Example 1
The embodiment aims to solve the problem of bacterial growth of the rolling brush assembly in the prior art, so as to provide a sterilizing device capable of effectively sterilizing the rolling brush assembly.
The embodiment provides a sterilizing device, which can be a sterilizing device arranged independently so as to sterilize a rolling brush assembly detached from a cleaning device, and can also be configured in the cleaning device so as to be used for sterilizing the rolling brush assembly of the cleaning device. The cleaning equipment can be a cleaning machine with a rolling brush, a dust collector, a sweeping robot and the like.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an explosion structure of a sterilizing device and a rolling brush assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of a sterilizing device and a rolling brush assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a sterilizing device and a rolling brush assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the sterilization apparatus provided in this embodiment includes a housing 10 and a sterilization assembly 20.
Specifically, the housing 10 encloses a cavity 11 formed for receiving the roller brush assembly 30, and the housing 10 is for detachable connection with the roller brush assembly 30. The housing 10 may be made of plastic or other corrosion resistant material. The housing 10 may have a connection for detachable or movable connection with the roller brush assembly 30, for example, the housing 10 may have a catch (not shown) for connection with the roller brush assembly 30, which catch preferably retains the roller brush assembly 30 in the mounted position, but may have a release position for facilitating detachment of the roller brush assembly 30 from the catch. Alternatively, the housing 10 may have a slot (not shown) therein that matches the cross-sectional shape of the roller brush assembly 30, and the roller brush assembly 30 may be inserted into the slot to maintain the roller brush assembly 30 in the installed position, and may be directly removed from the slot after the roller brush assembly 30 has been sterilized. Of course, there are many ways to connect the rolling brush assembly 30 with the housing 10, and the present embodiment is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, the sterilizing device is part of the cleaning apparatus and is disposed separately from the floor brush of the cleaning apparatus. The rolling brush assembly 30 is arranged in the floor brush during normal use of the cleaning device, and the rolling brush assembly 30 can be taken out of the floor brush and installed in the sterilizing device when the rolling brush assembly 30 needs to be sterilized.
In other embodiments, the sterilizing device may be part of a floor brush on the cleaning apparatus, the housing 10 may be a shell of the floor brush, and the sterilizing assembly 20 may sterilize the roll brush assembly 30 during normal use.
Even, in other embodiments, the sterilizing device is an additional device that has no connection to the cleaning apparatus.
The sterilization assembly 20 may be provided on an inner wall surface of the housing 10, and the sterilization assembly 20 includes at least one ultraviolet light source 21. The sterilization assembly 20 may be adhered to the inner wall surface of the housing 10 by an adhesive or may be fixed to the inner wall surface 12 of the housing 10 by other fixing structures. Preferably, the sterilizing module 20 may extend in the length direction of the inner wall surface 12 of the housing 10 and may extend from one end to the other end of the housing 10 in the length direction so that various positions of the roller brush assembly 30 in the length direction can be acted upon by the sterilizing module 20. In the present embodiment, the ultraviolet light source 21 may be preferably a lamp band constituted by a plurality of ultraviolet LED beads fixed to a flexible substrate so as to be fixed to the inner wall surface of the housing 10. Particularly, when the inner wall surface of the housing 10 is an arc wall, the ultraviolet light source 21 is in the form of a lamp strip, which can reduce the fixing difficulty of the ultraviolet light source 21 and improve the stability after fixing. Of course, the ultraviolet light source 21 may be not limited to the form of a lamp strip, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
The sterilizing device provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a shell, wherein the inner wall surface of the shell is provided with an ultraviolet light source so as to facilitate sterilizing treatment on the rolling brush assembly arranged in the shell, reduce the mildew risk of the rolling brush assembly, prolong the service life of the rolling brush assembly, improve the cleaning and sterilizing effects of the whole cleaning equipment and improve the user experience.
In the present embodiment, further, in a state where the rolling brush assembly 30 is mounted to the housing 10, the rolling brush assembly 30 is located at the center of the cavity 11 surrounded by the housing 10. Further, the housing 10 may have a cylindrical shape, and in a state that the rolling brush assembly 30 is mounted to the housing 10, an axis of the rolling brush assembly 30 coincides with an axis of the housing 10, that is, as shown in fig. 3, a center of a cross section of the rolling brush assembly 30 coincides with a center of a cross section of the cylindrical housing 10, and a member (e.g., a buckle or a clamping groove, etc.) for mounting the rolling brush assembly 30 on the housing 10 may be provided at a middle position of the housing 10, so that the rolling brush assembly 30 can be mounted to the middle position of the housing 10, so that the sterilizing apparatus can uniformly sterilize the rolling brush assembly 30 in all directions when the sterilizing assembly is disposed around the rolling brush assembly 30.
Of course, in other embodiments, the cross-sectional shape of the housing 10 may be any shape, such as square, hexagonal, oval, triangular, etc., and the present invention is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the sterilization assembly 20 may include an ultraviolet light source 21 and a reflection member 22, the ultraviolet light source 21 and the reflection member 22 may be respectively fixed on the inner wall surface 12 of the housing 10, and the light emitted from the ultraviolet light source 21 may be reflected to the outer surface of the rolling brush assembly 30 through the reflection member 22.
Specifically, the reflecting member 22 may include at least one of: mirrors, reflective films, reflective coatings, and the like. As long as the reflecting element can reflect light. The reflecting surface 221 of the reflecting member 22 may be parallel to the inner wall surface 12 of the housing 10. As shown in fig. 3, the housing 10 has a cylindrical shape, the inner wall surface 12 of the housing 10 has an arc surface, and the reflecting surface 221 of the reflecting member 22 has an arc surface having an arc consistent with the arc surface of the inner wall surface 12. Thereby, it is possible to equalize the distances from the reflective surface 221 to the roll brush assembly 30 everywhere, thereby enabling the reflective surface 221 to reflect ultraviolet rays to the roll brush assembly 30 in a predetermined optical path, thereby simplifying the structure to the greatest extent. Further, the reflecting member 22 may be entirely arc-shaped, the surface of the reflecting member 22 facing the inner wall 12 of the housing 10 is attached to the inner wall 12 of the housing 10, and the reflecting member 22 may be adhered to the inner wall 12 of the housing 10, so that the connection is stable and reliable.
As shown in fig. 3, an end reflection surface 222 may be formed on the reflection member 22 near the proximal end surface of the ultraviolet light source 21, and the end reflection surface 222 may be capable of receiving light emitted from the ultraviolet light source 21 and reflecting light emitted from the ultraviolet light source 21 to the roller brush assembly 30. Thus, the light emitted by the ultraviolet light source 21 can be received by the reflecting member 22 and reflected to the rolling brush assembly 30 except for the light directly emitted to the rolling brush assembly 30, so that the light utilization efficiency is maximized.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the number of the ultraviolet light sources 21 is one, the number of the reflecting members 22 is two, and the two reflecting members 22 may be symmetrically disposed at both sides of the ultraviolet light sources 21. The two reflecting pieces 22 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the ultraviolet light source 21, so that the reflecting effects of the two reflecting pieces 22 on the light rays at the left side and the right side of the ultraviolet light source 21 are consistent, and the light rays reflected to the rolling brush assembly 30 are consistent. By providing only one ultraviolet light source 21 and only two reflectors 22, the structure is simple, the use of parts is minimal, the cost is low, and the light utilization rate is highest.
As shown in fig. 3, the thick dotted line is the light emitted from the ultraviolet light source 21, the thin dotted line is the light reflected from the reflecting member 22, the range of the included angle 2α (i.e., the range of the middle part) is the range in which the light emitted from the ultraviolet light source 21 is directly incident on the rolling brush assembly 30, and the light emitted from the two ends to the middle part of the ultraviolet light source 21 is emitted onto the reflecting member 22, and the ultraviolet light is reflected onto the rolling brush assembly 30 under the reflection effect of the reflecting member 22. The reflecting member 22 includes a proximal end close to the ultraviolet light source and a distal end far from the ultraviolet light source, and a portion of the reflecting member 22 from the proximal end close to the ultraviolet light source 21 to the distal end far from the ultraviolet light source 21 reflects light rays, and a portion of the reflecting member from the ultraviolet light source 21 that irradiates the rolling brush assembly 30 together with the light rays spread over the outer side wall of the rolling brush assembly 30.
It should be noted that, in order to make the entire portion of the rolling brush assembly 30 be irradiated to achieve the overall sterilization effect, it is necessary to make the entire portion of the rolling brush assembly 30 in the circumferential direction be irradiated with ultraviolet rays, and in order to achieve this effect, the emission angle and the emission range of the light rays of the ultraviolet light source 21 are related.
More specifically, in a state where the rolling brush assembly 30 is mounted with the housing 10, the middle portion of the ultraviolet light source 21 and the distal ends of the two reflecting members 22 are uniformly distributed around the rolling brush assembly 30. That is, the included angle between the middle of the ultraviolet light source 21 and the distal ends of the two reflecting members 22 is 60 °, that is, the connection line of the three forms an equilateral triangle, and the distance from the reflecting surface 221 of the ultraviolet light source 21 and/or the reflecting member 22 to the axis of the rolling brush assembly 30 is greater than or equal to the diameter of the rolling brush assembly 30. In this way, the line between the middle of the ultraviolet light source 21 and the distal ends of the two reflectors 22 can surround the rolling brush assembly 30, so that the direct or reflected light of the ultraviolet light source 21 can surround the rolling brush assembly 30, and therefore, the outer side surface of the rolling brush assembly 30 can be irradiated by the light directly emitted from the ultraviolet light source 21 or the light reflected from the reflectors 22, and can be uniformly emitted to the outer side surface of the rolling brush assembly 30, so that the sterilizing effect of the rolling brush assembly 30 is substantially uniform.
In addition, the housing 10 of the present embodiment includes a bottom wall 10a, and an upper cover 10b is further disposed on the top of the housing 10, where the upper cover 10b is movably connected or detachably connected with the housing 10. Specifically, the upper cover 10b may be detachably connected to the housing 10 by a snap, or the upper cover 10b may be hinged to the housing 10, as long as the upper cover 10b can be opened from the top of the housing 10 to expose the cavity 11 and the upper cover 10b can be closed to the top of the housing 10, which is not particularly limited.
At least one end of the roller brush assembly 30 is adapted to be connected to the bottom wall 10a or the upper cover 10 b. In order to fix the rolling brush assembly 30 to the case 10, the rolling brush assembly 30 may be connected only to the bottom wall 10a, or the rolling brush assembly 30 may be connected only to the upper cover 10b, or the rolling brush assembly 30 may be connected to both the bottom wall 10a and the upper cover 10 b.
In this embodiment, the bottom wall 10a may be used to detachably connect with one end of the rolling brush assembly 30, and/or the upper cover 10b may be used to detachably connect with the other end of the rolling brush assembly 30 b. That is, both ends of the rolling brush assembly 30 may be connected to the housing 10, or either one of both ends of the rolling brush assembly 30 may be connected to the housing 10, and the other end may be a free end, as long as the rolling brush assembly 30 can be fixed in the housing 10, and the embodiment is not particularly limited.
Furthermore, the bottom wall 10a may be provided with overflow holes, so that water stains on the rolling brush assembly 30b can flow out from the bottom wall 10a, thereby avoiding the sewage from the rolling brush assembly 30b from being contained in the cavity 11 of the housing 10, and ensuring good sanitary conditions in the cavity 11.
Example two
Fig. 4 is an exploded view of a sterilizing device and a rolling brush assembly according to another embodiment of the present invention; fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a sterilizing device and a rolling brush assembly according to another embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the sterilizing device according to the present embodiment is arranged in substantially the same manner as the sterilizing device according to the first embodiment, the manner in which the ultraviolet light source 21 is fixed to the housing 10 is also substantially the same, and only the reflecting member 22 is replaced with the ultraviolet light source 21. Specifically, the sterilization assembly 20 of the present embodiment may include at least three ultraviolet light sources 21, the ultraviolet light sources 21 being fixed to the inner wall surface 12 of the housing 10, and the at least three ultraviolet light sources 21 being uniformly distributed around the rolling brush assembly 30 in a state in which the rolling brush assembly 30 is mounted with the housing 10. Preferably, the three ultraviolet light sources 21 may each extend along the length direction of the inner wall surface 12 of the housing 10 and may extend from one end to the other end of the housing 10 in the length direction, so that each position of the roller brush assembly 30 in the length direction can be irradiated by the ultraviolet light source 21.
When the ultraviolet light sources 21 are three, and the included angle between every two of the three ultraviolet light sources 21 is 60 °, the connection lines of the three ultraviolet light sources 21 form an equilateral triangle, and the equilateral triangle can surround the rolling brush assembly 30, as shown in fig. 5, the thin dotted line is the light emitted from the ultraviolet light sources 21, so that it is known that the three uniformly arranged ultraviolet light sources 21 can irradiate the outer side surface of the rolling brush assembly 30 with the light emitted from the ultraviolet light sources 21, so that the sterilizing effect of the rolling brush assembly 30 is substantially uniform.
Of course, alternatively, the number of the ultraviolet light sources 21 is not limited to three, for example, four, five, six, etc., and the plurality of ultraviolet light sources 21 may be uniformly arranged circumferentially around the rolling brush assembly 30 on the inner wall surface of the housing 10, for example, when the number of the ultraviolet light sources 21 is four, the angle between two of the four ultraviolet light sources 21 is 90 °, and the line connecting the four ultraviolet light sources 21 forms a square, which surrounds the rolling brush assembly 30.
Example III
Fig. 6 is an exploded view of a sterilizing device and a rolling brush assembly according to another embodiment of the present invention; fig. 7 is a longitudinal sectional view of a sterilizing device and a rolling brush assembly according to still another embodiment of the present invention; fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view of a sterilizing device and a roll brush assembly according to still another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the sterilization assembly 20 provided in this embodiment includes an ultraviolet light source 21, the ultraviolet light source 21 is fixed on an inner wall surface of the housing 10, the housing 10 is used for detachably and rotatably connecting the rolling brush assembly 30, and the rolling brush assembly 30 can rotate around an axis of the rolling brush assembly. That is, after the rolling brush assembly 30 is mounted to the housing 10, the rolling brush assembly 30 can be rotated along its own axis with respect to the housing 10, and the rolling brush assembly 30 can be detached from the housing 10 without affecting the normal use of the rolling brush assembly 30 on the cleaning apparatus. In addition, the ultraviolet light source 21 may extend along the length direction of the inner wall surface 12 of the housing 10 and may extend from one end to the other end of the housing 10 in the length direction so that each position of the roller brush assembly 30 in the length direction can be irradiated with the ultraviolet light source 21.
The rolling brush assembly 30 rotates on the housing 10 such that respective positions on the rolling brush assembly 30 in the circumferential direction are sequentially irradiated with the ultraviolet light source 21, thereby enabling the respective positions on the rolling brush assembly 30 to be sterilized, and enabling the rolling brush assembly 30 to be sterilized entirely.
Further, the housing 10 may be provided with a bearing 13, and the housing 10 may be configured to be rotatably connected to the rolling brush assembly 30 through the bearing 13, and by providing the bearing 13, the frictional resistance of the rolling brush assembly 30 when rotating relative to the housing 10 may be effectively reduced. It should be noted that, the outer ring of the bearing 13 may be fixedly connected with the housing 10, for example, an interference fit, and the inner ring of the bearing 13 may be in transition fit with the rolling brush assembly 30, so that the rolling brush assembly 30 can rotate together with the inner ring, and when the rolling brush assembly 30 needs to be detached from the bearing 13, the inner ring of the bearing 13 does not affect the rolling brush assembly 30 to be separated. Alternatively still, the inner ring of the bearing 13 may be in a clearance fit with the roller brush assembly 30, but fixed circumferentially therebetween, such that the roller brush assembly 30 can rotate along with the inner ring of the bearing 13, but the roller brush assembly 30 can be disengaged from the inner ring of the bearing 13.
Further, a rolling brush driving block 31 may be disposed at the bottom of the housing 10, one end of the rolling brush driving block 31 is detachably connected to the rolling brush assembly 30, and the other end of the rolling brush driving block 31 is fixedly connected to the bearing 13; the roller brush driving block 31 may be circumferentially fixed with the roller brush assembly 30 but axially movable, thereby enabling the roller brush driving block 31 to rotate together with the roller brush assembly 30 and also enabling the roller brush assembly 30 to be disengaged from the roller brush driving block 31. The structural shape of the rolling brush driving block 31 can be the same as that of a driving block (used for being connected with a rolling brush motor) corresponding to a ground brush installed when the rolling brush assembly 30 is in a working state, so that the rolling brush assembly 30 and a sterilizing device can be reliably installed without any structural change of the rolling brush assembly 30, and the manufacturing cost is effectively reduced.
The rolling brush driving block 31 is connected with a driving device (not shown in the figure), and the driving device is used for driving the rolling brush driving block 31 to rotate so as to drive the rolling brush assembly 30 to rotate. The drive arrangement of this embodiment can be the motor, and the motor can drive the round brush subassembly 30 rotation, drives the round brush subassembly 30 through drive arrangement and rotates, need not the manual rotation of user, improves user experience.
In this embodiment, the upper cover 10b may be rotatably covered on the top of the housing 10, the bottom wall 10a of the housing 10 may be used to rotatably connect with one end of the rolling brush assembly 30, and the upper cover 10b may be used to detachably and fixedly connect with the other end of the rolling brush assembly 30. Therefore, the user can rotate the upper cover 10b to drive the rolling brush assembly 30 to rotate, so that the circumferential side surfaces of the rolling brush assembly 30 can be irradiated by the ultraviolet light source 21.
In this embodiment, there is no need for a plurality of ultraviolet light sources (only one ultraviolet light source 21 is needed), and there is no need for a reflective element, and uniform sterilization of each part of the roller brush can be achieved by driving the roller brush assembly 30 to rotate through the driving block 31 in the sterilization device to match with the unique ultraviolet light source 21.
