Description

Cleaning agent and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of water treatment, and relates to a preparation method of a cleaning agent and the cleaning agent prepared by the preparation method, in particular to a cleaning agent for reverse osmosis, nano-filtration membrane calcium silicate and composite scale thereof.
Background
The reverse osmosis technology is a technology which uses pressure as driving force and realizes substance separation by utilizing the selective permeability of a membrane. In the water treatment of a thermal power plant, reverse osmosis is commonly used for pre-desalting of ion exchange so as to reduce the salt content of inlet water of ion exchange equipment, prolong the operation period and reduce the discharge of waste acid and waste alkali. In the operation process of the reverse osmosis system, as the water is continuously concentrated, the concentration of scale and salt in the water exceeds the saturation degree of the scale and salt, calcium silicate and composite scale are generated in the membrane, the water yield of the membrane system can be reduced, the pressure difference of the system is increased, and the water quality of the produced water is deteriorated. Calcium silicate and its composite scale are difficult to clean, insoluble in acid and alkali solution with conventional concentration, and can cause direct scrapping of the film in severe cases.
In systems with poor pretreatment, reverse osmosis membranes are gradually contaminated with inorganic substances, microorganisms, metal oxides, colloids and insoluble organic substances in the concentrate. After pollutants in water are deposited in a water flow channel of the membrane component, the water flow resistance is increased, the water yield is reduced, and the pressure drop is increased. The contaminants also plug the membrane pores and permeate the membrane under pressure into the fresh water, causing the quality of the fresh water to degrade. The reverse osmosis membrane scale is mainly carbonate scale, sulfate scale and silicate scale, and a small amount of iron-aluminum-silicon compounds exist, wherein the sulfate scale and the silicate scale are the most difficult to remove. The choice of reverse osmosis cleaning agent and cleaning method has important influence on the performance recovery and the expected life of the reverse osmosis membrane after pollution, so as to avoid long-term irreversible damage.
The existing treatment method is to wash calcium silicate and composite scale thereof by using high-concentration strong acid, but the high concentration of the acid can cause great secondary damage to a reverse osmosis membrane and metal equipment, and the membrane can be directly scrapped seriously; and the acid reacts with calcium silicate to generate colloidal silica, the property of the colloidal silica is closer to solid, the colloidal silica can be attached to the membrane surface to cause secondary pollution, new pollutants are formed and are difficult to clean, and the removal of calcium silicate scale is greatly influenced.
Based on the analysis, a cleaning agent which can remove calcium silicate and composite scale thereof through reaction, simultaneously prevent silicon cleaned from being deposited on a membrane surface for the second time and has no damage to a reverse osmosis membrane, a nanofiltration membrane and stainless steel equipment is urgently needed in the industry at present.

Application examples
In a cleaning water tank of reverse osmosis or nanofiltration membrane equipment, the cleaning solution is prepared by the medicament according to the mass concentration of 13-40%, the cleaning solution is cleaned at normal temperature without heating, and the water for preparing the cleaning solution is reverse osmosis produced water or desalted water. Adjusting the valve of the device to an online cleaning state, starting a cleaning pump to operate for 10-20min, detecting the pH value of the cleaning liquid after the cleaning liquid circulates uniformly in the system, and normally cleaning if the pH value is between 2-2.5; detecting the pH value and the silicon concentration of the cleaning solution every hour, and if the pH value is increased to be more than 2.5, supplementing the cleaning agent into the cleaning water tank until the pH value is between 2 and 2.5; if the pH value is stable and does not rise any more, and the silicon concentration is still rising, continuing to clean; and finishing the cleaning until the pH value of the cleaning solution is stabilized between 2 and 2.5 and the silicon concentration is not increased any more. The washing time is generally 2 to 16 hours.
Test example 1
The cleaning agents obtained in examples 1 to 11 were prepared into 100g of cleaning solution with demineralized water at 13% by mass, 27% by mass and 40% by mass, and 0.5g of calcium silicate was dissolved by stirring at 10 ℃ and 35 ℃ respectively. The complete dissolution time of the calcium silicate was observed and the test results are shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1 comparison of the dissolution times (unit: h) of the calcium silicate scales at different concentrations of the agent and temperatures for the respective groups of examples
Figure BDA0003380004560000081
As is clear from the results in Table 1, the time required for complete dissolution of calcium silicate was the fastest in examples 11, which were the detergents prepared in examples 1 to 11, at a temperature of 10 ℃ and 35 ℃ and at a detergent concentration of 40%. The scale remover accounts for a large amount of the cleaning agent, and the dissolving speed of the calcium silicate scale is higher when the scale remover accounts for a larger amount of the cleaning agent. The temperature has little influence on the dissolution rate of the calcium silicate.
Test examples

TABLE 4
Figure BDA0003380004560000093
Figure BDA0003380004560000101
As can be seen from the data in tables 2 to 4, after the calcium silicate scaling reverse osmosis membrane is cleaned by using the cleaning agent prepared in example 9, the weight of the membrane element is basically recovered to the state of a new membrane (13 to 13.5 kilograms of the new membrane), the water yield of the membrane system is improved by 36.2 percent compared with that before cleaning, the differential pressure is reduced by 69.2 percent, the desalination rate of the system is improved by 0.53 percent, and the normal use is recovered.
