Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of metallurgy and fire fighting, and particularly relates to a molten iron tank iron leakage rapid cooling and leakage stopping device arranged on a transport vehicle.
Background
Molten iron required for steel-making production needs to be transported from an iron-making blast furnace to a steel-making blast furnace by using a molten iron tank. The temperature of the molten iron after being discharged from the furnace is about 1500 ℃, the quality of a working layer is unstable due to the limitation of the building of the molten iron tank by materials, processes and other conditions, the quality of the knotting process of a permanent layer is difficult to control, and when a gap occurs between the working layer and the permanent layer, the accidents of iron seepage and iron leakage of the molten iron tank are easily caused.
In the prior art, the depth of molten iron in a tank is more than 3000mm, and because of factors such as internal pressure intensity and gravity of the molten iron, the iron infiltration and iron leakage of a molten iron tank generally occur at the lower half part of the tank body; the molten iron can burn through the girder, the guard plate, the hydraulic pressure and other vehicle body equipment of the transport vehicle after leakage, the distance of a molten iron transport line is far while the vehicle is paralyzed, no metallurgical hoisting equipment is arranged on the transport line, and timely ladle-down can not be realized. At present, when a vehicle-mounted hot metal ladle seeps iron and leaks iron, a fire-fighting lance is mainly used for spraying water for a long distance to cool. The main disadvantages are that: firstly, the direct current water cannot effectively contact the lower part of the tank body, and is limited by the structural characteristics of the hot metal ladle and the transport vehicle, the part below the lower waist hoop of the hot metal ladle is completely surrounded by the vehicle body, and the water sprayed in the horizontal direction cannot contact the lower part of the tank body; the lower waist hoop is provided with a conical guard plate, the diameter of the lower waist hoop is 476mm larger than that of the tank body, and a skirt-shaped structure formed by the lower waist hoop prevents straight-flow water from contacting the tank body from the oblique upper part; and secondly, the hot metal ladle body is not provided with an upper cover, the pressure of the fire-fighting lance is high, the water column is difficult to control when the fire-fighting lance is sprayed in a long distance, and the water column can explode when being sprayed into the hot metal ladle body.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a molten iron tank iron leakage rapid cooling and leakage stopping device arranged on a transport vehicle, which solves the problem that the molten iron tank body, the transport vehicle body and other structural factors cannot be cooled and leakage stopped when a vehicle is used in the metallurgical industry to transport molten iron and cause iron leakage.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

The invention is further improved in that the water spray nozzle is connected with a water supply pipe; the water supply pipe is fixed on the inner guard plate of the hot metal ladle transport vehicle through a connecting piece.
In a further improvement of the invention, the water supply pipe is connected with a water supply system through an elbow.
The invention is further improved in that the water supply system comprises a fire-fighting quick joint, a water supply main pipe and a reducing joint; the fire-fighting quick connector is connected with an external fire truck; one side of the main water supply pipe is connected with the fire-fighting quick connector; the other side of the water supply main pipe is connected with the elbow through a reducing joint.
In a further development of the invention, the water spray head, the water supply pipe and the connecting piece form a water spray device; the water spraying device is arranged on an inner guard plate of the hot metal ladle transport vehicle and is positioned on a lower waist hoop of the hot metal ladle body.
The invention is further improved in that the water mist nozzle is a ZSTTC impact type medium-speed water mist nozzle, the rated working pressure is 0.35MPaMPa, and the flow coefficient is 115-200-; the water supply pressure is less than or equal to 1.2 MPa.
The invention is further improved in that the water supply pipe is made of a galvanized seamless steel pipe or a titanium pipe; the main water supply pipe is a seamless steel pipe.
According to the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the device structure is used for solving the problems that the water can not be sprayed to cool and stop leakage when the molten iron tank is infiltrated and leaked through the water mist spray head; the full coverage of spraying water mist around the hot-metal ladle body is realized, and meanwhile, a large amount of heat energy can be absorbed due to the large heat exchange area to rapidly vaporize, so that the hot-metal ladle body and the molten iron can be rapidly cooled. The faster the molten iron cooling speed, the faster the crystallization speed, and the worse the fluidity of the molten iron, thereby realizing self leakage prevention.
The invention has simple design structure, convenient installation and disassembly, does not need to be filled with water in a quasi-working state, can be connected with a fire fighting truck through a fire fighting quick connector in a working state, has no risk of spraying water into a molten iron tank, protects the personal safety of firemen, and has convenient operation, high working efficiency and safe and reliable use.

Referring to fig. 1-2, the invention discloses a molten iron leakage rapid cooling and stopping device for a molten iron tank mounted on a transport vehicle, which comprises a cylindrical molten iron tank body 100, wherein the molten iron tank body 100 is arranged on a molten iron tank transport vehicle 200, and each 1/4 molten iron tank body is provided with a water spray nozzle 1 at the circumference; the horizontal included angle between the water mist spray head 1 and the hot metal ladle body is 5-15 degrees, and the spray angle is 90-120 degrees. In this embodiment, there are three water mist nozzles 1 in the circumferential range of each 1/4 hot-metal ladle body 100, and twelve water mist nozzles 1 in total, so as to realize full coverage of water mist spraying around the hot-metal ladle body 100.
The water spray nozzle 1 is connected with a water supply pipe 2; the water supply pipe 2 is connected with a water supply system through an elbow 4; the water supply system comprises a fire-fighting quick joint 5, a water supply main pipe 6 and a reducing joint 7; the fire-fighting quick connector 5 is connected with an external water supply unit, and the water supply unit adopts a fire truck to supply water in the embodiment; one side of the main water supply pipe 6 is connected with the fire-fighting quick joint 5; the other side of the main water supply pipe 6 is connected with the elbow 4 through a reducing joint 7; the fire engine is used for supplying water to the water spray device, and then working pressure can be provided for the water spray nozzle 1.
In the above embodiment, in particular, the water mist head 1, the water supply pipe 2 and the connection member 3 form a water spraying device; the connecting member 3 may be a clamp, and obviously, in order to implement the installation and fixation of the water supply pipe 2, the connecting member 3 may also be in other forms for solving the installation problem of the water supply pipe 2; the water spraying device is arranged on an inner guard plate of the hot metal ladle transport vehicle and is positioned below the lower waist hoop of the ladle body of the hot metal ladle in an inclined manner; the water spraying device fixed on the inner guard plate 300 can solve the problem that the interior of the hot metal ladle body 100 can not spray water; meanwhile, the horizontal included angle and the injection angle between the water spray nozzle 1 and the hot-metal ladle body 100 can enable the injection range to be below the lower waist hoop of the hot-metal ladle body, and the water spray can be rapidly vaporized when being burnt by the hot ladle body, so that the molten iron in the hot-metal ladle body 100 cannot be damaged.
Wherein the water mist nozzle 1 is a ZSTTC impact type medium-speed water mist nozzle, the rated working pressure is 0.35MPa, and the flow coefficient is 115-200; the water supply pressure of the fire engine is less than or equal to 1.2MPa, thus being capable of completely meeting the pressure requirement of the water spray nozzle 1.
In the above, the water supply pipe 2 is made of a galvanized seamless steel pipe or a titanium pipe; the melting point of titanium is 1668 ℃ and higher than that of iron 1538 ℃, so that the titanium can be prevented from being melted by leaked iron, and the reliability of the device can be improved by adopting a titanium tube; when the water supply pipe 2 adopts a titanium pipe, 2 sections of the water supply pipe 2 on one side can be combined, so that the installation is convenient.
The connector 3 can effectively fix the water supply pipe 2 on the inner guard plate 300 of the hot metal ladle transport vehicle 200; the elbow 4 and the reducer union 7 realize the connection between the water supply pipe 2 and the water supply main pipe 6; the main water supply pipe 6 is a seamless steel pipe, so that the total flow requirement of two water supply pipes can be ensured; the fire-fighting quick connector 5 is positioned in the cab, so that the fire hose can be conveniently and quickly connected, and the personal safety of firemen is guaranteed.
The working principle of the molten iron leakage rapid cooling and stopping device for the molten iron tank is as follows: when the molten iron tank has steel seepage and steel leakage, a fireman lays a fire hose to a cab to be connected with a fixed fire-fighting quick coupling 5, a fire engine supplies water under pressure, the water mist spray head 1 obtains good water distribution and atomization requirements when the pressure reaches 0.20MPa, and when water mist drops are sprayed to the surface of a roasted hot tank body, a large amount of heat energy can be absorbed due to large heat exchange area to vaporize rapidly, so that the molten iron tank body 100 and molten iron can be enabled to be cooled rapidly. The faster the molten iron cooling rate, the faster the crystallization rate, and the poorer the fluidity, thereby achieving the self-leak-stopping purpose of the rapid molten iron tank body 100.
In the above, the pipe diameters of the water supply pipe and the water supply main pipe are calculated.
The pipe diameter of the water supply pipe 2 is calculated. According to the test result, the flow coefficient K is 115 medium-speed water mist spray head, and the rated working pressure is 0.35 MPa.
The design flow rate Qs of the system is kQj-1.05 × 10.755-11.29L/s.
Referring to an automatic water spraying fire extinguishing system, the flow velocity V of a pipeline is 5 m/s;
according to Q ═ AV, we get Π r2V ═ 11.29, and r ═ 0.027m ═ 27 mm.
Therefore, the pipe diameter of the water supply pipe 2 is DN65, and obviously, in order to achieve the function and effect thereof, the pipe diameter of the water supply pipe 2 may also adopt other specifications, and in the embodiment, DN65 is preferably selected.
And secondly, calculating the pipe diameter of the water supply main pipe 6.
The design flow rate Qs of the system is kQj-1.05 x 28.05-22.59L/s
For the same reason, r is 38 mm.
Therefore, the pipe diameter of the water supply main pipe 6 is DN 80; obviously, in order to achieve the function and effect, the pipe diameter of the main water supply pipe 6 may also adopt other specifications, and DN80 is preferably selected in the embodiment.
