The specific use method comprises the following steps:
1. as shown in fig. 2, in the initial state: rotating the adjusting connecting seat 128 to position the material inlet 1211 and the material outlet 1211 at the right upper position, wherein the arc iron plate 125 contacts and attracts the upper arc magnet 1271; the adjusting positioning bolt 28 is connected with the first adjusting screw hole 214, and the adjusting sealing plate 26 is connected with the bottom end of the outlet housing 22 in a sealing contact manner; controlling the driving motor 45 to enable the positioning transverse plate 445 to be in contact alignment with the bottom end of the recovery groove 311, so that the materials can smoothly enter the recovery material shell 44 after the sealing flashboard 33 is pulled out; the soaking box body 31 is filled with disinfectant;
2. pulling out the upper pulling and inserting block 127 to bring out the arc-shaped iron plate 125, adding the material to be processed into the guide shell 13, dropping the material into the rotary drum 121 through the material inlet/outlet 1211, continuously rotating the rotary connecting seat 126 in the adding process so as to be uniformly distributed among the rotary partition plates 1241, and inserting the material back into the arc-shaped iron plate 125 after the adding is finished;
3. the spraying mechanism 14 is started to spray, and the rotary connecting seat 126 is continuously rotated, so that all positions of all the equipment can be fully sprayed, and the sewage formed by spraying is discharged through a discharge pipeline between the outer discharge hole 217 and the inner discharge hole 221;
4. after spraying is finished, the adjusting block 27 is rotated, the adjusting positioning bolt 28 is connected with the third adjusting screw hole 216, and the adjusting sealing plate 26 is in a vertical state; rotating the adjusting connecting seat 128 to make the material inlet 1211 and the material outlet 1211 located right below, wherein the arc iron plate 125 contacts and attracts the lower arc magnet 1271, and the lower pulling block 127 is pulled out, so as to bring the arc iron plate 125 out, and the equipment freely falls into the soaking box 31 for disinfection and soaking;
5. after the disinfection and immersion is finished, the sealing plug 34 is opened to discharge the disinfection solution, then the sealing plug plate 33 is pulled out to enable the equipment to enter the recovered material shell 44, the adjusting connecting seat 128 is rotated again at the moment to enable the feed and discharge port 1211 to be located at the right upper position, and the arc iron plate 125 is pulled out again;
6. controlling the driving motor 45 to make the reclaimed material shell 44 rise continuously until the pressing ejector rod 411 passes through the second limit insertion hole 4421 and the first limit insertion hole 4451 to extrude the elastic projection 462, so that the elastic projection 462 is separated from the first limit insertion hole 4451, and under the thrust action of the equipment, the sealing baffle 46 is opened and lapped on the inclined guide plate 133, at the moment, the disinfected equipment falls into the rotary drum 121 again under the action of gravity, so that the second round of spray cleaning is started;
7. after spraying is finished, the adjusting block 27 is rotated, the adjusting and positioning bolt 28 is connected with the second adjusting screw hole 215, and the adjusting sealing plate 26 is in an inclined state and is in the same plane with the material guide plate 23; the adjusting connecting seat 128 is rotated to position the material inlet/outlet 1211 at a right lower position, and at this time, the arc iron plate 125 is contacted and attracted with the lower arc magnet 1271, and the lower pulling and inserting block 127 is pulled out, so that the arc iron plate 125 is taken out, and at this time, the equipment freely falls into the material receiving net basket 25 for draining and air drying.
