Description

Anterior chamber puncture device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of eye treatment instruments, in particular to an anterior chamber puncture device.
Background
In patients with acute angle glaucoma or neovascular glaucoma, the intraocular pressure is typically greater than 50mmHg, and an anterior chamber puncture is required to drain the aqueous humor and lower the intraocular pressure.
In clinical practice, physicians typically use 1ml syringes for anterior chamber punctures. When the injector is punctured into an eyeball, intraocular pressure drops suddenly, and a series of complications such as hemorrhage, choroid separation and the like are easily caused. Clinically, there is a lack of an anterior chamber puncture device that can achieve a gentle drop in intraocular pressure. Meanwhile, the intraocular pressure cannot be monitored in real time, whether aqueous humor with a proper volume is discharged or not cannot be judged during puncturing, whether the intraocular pressure reaches an ideal level or not is difficult to judge when the needle head is pulled out to finish the operation. Therefore, after the conventional anterior chamber puncture, the intraocular pressure needs to be measured again, and if the intraocular pressure is high, the intraocular pressure needs to be punctured again; if the intraocular pressure is low, some complications may occur.
In addition, since the aqueous humor is colorless and transparent, it is difficult to observe the aqueous humor in the syringe, and it is inconvenient to determine whether there is aqueous humor or whether the aqueous humor is sufficient. If the operator is concerned too much with the aqueous humor in the syringe, it may cause distraction, and the puncture needle may move to damage the intraocular structure.
At present, no effective solution is provided aiming at the problems that the intraocular pressure can not be slowly reduced, the intraocular pressure can not be monitored in real time, the aqueous humor is difficult to observe and the like in the related technology.

Wherein the puncture unit 20 is detachably disposed at a first end of the container unit 10, and communicates with the first end of the container unit 10, for puncturing into an anterior chamber of an eyeball of a patient; the one-way unit 30 is disposed inside the container unit 10 and closes or exposes a first end of the container unit 10; the plugging unit 40 is provided inside the container unit 10; the sealing unit 50 is disposed at the second end of the container unit 10, and is used for sealing the second end of the container unit 10; the pressure control unit 60 is detachably connected with the sealing unit 50, is communicated with the second end of the container unit 10 through the sealing unit 50, is used for providing pressure to the container unit 10 and displaying the pressure, and is used for controlling the plugging unit 40 to reciprocate between the first end of the container unit 10 and the second end of the container unit 10, so that the pressure between the first end of the container unit 10 and the plugging unit 40 is basically the same as the pressure between the second end of the container unit 10 and the plugging unit 40, namely, the pressure balance is maintained; the indicating unit 70 is provided inside the container unit 10 between the unidirectional unit 30 and the blocking unit 40, and is used to contact and mix with the anterior chamber water to change the color of the anterior chamber water in the case where the anterior chamber water enters the container unit 10.
The working principle is as follows:
in the case where the puncture unit 20 is punctured into the anterior chamber of the eyeball of the patient, if the pressure of the container unit 10 between the one-way unit 30 and the blocking unit 40 is equal to or greater than the pressure of the anterior chamber under the action of the pressure control unit 60, the one-way unit 30 closes the first end of the container unit 10 so that anterior chamber water cannot enter the interior of the container unit 10 through the puncture unit 20;
under the effect of the pressure control unit 60 gradually reducing the pressure supplied to the container unit 10, if the pressure of the container unit 10 between the unidirectional unit 30 and the blocking unit 40 is less than the pressure of the anterior chamber, the unidirectional unit 30 exposes the first end of the container unit 10, so that the aqueous humor enters the interior of the container unit 10 from the puncturing unit 20 and is mixed in contact with the indicating unit 70.
As shown in fig. 3-4, the container unit 10 includes a container member 11, a first chamber member 12, a second chamber member 13, a first interface member 14, and a second interface member 15.
