A health-preserving paper diaper with high antibacterial property adopts bamboo pulp fiber, and comprises at least three layers from inside to outside, a surface layer, an absorber layer and a fabric layer; the surface layer is directly contacted with the skin, receives urine and transmits the urine; the absorber layer adopts bamboo pulp fiber. The surface layer is generally made of cotton (comfortable) and fiber (easy to fuzzing and uncomfortable). The fabric layer is generally made of PE (polyethylene) film or PE film plus non-woven fabric (good in air permeability and capable of reducing red buttocks), the function of the fabric layer is leakage prevention, and the composite bottom layer commonly used at present is diaper with more cloth texture and better hand feeling.
Preferably, a flow guiding layer, i.e. a first water-locking layer, is also present between the top layer and the absorbent layer, and a second water-locking layer is also present between the absorbent layer and the face layer.

The bamboo rolling content of the bleached bamboo pulp fiber can kill more than 80% of bacteria on the bamboo pulp fiber product within 24 hours. The bleaching treatment method of the bamboo pulp fiber can refer to the patent application entitled "bleaching method of the bamboo pulp fiber suitable for paper diaper absorber" of the applicant. The method can ensure that the rolling content of the bleached bamboo pulp fiber can kill more than 80 percent of bacteria on the bamboo pulp fiber product within 24 hours, and the bleaching method ensures that the obtained bamboo pulp fiber has good whiteness value and no loss of bamboo. The bleaching treatment of the bamboo pulp fiber comprises bleaching pretreatment, primary bleaching and secondary bleaching.
The bleaching method comprises the following steps: bleaching pretreatment is carried out on the manufactured bamboo pulp fiber, xylanase is selected for enzymolysis treatment, the enzyme dosage of the xylanase is 10U/g, the enzymolysis time is 4 hours, the enzymolysis temperature is 60 ℃, and the pH value is weak alkaline of 8-9; the bleached bamboo pulp fiber is subjected to primary bleaching, wherein the adopted bleaching agent is a mixture of N- (4- (triethylammonium methylene) benzoyl) caprolactam chloride, hydrogen peroxide and sodium citrate, the mass concentration of the N- (4- (triethylammonium methylene) benzoyl) caprolactam chloride is 50g/L, the mass concentration of the hydrogen peroxide is 18g/L, the mass concentration of the sodium citrate is 49.9g/L, and the mass ratio of three substances of the mixture is 1:1.2:1.5; re-bleaching the bamboo pulp fiber after primary bleaching, wherein the adopted bleaching agent is a mixture of peroxyacetic acid, ammonium sulfate and urea, the mass concentration of the peroxyacetic acid is 5g/L, the pH value is 5, the temperature is 65 ℃, the time is 90 minutes, and the bath ratio is 1:20, 1.2g/L of ammonium sulfate and 0.6g/L of urea; washing the bleached fibers with water; and (5) oiling and drying the washed fiber.
The bleached bamboo pulp fiber is modified and then used in paper diapers. Specifically, the fiber is treated by utilizing ultrasonic waves, the fiber structure can be opened by utilizing the ultrasonic waves, the water absorption and swelling of the fiber are promoted, and the softness and the water retention value of the fiber are improved; the cellulose is selected to degrade and modify the bamboo pulp fibers, so that the softness of single fibers and the smooth finishing of the bamboo pulp fibers are improved, and the fabric is smooth, soft and fluffy; and (5) ultraviolet irradiation treatment. The fibers are treated by utilizing ultrasonic waves, the S1 layers of the primary wall and the secondary wall of the fibers can be damaged by the ultrasonic waves, so that the microfibers of the S2 layers are exposed, the fiber structure is opened, the water absorption and swelling of the fibers are promoted, and the softness and the water retention value of the fibers are improved. The cellulose can improve the water absorbability of the bamboo pulp fiber, is clean and tidy, and is easier to use in paper diapers.
The mass ratio of aloe to Mao Ruilv fruit oil to calendula is 1-2:1-2:1-2. Preferably, the mass ratio of aloe to Mao Ruilv fruit oil to calendula is 1:1:1.

4) And (5) ultraviolet irradiation treatment.
