotating the winding roller 10 to enable the winding roller 10 to wind the sheepskin, then opening the conveying valve 55 to enable the coating to move along the spiral conveying page 23, realizing the dispersed arrangement of the coating in the conveying barrel 13, and further uniformly spraying the coating on the sheepskin through the conveying pipe 21;
s7, pressing and leveling the coating: firstly, the distance between two compression rollers 54 is adjusted according to the thickness of the coating and the sheepskin, the bidirectional screw 53 drives two transverse shafts 51 to move oppositely by rotating the bidirectional screw 53, the transverse shafts 51 drive the compression rollers 54 to move, and the coating and the sheepskin are moved between the two compression rollers 54, so that the coating is uniformly coated on the sheepskin;
s8, drying the paint: opening the drying device 18, and drying the sheepskin coated with the coating, so as to form a breathable layer 2 on one side of the sheepskin;
s9, spraying again: detaching the sheepskin passing the step S8 from the winding roller 10, turning the sheepskin to the unwinding roller 11, repeating the steps to spray the paint on the other surface of the sheepskin, and finally coating the breathable layers 2 on the two surfaces of the sheepskin;
s10, setting an insulating layer 3: firstly, a plush fabric layer 4 is bonded on the breathable layer 2, and then a linen textile fabric layer 5 is bonded on the plush fabric layer 4, so that a heat-insulating layer 3 is formed;
s11, providing buffer layer 6: a layer of elastic rubber layer 8 is bonded on the heat preservation layer 3, then a plurality of elastic cylinders 7 are bonded on the elastic rubber layer 8, and then a layer of elastic rubber layer 8 is bonded on the elastic cylinders 7.
