A cooking appliance, a control method of the cooking appliance, a control device of the cooking appliance, and a computer-readable storage medium according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 13.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a cooking appliance 100 including: an air pressure regulating assembly 110, a controller 120 and a cooking appliance body 130. The controller 120 stores control instructions. The cooking appliance body 130 is adapted to receive an edible material 300 and is provided with an interface 138. The controller 120 outputs a control instruction to the air pressure regulating assembly 110, and the air pressure regulating assembly 110 inputs air into the cooking appliance body 130 through the interface 138 according to the control instruction, so as to control the air pressure in the cooking appliance body 130 to change at least once to increase and decrease, so as to precipitate sugar in the food material 300.
The cooking appliance 100 in this embodiment includes any one of an electric cooker, an electric pressure cooker, an electric stewpan, an electric steamer, and an electric frying pan, and heats and cooks the food material 300 to cook the food material 300. The cooking appliance 100 of the present embodiment is an electric cooking appliance 100, which generates heat to heat the food material 300 under the driving of electric power. For example, the cooking appliance 100 of the present embodiment is an electric cooker, which is particularly suitable for cooking cereal food 300.
For the cooking utensil in the related art, a method of cooking first and then steaming is generally adopted, so that the sugar of the food material 300 is blended into the soup in the process of cooking the food material 300, and then the food material 300 is steamed, and the blood sugar reducing effect is limited. Particularly, in the present embodiment, the air pressure regulating assembly 110 is used to input air into the cooking appliance body 130 through the interface 138 on the cooking appliance body 130, so as to regulate the air pressure in the cooking appliance body 130. In this embodiment, the air pressure regulating assembly 110 is used for inputting air into the cooking appliance body 130 to regulate the air pressure in the cooking appliance body 130. The cooking effect or taste of the food materials can be improved by the steam heating cooking mode. In some embodiments of this embodiment, the air pressure regulating assembly 110 and the steam heating device 190 are separately provided. In another embodiment of this embodiment, the air pressure regulating assembly 110 and the steam heating device 190 are integrated into the same component, that is: in the present embodiment, for the purpose of cooking the food material 300, a device capable of generating steam is used to apply heat to the cooking utensil body 130, and for the purpose of draining the cereal food material, a device capable of generating steam is used to adjust the air pressure in the cooking utensil body 130, so as to control the air pressure in the cooking utensil body 130 to change up and down at least once. Step S102, responding to a control instruction, inputting gas into the cooking appliance body through the interface by the air pressure regulating and controlling assembly, and controlling the air pressure in the cooking appliance body to be lifted and lowered at least once so as to promote sugar of food materials in the cooking appliance body to be separated out.

as shown in fig. 13, the present embodiment provides a control method of a cooking appliance 100, which is suitable for controlling the cooking appliance 100 according to any embodiment of the present invention, and the control method of the cooking appliance 100 includes the following steps.
Step S702, in response to a control instruction, inputting gas into the cooking appliance body through an interface by the gas pressure regulating and controlling component, and controlling the gas pressure in the cooking appliance body to rise and fall at least once so as to precipitate sugar of food materials in the cooking appliance body;
step S704, in response to the control instruction, the steam heating device applies steam into the cooking appliance body to heat the food material.
In this embodiment, the step of causing the sugar of the food material in the cooking appliance body to be separated out by the air pressure regulating and controlling assembly and the step of applying steam to the cooking appliance body by the steam heating device are not limited by the execution sequence. For example, the steam heating device 190 may be controlled to heat the cereal material 300 by outputting steam, and then the air pressure regulating assembly 110 is controlled to input steam or gas into the cooking appliance body 130 after the cereal material 300 reaches a certain temperature, so as to promote sugar of the cereal material 300 to be separated out by using the increase and decrease of the air pressure.
For example, in the embodiment, after the air pressure regulation and control assembly 110 is controlled to input steam or gas into the cooking appliance body 130 to promote sugar of the cereal food material 300 to be separated by using the rising and falling of the air pressure, the steam heating device 190 is controlled to heat the cereal food material 300 by outputting steam, so as to steam the cereal food material 300 with the sugar being leached or separated.
The cooking effect or taste of the food materials can be improved by the steam heating cooking mode. For example, applying heat to the meat-based food material using the steam heating device 190 can increase the heating temperature and improve the meat quality, so that the meat-based food material is more delicious. 2. A cooking appliance, comprising:
an air pressure regulating assembly;
a steam heating device;
a controller storing control instructions;
a cooking appliance body adapted to receive food material and provided with an interface;
the controller outputs the control instruction to the air pressure regulating and controlling assembly and the steam heating device respectively, the air pressure regulating and controlling assembly inputs air into the cooking appliance body through the interface according to the control instruction, the air pressure in the cooking appliance body is controlled to be changed in a lifting mode at least once so as to enable sugar in the food materials to be separated out, and the steam heating device applies steam to the cooking appliance body according to the control instruction so as to heat the food materials.

The cooking appliance according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the cooking appliance body cooks the food material through a liquid cooking medium, the air pressure regulating and controlling assembly inputs air into the cooking appliance body through the interface according to the control instruction, and controls the air pressure in the cooking appliance body to change up and down at least once so as to promote sugar in the food material to be separated out, and specifically comprises:
in response to the control instruction, the air pressure regulating and controlling component conveys the air into the cooking appliance body through the interface and discharges the air, so that the liquid cooking medium flushes the food materials at least once under the driving of air pressure.

The cooking appliance according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the cooking appliance body cooks the food material through a liquid cooking medium, the air pressure regulating and controlling assembly inputs air into the cooking appliance body through the interface according to the control instruction, and controls the air pressure in the cooking appliance body to change up and down at least once so as to promote sugar in the food material to be separated out, and specifically comprises:
in response to the control instruction, the air pressure regulating and controlling assembly conveys the gas into the cooking appliance body through the interface so as to drive the liquid cooking medium to be exhausted out of the cooking appliance body and enable the liquid level of the liquid cooking medium to be lowered relative to the food material;
in response to the control instruction, the gas pressure regulating and controlling assembly discharges the gas to drive the liquid cooking medium to enter the cooking appliance body and enable the liquid level of the liquid cooking medium to rise relative to the food material.

The cooking appliance according to claim 1 or 2, wherein before the air pressure regulation and control component inputs air into the cooking appliance body through the interface according to the control instruction, the air pressure in the cooking appliance body is controlled to be changed up and down at least once so as to promote sugar in the food material to be separated out, the method further comprises:
the air pressure regulating and controlling assembly applies steam to the cooking appliance body according to the control instruction so as to heat the food materials.

wherein the feeding and discharging assembly conveys the steam generating medium to the steam generating component, and feeds the liquid cooking medium to the cooking appliance body through the steam generating component and/or discharges the liquid cooking medium in the cooking appliance body.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 5, wherein the gas comprises air, the air pressure regulation assembly comprising:
the air pump is used for inputting the air to increase the air pressure according to the control instruction so as to drive the liquid cooking medium in the cooking appliance body to enter the steam generation component;
the interface comprises a first interface and a second interface, the steam generation component inputs the steam into the cooking appliance body through the first interface, and the air pump inputs the air into the cooking appliance body through the second interface.
