In the present embodiment, the absorbent layer 12 includes two toilet paper layers 2 and a mixed layer 3 provided between the two toilet paper layers 2, wherein the mixed layer 3 is made by mixing wood pulp and a water-absorbent resin.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 2, the embodiment discloses a natural antibacterial, skin-caring and odor-removing sanitary napkin, which comprises a sanitary napkin body 1, wherein the sanitary napkin body 1 comprises a breathable bottom film 11, an absorption layer 12, a convex layer 13, a flow guiding layer 14, a surface layer 15 and water repellent layers 16 positioned at two sides, which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, the absorption layer 12 comprises two sanitary paper layers 2 and a mixed layer 3 arranged between the two sanitary paper layers 2, wherein the mixed layer 3 is prepared by mixing wood pulp and water-absorbent resin, the water absorption of the absorption layer 12 is effectively improved by the wood pulp and the water-absorbent resin, the convex layer 13, the flow guiding layer 14, the surface layer 15 and the water repellent layers 16 are all made of non-woven fabrics, the middle part of the convex layer 13 is of a convex structure and mainly plays a role in diffusing menstrual blood in time, the flow guiding layer 14 can rapidly diffuse the menstrual blood of the surface layer 15 to the absorption layer 12, referring to fig. 1, on the surface layer 15, the plurality of curve-shaped and circular guide grooves 6 are symmetrically distributed, menstrual blood is effectively and quickly guided and diffused downwards through the guide grooves 6, the menstrual blood is prevented from overflowing from the side edge and being diffused outwards, and the plurality of guide grooves 6 are in a rattan shape, so that the novel blood guiding and diffusing device is practical and attractive; the water repellent layer 16 is a leakage-proof edge, is arranged on two sides, and mainly prevents menstrual blood from diffusing to two sides to keep comfort, wherein the convex layer 13, the flow guide layer 14, the surface layer 15 and the water repellent layer 16 all contain olive leaf extract and chitin, the olive leaf extract and the chitin can be coated on required non-woven fabrics in a coating mode or mixed with spinning raw materials in a fiber spinning process and then subjected to melt spinning, wet spinning or electrostatic spinning together, and finally the convex layer 13, the flow guide layer 14, the surface layer 15 and the water repellent layer 16 with the olive leaf extract and the chitin are formed, the main components of the olive leaf extract are iridoid bitter substances, and the olive leaf extract has the highest activity of oleuropein and hydroxytyrosol; the efficacy and the effect are as follows:
it has a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, has a sufficient effect on infectious and malignant microorganisms, and the extract attacks only pathogens without harming symbiotic intestinal bacteria of human body, which is another advantage over artificial antibiotics. Oleuropein can promote the fibroblast to generate collagen, reduce the secretion of fibroblast collagenase, and prevent the glycan reaction of cell membrane, thereby protecting the fibroblast to a high degree, naturally resisting the damage of skin caused by oxidation, effectively maintaining the skin tender and elasticity, and achieving the effects of skin care and skin tenderness. Repairing, promoting the metabolism of the collagen, promoting the synthesis of the collagen, and gradually reducing the synthesis capacity of the collagen in the process of skin aging, so that the fiber cells can only generate a small amount of the collagen. The olive leaf extract can obviously promote the fibroblast to generate the collagen. Against the glycan reaction, the glycan reaction is a reaction that occurs in the cell membrane and causes the collagen to become network-bound, thereby losing its original elasticity.
Chitin is called as five major elements of the human body, including protein, sugar, fat, vitamins and minerals, and is the sixth vital element indispensable to the human body. Is a cationic animal cellulose with positive charges; the efficacy and the effect are as follows: chitin can shift body fluid pH to alkalinity, and medical science proves that human body is in an internal alkaline and external acid state, and the pH value of leucorrhea is normally within 3.8-4.4, namely less than or equal to 4.5; the term "blood stasis" in TCM means a condition of qi, blood and water not flowing smoothly. In case of blood stasis, peripheral circulation is poor, the body surface temperature is reduced, and the cold intolerance is formed, and chitin can stimulate vagus nerves and parasympathetic nerves to excite and dilate blood vessels; has strong antibacterial power, and can promote granulation growth and skin regeneration, and can not generate a series of problems caused by human rejection reaction to promote cell activation, and can produce a large amount of collagen fibers. The chitin can adsorb iron ions in blood, the main source of peculiar smell in the blood is the iron ions, and the main source of menstrual blood peculiar smell is the iron ions, so that the blood fishy smell of the menstrual blood is removed. (ii) a Chitin can moisturize skin; chitin is very well tolerated and can be used by people even with sensitive skin; chitin is an organic compound with the content second to that of cellulose, and has excellent biocompatibility, activity and good biodegradability, so that abnormal immunity, rejection and anaphylactic reaction can not be caused to a human body.
The olive leaf extract only has an antibacterial effect, so that only bacterial breeding can be inhibited, accelerated decay odor of menstrual blood can be prevented, odor caused by a large amount of ammonia root (NH4+) ions generated by bacteria in life activities can be reduced, but the blood fishy smell of the menstrual blood cannot be removed, the antibacterial ability of the chitin is not strong as that of the olive leaf extract, so that the bacterial inhibiting ability is not strong as that of the olive leaf extract, the removing ability of the bacteria for generating a large amount of ammonia root (NH4+) ions in life activities is not strong, but the chitin can adsorb and excrete heavy metals, so that the iron ions in the menstrual blood (the main source of the odor of the menstrual blood is the iron ions) can be adsorbed, and the blood fishy smell of the menstrual blood can be removed.
The olive leaf extract and the olive leaf extract are combined and matched for use, and the content ratio is that the olive leaf extract: the chitin extract (0.8-1: 1) has a remarkable improvement effect on the bacteriostatic effect of escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans (chitin per se has no inhibition effect on the candida albicans basically, but can be added into the olive leaf extract to remarkably improve the inhibition effect on the candida albicans), so that the peculiar smell caused by accelerated menstrual blood decay due to bacterial breeding can be effectively removed, the bacteriostatic effect can be improved, the peculiar smell caused by accelerated menstrual blood decay due to bacterial breeding can be more effectively and rapidly inhibited, the peculiar smell caused by a large amount of ammonia ions (NH4+) generated by bacteria in life activity can be reduced, and the deodorizing effect can be achieved in a comprehensive manner.
The menstrual blood is mainly stored in the absorption layer 12 after being absorbed by the sanitary towel, and bacteria are easy to breed due to the addition of body temperature, so that the bacteriostatic effect is achieved by using the broad-spectrum antibacterial effect after the non-woven fabric of the flow guide layer 14 is replaced by the non-woven fabric of the flow guide layer 14 containing the olive leaf extract and the chitin, the main source of the peculiar smell of the menstrual blood is caused by Fe ions in the blood and wastes generated by breeding of bacteria and fungi, and the peculiar smell can be greatly dispelled through the bacteriostatic effect of the chitin on resisting bacteria, adsorbing and excreting heavy metal and the olive leaf extract. And reduce the occurrence of allergic phenomena.
In conclusion, the surface layer 15, the flow guide layer 14, the convex layer 13 and the water repellent layer 16 of the sanitary napkin body 1 are treated by the olive leaf extract and the chitin, the olive leaf extract has an antibacterial effect, and the olive leaf extract can promote the fibroblasts to generate collagen, reduce the secretion of the fibroblast collagen enzyme and prevent the anti-glycan reaction of cell membranes, so that the fibroblasts are highly protected, the damage of the skin caused by oxidation is naturally resisted, the skin is effectively maintained to be tender and elastic, and the effects of skin care and skin tendering are achieved; the chitin also has stronger antibacterial capacity, has the effects of moisturizing skin and good tolerance, has excellent biocompatibility, activity and good biodegradability, does not cause abnormal immunity, rejection and anaphylactic reaction to human bodies under the condition of ensuring that the whole sanitary towel has multiple effects of antibiosis, skin care, odor removal and the like, and meets the requirements of the existing market.
