Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a thrombus removal support assembly for removing thrombus and capturing broken thrombus.
Background
Blood is disordered in the coagulation and anticoagulation balance of a whole body coagulation system or a local coagulation system in vivo under the action of various risk factors, so that arterial thrombus, venous thrombus, atrial thrombus or microvascular thrombus is formed, and once the blood vessel is blocked to form thrombus, if the treatment is not timely, the blood is slightly disabled and is killed. The prevention and treatment of thrombotic diseases aims at improving hypercoagulable state, recanalizing or reconstructing blood flow path, and preventing and treating tissue ischemia and necrosis.
For patients with thrombus, how to rapidly remove thrombus is the first thing. The nerve intervention medical treatment is a good choice, and the nerve intervention treatment mode is a stent thrombus removal mode, but the thrombus removal mode has certain defects: firstly, the stent must pass through the thrombus, potentially breaking the thrombus; but rather by dragging the thrombus, potentially fragmenting it; thirdly, 1 to 6 times is generally needed to take out the thrombus, which is easy to damage the blood vessel and cause pain; fourthly, the FPE is lower than 30 percent; fifthly, a considerable part of embolectomy needs other instruments for auxiliary rescue. The existing nerve intervention thrombus extraction technology has a plurality of spaces for improvement and optimization
Therefore, those skilled in the art have endeavored to provide an embolectomy stent assembly that can solve the distal vascular embolization complications of the existing neuroinvasive embolectomy techniques and achieve maximal embolectomy.

Further, the stent comprises a delivery pipe joint, wherein the delivery pipe joint is connected with the proximal end of the delivery pipe, and the stent connecting pipe penetrates through the delivery pipe joint.
Preferably, the distal end of the delivery tube adaptor is of helical configuration.
Furthermore, the side surface of the conveying pipe joint is connected with a side branch pipe, and one end of the side branch pipe is connected with a two-way valve.
Further, the bracket connecting pipe joint is connected with the near end of the bracket connecting pipe.
Preferably, the distal end of the stent connecting tube has a tapered structure.
Furthermore, the bracket connecting pipe is provided with a developing ring at two sides of the embolectomy bracket respectively.
Preferably, the developing ring is made of platinum-iridium alloy.
Further, the first support comprises two net structures, and the first support is made of nickel titanium wires.
Furthermore, the second support comprises a net structure, and the second support is made of polymer fibers.
The invention has at least the following beneficial technical effects:
1. the thrombus taking bracket component for removing and capturing the broken thrombus provided by the invention grabs the thrombus through the nickel-titanium wire mesh structure, filters and captures broken thrombus fragments through the polymer fiber mesh structure, can remove the thrombus to the maximum extent, ensures that the thrombus is removed completely, and does not leave residues.

The size and thickness of each component shown in the drawings are arbitrarily illustrated, and the present invention is not limited to the size and thickness of each component. The thickness of the components may be exaggerated where appropriate in the figures to improve clarity.
As shown in fig. 1, the stent assembly for removing thrombus and capturing ruptured thrombus provided by the preferred embodiment of the invention comprises a delivery pipe 1, a delivery pipe joint 2, a stent connecting pipe 5, a stent connecting pipe joint 6 and a thrombus removal stent 7. The conveying pipe 1 is of a tubular structure, and the support connecting pipe 5 is nested in a through hole of the conveying pipe 1. The thrombus removal support 7 is positioned at the far end of the support connecting pipe 5, and the thrombus removal support 7 is sleeved on the support connecting pipe 5 and is connected with the support connecting pipe 5. Delivery tube connector 2 is connected to the proximal end of delivery tube 1, and stent connector 5 is inserted through delivery tube connector 2, and stent connector 5 is pre-installed on delivery tube 1 through delivery tube connector 2. The stent connecting tube joint 6 is connected to the proximal end of the stent connecting tube 5.
In the invention, one end of the embolectomy support assembly, which is close to an operator, is taken as a proximal end, and the other end of the embolectomy support assembly, which is opposite to the operator, is taken as a distal end. That is, the end of the stent connecting adapter 6 is located at the proximal end, and the end of the thrombectomy stent 7 is located at the distal end.
The thrombus taking support 7 can be contracted in the delivery pipe 1, and when the delivery pipe 1 does not reach the thrombus position, the thrombus taking support 7 is contracted in the delivery pipe 1; when the thrombus taking position is reached, the conveying pipe 1 penetrates through the thrombus, the thrombus taking support 7 is pushed out of the conveying pipe 1 through the support connecting pipe 5 to take out the thrombus, then the thrombus taking support 7 is pulled back to the conveying pipe 1 together with the thrombus, and then the whole thrombus taking support assembly is pulled out of the human body to finish the thrombus taking operation.
As shown in fig. 2, the distal end of the delivery pipe joint 2 is of a spiral structure, which can effectively reduce the stress strain of the delivery pipe 1. One section of the lateral branch pipe 3 is connected with the side surface of the conveying pipe joint 2, the other end of the lateral branch pipe 3 is connected with the two-way valve 4, the exhaust effect can be achieved in the process that the conveying pipe 1 penetrates through the blood vessel, and the resistance of the conveying pipe 1 when the conveying pipe passes through the blood vessel is reduced.
As shown in fig. 3, the stent connecting tube 5 is provided with developing rings 51 on both sides of the thrombectomy stent 7, and the developing rings 51 are accurately positioned during the operation.
In this embodiment, the developing ring 51 may be made of platinum-iridium alloy.
As shown in fig. 3, the distal end of the stent connecting tube 5 is a conical structure, and the stent connecting tube 5 has a hole with a diameter of about 1mm, which can track 0.038 feet of guide wires and reduce the resistance of the stent connecting tube 5 when pushed in a blood vessel.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the thrombus removal stent 7 comprises a first stent 71 and a second stent 72, wherein the first stent 71 has two net structures, is woven by nickel-titanium wires, and is formed by heat treatment and shaping so as to capture thrombus. The second stent 72 has a mesh structure composed of polymer fibers, and can capture thrombus fragments as small as 20 μm while maintaining blood flow in the blood vessel. In the thrombus taking process, the second stent 72 is tightly attached to the blood vessel wall, so that the blood vessel wall cannot be damaged, and the second stent 72 captures the broken thrombus fragments of the first stent 71 in the thrombus pulling and dragging process, so that the thrombus fragments cannot rush to the deepest part of the blood vessel along with the blood flow. The thrombus removal bracket 7 consisting of the first bracket 71 and the second bracket 72 can remove thrombus in the blood vessel more safely, efficiently and thoroughly.
As shown in fig. 3, the inside of the thrombectomy stent 7 is provided with a catheter 73, which can effectively match the passage of the 0.038-foot guide wire, and prevent the guide wire from passing out of the mesh of the thrombectomy stent 7 during the operation.
